Food was genuinely great but service was really bad. Had to wait for a whole cricket match to finish their meal before we could take our booking. Childs burger arrived without a bun. Asked if chips came with burgers when we ordered, were told they did but then nothing came when food arrived. Asked if we could get some more with the replacement child's meal but this request got lost in the confusion.

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy it. We thought this was a restaurant rather than an add on to a cricket club so had a very different evening. I felt as if the chicken ordered was undercooked and the place lacked any atmosphere.

Booked a table for 6.30 on Sunday two weeks in advance only to receive a phone call two hours before the booking to be told that the kitchen closed at six. Had to find another restaurant.

As part of a group(around 30 people)who had booked a number of separate tables for lunch(at staggered times as required by the Opentable website), we clearly weren’t expected as the one member of staff on duty when we arrived had to call a colleague to come in to work early to assist, and whilst they did their very best to look after us, the result was that many of us waited over an hour for our food, which in most cases was tepid at best, and arrived well after some of our party had finished their meals. This was certainly not the experience portrayed by the Cue Point website, and so unfortunately we cannot recommend.
