Shawn our waiter was awesome and of course the food was perfect
Love this place. Very relaxing. Staff very attentive
my favorite restaurant with food that is delicious and creative
Wonderful food, great ambiance and excellenT service.
Hands down the best restaurant in Beverly Hills
Great food, music reminds me of a club, very energetic
A+! Crustacean was incredible. From the ambiance, to the greeting from the host, to the food, service and dining experience, we were given the best experience! The food was high quality and creative, the service was highly attentive but warm, and not pushy. The ambiance was upscale and relaxing and the cocktails were outstanding. Will be back soon!
The waiter was nice but the food come very slow, we waited 35 minutes for our our main course and the dessert was awful, how much more do I need to say .
Enjoyed the food and glad they kept the see-through aquarium floor. Service needs improvement. For an expensive establishment, the service is so so. The 2 different hosts that we interacted with are not friendly at all. We started at the bar area because our table was not ready yet. When we asked if we can be seated, the first thing the host said was yes, but you need to settle your bar tab first. Hello - we know that and we even gave a nice tip. Just a suggestion so not to annoy other patrons - if they forgot to settle the bar tab, add it to their regular lunch or dinner bill. We love the food, but the service needs major improvement or you will not get the Michelin Star you are aspiring for.
The most beautiful amazing ambience the food was amazing we absolutely love this place we will be returning soon ❤️😍🥰💋
Service was not near as attentive as my previous visits. The restaurant did not have the same feel or vibe. Didn’t feel like it was worth the $ we spent.
Food not as good as it was back in the day. Ordered
Some of the very best table service I have had world-wide.
Fabulous!! So beautiful inside . The ambiance is elegant and relaxed . We always love going here when we visit .
What to eat ..hands down the Secret Menu ..,it is Crustacean and anything in the family is excellent ...crab, shrimp, lobster, prawns.!!!
The best ..and of course with garlic noodles
Never disappoints !
Tonight we met Chef Helene An the founder and owner .
So wonderful . She was working her magic in the kitchen .
Overall a great evening. Only let down was on the patio or outer tables by the open windows the car noise is quite pervasive. Also no heaters so it got quite chilly. Otherwise impeccable food, service and decor
The crabs were not as tasty as they used to be.
Crab and garlic noodles were outstanding!!!
It’s been a while that we went back since the renovation. The new remodeled space has completely lost its original charm. It was my favorite restaurant, but it’s gone down hills...
The space was open to a noisy, ugly street corner, and the restaurant struggled to find us a space away from the traffic/noise/sun on the face. Despite several tries to find a reasonable table, the music was blasting on top of our table. I suppose it’s the restaurant strategy to combat noise?! I’ve provided feedback to the waiter, but no improvement.
The new menu has nothing to write home about, in fact, it’s a complete rip-off! The potions are so tiny, it provides no value. Even it’s famous crab and garlic noodles had gone down in portion significantly.
It was only about 60-70% full on a Sunday night, which I’ve never seen in the last 20 years being a patron of the place. It’s always packed no matter when we go. I guess I am not the only one feeling utterly disappointed. Gone with one excellent landmark LA restaurant. The management probably only cares about milking the brand, instead of providing value. Very sad.
I have been wanting to try this place for years. I finally booked a reservation for a birthday. Had a reservation at 8:45 but hit there fairly early at 8:05pm. Sat at the bar and ordered one round. Closed the tab before we hit seated. Got seated at our table at 8:50. Hosts, hostesses, bartenders had a very cold, uppity vibe. As soon as we sat, one of the snooty bartender named Dave walks up with an accusing tone. “Excuse me miss, but when we opened the receipt, the customer copy was missing that would have the signature”. The tone and word choice took me by surprise. So my mood changed from enjoying my chat during the birthday celebration to a bit of shock since I signed the receipt and left it in the little leather receipt folder with all the copies and the pen. I know this because everyone I was with saw me sign and hand it over. And I definitely didn’t have any type of receipt in my purse. So after I simply said, oh that’s weird but I did sign and left all the copies in there. He just had this face of “yeah right” and everyone noticed. I was a bit embarrassed since I felt accused of either walking away without paying or lying about not taking the copy as if I didn’t want to pay. I’m not sure why he stereotyped me to do something like that at such an establishment but no one deserves that unless it is a fact. Anyway, our server Nelson turned everything around with his humble, friendly, happy service. If not for him, the whole vibe and night would’ve been just straight pretentious. At this point, I can’t even remember anything spectacular about the food and perhaps because the night was already ruined by such a rude accusation. Good thing I took pics to remember what I even ordered. There are far too many restaurants in Beverly Hills to have one bully bartender in your establishment. Nelson is definitely a five star server but overall rating factors in service and experience overall. Disappointing, Dave.
Food was great service was on point. Could not ask for a better place to spend an Anniversary.
Wonderful meal. Luke was excellent
Best service, food is amazing!! Best restaurant in town!!
This is a GREAT spot on ALL levels!
GREAT food, service, everything!
Little pricey in my opinion BUT I love to eat so kinda worth it and when it's this good!
We had had dinner at Crustacean in San Francisco before. We had the signature Dungebess crab as we had it in San Francisco, but the taste was so bland. We were so disappointed that the crab was not good as we’ve expected. The service was amazing, but the crab was overpriced for that quality.
Very professional and friendly staff.
Simplemete magia en la cocina, la atención insuperable y sus sabores secretos lo hacen uno de los mejores lugares del mundo
INCREDIBLE. Fantastic service! Food was interesting and delicious!
This is one of those menus where you could close your eyes and point at several items. order them and always be delighted with thee choice. The appetizers are spectacular....don't miss the "cigars". My favorite entree is the whole crab, which they will remove from the shell then present it with the completely shelled meat placed into the hollowed out shell. Then there is the garlic noodles.....not to be missed.....my wife and I like them so much we usually take an order or two home. Service is impeccable yet friendly...elegant without any stuffiness. We keep going back for more. Love this restaurant.
Impeccable service. The food was delectable and we’ll need several more visits to sample the rest of the menu. An’s famous garlic noodles are reason enough to visit.
Really enjoyed the food. I don’t really love the chairs they have there. For the price of the food it feels like you’re in a living room. Otherwise the experience was good.
I loved the new look. The food was delicious as usual. Just wish there was more of it.
High quality fresh ingredients and great service. Upscale location and ambiance.
Amazing food & ambience! Chef Helene came around to greet everyone + treated you a couple of her specialties! Most appreciated! Yum!
Waiter wasn’t kind.
I’ve never been to a restaurant where every item on the menu was appealing and every single item that we tried was a delight. I like the ambience in the dining rooms. The lounge is a little noisy.
If you visit Beverly Hills, Crustacean is a must-do!
Luca was a wonderful addition to our experience. He was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and the variety of dishes. He really helped enhance our experience because neither I or my my girlfriend had been since the renovation. Food, service, ambiance exceptional.
