Culinary experiences at L’Espadon

Wonderful! The 3 part tomato starter was the best starter I’ve ever eaten. The staff was impressive. They let us sit for hours. Loved the bear in the hourglass that came with dessert. Can’t wait to go back.

I had the most wonderful experience. I couldn't eat cow's milk and they created a creamy pea and mint sauce. The waiters were just amazing. Be careful though, the cocktails at the bar pack a punch, and it can ruin your night (or day).

The service is simply amazing. I feel the overall experience is greater than the price you pay

Final night of our three week vacation in France.
We ate at multiple Michelin starred restaurants throughout the country. Comparatively, this was like eating in a museum. The setting was exquisite, the service almost overly attentive, but the food seemed forced and contrived.

While the wines were exceptional and the experience remarkable, we left stunned and disappointed with what we received for the total cost, which seemed exorbitant.

No need to ever dine here again.

L'Espadon is hands down the best restaurant I have ever been to. Period. Everything about it is flawless. The food is perfect and delicious. The service is impeccable. The price tag is gigantic, but worth every cent. Every dish is a piece of art, the service is a well-rehearsed performance, and the bill is worth every cent. If you can get a table, go. Period.

The hotel itself is great. My dinner however, was not. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and they were easily the best part of the meal. The Foie Gras (without the accoutrements) were good, easily the most creamy, clean flavored I've ever had. The sweet breads also good. Everything between, starting with the duck was just not impressive. My company enjoy some of theirs (heavy seafood choices) but not all. Overall, the experience was not memorable, and quite lackluster. I did expect more, unfortunately.

Service was superb. The presentation was beautiful. Great ambience.

We wanted a fine dining experience with a Michelin star rating while in Paris. L’espandon definitely delivered that. We did the signature menu that was at least 8 courses and each course was a production. The service was impeccable. Definitely an experience we will never forget. Highly recommended if you are looking for this type of dining experience and are willing to spend the money.

Perfect in every way. Super attentive service but never pretentious. Food beautifully prepared and tastes delicious. Extra courses included. Excellent sommelier and wine choices at reasonable prices. While not inexpensive, definitely worth it for a special occasion. Deserves every one if its three stars.

What a wonderful experience! The food is excellent but the service is stellar! There is no other restaurant these days that has the same attention to detail and diner comfort as well as offering interesting and delicious menu options. The room is so beautiful and ornate - and you are treated as special and important guests.

That was an unforgettable experience! Everything was in great harmony like a beautiful music played in tune...

Really good choice on menu very friendly and efficient service

Great fine dining. There are amazing set and ala carte menus. Ensure you are hungry because you will gorge yourself on all this dining at its finest. I would recommend L’Espadon for any special occasion. My family and I really enjoyed the food, service and ambiance. Well done.

　夫婦の35周年記念旅行で、事前にメールにてそのことを伝えていたので、最後のデザートの時、サプライズのメッセージ付チョコレートが出てきたことに感動しました。
　予約に対し当日の確認連絡は必要ですがおすすめです。

Excellent dinning experience and staff attention to detail. Nothing missed and ensured we had everything we wanted or thought we may like. I will be back.
