Such a lovely place. A great setting to sit outside and fantastic service. Can’t wait to go back.
Lovely food and staff very friendly. Nice safe open area with a relaxed atmosphere.
Cranside kitchen is extremely well organised and I felt completely safe while dining here. The food was outstanding. We had Greek food.
Brilliant food. Could only sit outside
Great food in a relaxed but compliant atmosphere. We all ate from the Pickled Ginger menu, but were equally salivating over the other options from other menus.
The only criticism is that you are encouraged to use the app to order however, when the EO2HO discount is applicable, its not easy to see how to apply it.
Ordering from a server ensured we got the discount applied, but limits all at the table to a single menu, not the 5 available selections. Should be relatively easy to fix.
Really enjoyable experience. Great food (choice of different table menus was a fun twist), amazing staff, good atmosphere. Can't rate it highly enough!
Great night in the crane side, staff very polite and helpful. Enjoyed our food and had a couple of drinks, overall a very enjoyable experience.
Cocktails where poor compared to a previous visit. We ordered 3 rounds of drinks and 2 out of three where wrong and had to be returned. The restaurant was close to empty but the service still managed to take 10 to 15 mins for a drink to arrive. Not good as we had been to the outdoor seating weeks prior on a very busy day and its was 100 times better
Very poor experience first time there and the website did not specify that dogs where only allowed outdoors. There was 4 menus but only allowed to choose 1 for the table which did not appeal to the table with the varied diets. Service was very poor staff where rude. Food was terrible very bland. Only benefit was it was half price I would never have paid full price. I Will not be back in a hurry.
Ambience not there fault as no music allowed currently with covid regulations. Server was fab really nice guy and food was lovely. Lamb skewers from halloumi a bit fatty but other than that all was good
Lovely meal, had the rotunda menu and it was really good, really friendly and helpful team too, thank you!
The Halloumi restaurant & meal within Cranside kitchen was really good. The overall restaurant was very busy so probably didn't help with the limited amount of staff that seemed to be working the night we were there. The Greek food, however, was lovely.
Brilliant. Tasty food, huge portions, complied well with COVID restrictions. Will definitely be back.
Fabulous building and a brilliant meal. Lovely modern place and we really enjoyed it. I’m glad I picked it to dine at whilst on our short stay in Glasgow.
Staff were fantastic will definitely be back again.
What is the point of having 4 different restaurants when you all have to order off same menu. Food wasn't great either. Wouldn't recommend.
Myself and some friends had a lovely time. The service was quick and the staff very friendly. We chose the halloumi menu which was lovely. The only minor we noticed was the vegan option across all the menus was limited. My friend is a vegan and there was only 2 restaurants that offered vegan, halloumi having the most options.
My main criticism is that that we were not asked to do track and trace when we arrived. In fact we totally forgot about it until the next day when we realised we hadn't been asked.
Once we finished our initial drinks no one had come back 40 mins later if we asked another. I eventually called them over.
All in all, I would go back because I think it is great that they have outdoor space at a time like this. But they need to be more vigilant about asking people to do track and trace imo.
Told we weren’t able to eat from multiple menus, but other people beside us were. Food was reasonable, but felt small portion sizes did not reflect the expensive cost.
Too noisy Inside and alarm Kept going off. No real ambience. Waiters dressed too casual with t shirts and jeans. Place didn’t feel very clean. We both had to take the same menu so took Italian but food very non exciting.
Great service from friendly staff, working in difficult Covid times. Given 4 menus, but it was a shame that all parties had to order from one menu. Had Katsu curry, which was ok - sauce was a bit chip shop like!
Great service with everything that’s going on. Felt at ease. Menus were great food lovely
Food and service was excellent this was my second time here, really enjoyed it.
Great under cover seating. Good drinks on draft ..
Had a lovely dinner here on Saturday evening. We ordered from the Halloumi menu and the food was delicious and service was excellent- our server Megan was so friendly and helpful. We then went outside for a drink which was a nice atmosphere without being too busy! We will definitely be back.
The rain came on really heavy as we arrived so the girl at the entrance asked us if we would prefer to go inside. Which we did which was great ! It was our friends birthday so that made the day off to a good start when we potentially could have got soaked ! Food was lovely and service was great from start to finish.
Felt safe as Covid-19 guidelines were adhered to.
Sat outside and it rained while there, staff very fast making sure everyone was under cover during the rain showers.
Food wasn’t the hottest coming out then cooled very fast due to being outside.
Waiting staff (Tom?) very attentive so overall a good experience
I felt really rushed to pick a menu before we sat. the food in rioja was really greasy and it was really noisy
The “social distancing” was a shambles, I was squeezed against a table of 6. Staff searching us were wearing their mask around their chin. Will not be back.
Ate at the Italian kitchen and the food was far too oily. 3 separate pasta dishes were swimming in oil at the bottom of the plate. Service pretty slow considering the restaurant was quiet
Our waitress was so lovely. Food was so good and great number of options.
We ordered from the Pickled Gibger menu. The sushi was great. Staff friendly.
Nice outdoor place for a drink and some scran. Good service.
We had Italian, the food was amazing and the service was spot on. We will defo be back.
We had the Greek menu and it was very tasty and satisfying
Ordered off the Italian menu, both my friend and I ordered same Dish. Mine was laced with so much pesto and oil I couldn’t finish and my friends was very dry with no oil. Two dishes were completely different and both left unfinished.
I have eaten here on 3 separate occasions over 3 weeks and I have had the best experience ever in Glasgow in over 30 years dining!!!!!
No track and trace and no hand sanitiser provided . Most of the customers where walking without mask.Found an hair in one plate...the worst think can happen in a restaurant. They took the plate away and came back with a new one (?). The food is ok and the service too but as manager in a restaurant when something like this happen I try to do something to make the customer happy.
it didn't happen..so I don't know if I want to come back
Amazing service, really quick. Food was amazing no complaints at all. Superb.
