   Beautiful surroundings, staff were attentive and very nice. I had ordered a Dundee tea with a cocktail, the online order hadn't come through to tell the staff that was what I had ordered but it was quickly rectified. It was a surprise for my friend, food was ok but not as good as I had expected. Bread was dry on the outside of the sandwiches and the soup didn't taste like chowder but otherwise everything else was nice, the cocktail was lovely and it was a beautiful hotel.

   Great place to go for lunch. Service was excellent, food great and location perfect for the concert we went to at Slessor Gardens. Lewis was great! He was very attentive without being overbearing. The restaurant itself is also beautiful inside and our booth was so comfortable. I love that the menu is different to other eateries in the area. There are lots of local dishes and Dundee themed drinks. I will definitely return.

   We were in town for the Open and made a last minute reservation due to a change in plans. There was a fixed menu due to the tournament but they offered some of their standard menu items at our request. Not sure what the issue was but it took an inordinate amount of time to get our food and basic follow up service for water, etc. That could have been a staffing issue which is unfortunately common.

   All our food was tasty and they catered well for my dairy allergy. Service were friendly, kind and very professional. Our two kids polished clean their meals. Restaurant was a little quiet for a Friday night but really liked the interior design and space within the restaurant. We would definitely return again.

   We made a booking for my partners birthday & we were not disappointed, we had a starter, main & desert each & couldn’t fault any of it! The staff were lovely & attentive throughout our dining experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about making a reservation. We will definitely be back.

    The food was very nicely presented and fresh and hot. Lamb main a bit disappointing, desserts were the favourite course, lovely. Disappointed to only have one Vegan starter (soup) and one main to choose. I had chosen this restaurant from trip advisor as rated as one of the best Vegan options in Dundee, so a bit surprised. Was tasty though. We had a family meal as a graduation party. Arrived to be told that no Prosecco available and the other fizz choice (offered as a price match discount) was also sold out. Other option offered was bottle of Moët discounted to £55…. a pricey substitute. The waiter was most apologetic and went to find a non branded bottle of champagne at their sister hotel. Feel this was an oversight from management not to have plenty fizz ordered in for graduation week, especially as they has a Graduation Menu promoted. After much deliberation over the menu, two of our party chose the fish from the set graduation menu, only to be told when ordering that it wasn’t available, would have been better to know that in advance! The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a pleasant visit, but with the disappointment over drinks and food choices, we decided it was rather underwhelming for £50/head ( 2 bottles wine, one cocktail, a mocktail and a non alcoholic beer , so not a big drinks bill!)

    Really like Daisy Tasker for food, service and setting. When I had booked I was not aware they were operating the graduation menu only. We found this on seating which was a little annoying but they were able to provide one course only and the food was lovely, as always. The waitress on was very nice however she had not been trained on how to make the cocktail I had asked for, nor were all ingredients available, we had to substitute. This is a little disappointing as I feel all staff should be trained on menu items, this is not their fault and puts them in a difficult position when left on their own. This would not put me off coming back but I think it needs highlighted to management so it can be rectified.

    Birthday meal for my wife was lovely. Food was tasty, portion sizes were quite varied between us. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was quiet but calming. Would be happy to return again.

    Nice venue with it being all open plan. Nice and clean. Food was mainly average. We both had burgers which didn't come with chips and was a bit on the plain side. We ordered chips seperate which I would have expected for £18.75 for a burger and chips to be amazing. Chips weren't home made and were just bog standard. The dessert was the best bit with lot of thought into the taste and presentation. Didn't rate the service at all, no one seemed to smile or even were interested if enjoying the meal if had then we would have fed this back at the time. Out of 3 different servers taking our orders not one asked if we enjoyed our meal. Even when we payed the bill it was like just not interested.

    Unfortunately the air conditioning was over cold. We asked for it to be switched off which it was, but came back on again later. No one came to check on how we were after we complained or offer an alternative table. Table servers were lovely and burgers were good if pricey. The Caesar salad however was very disappointing.

    Best macaroni I’ve ever had! The Eton Mess was delicious and quirky with the basil and pepper. The kids menu had a good choice and my son had a three course meal for £10 which was fantastic value. The service was spot on too. I highly recommend this place!

    Super. Pretty low expectations (hotel restaurants usually disappoint) but Daisy Tasker is really good. Not an ambitious menu, but some interesting things, and it was really well made, seasoned and presented. Lovely staff and a reasonable bill. Slightly lacking in atmosphere, but we’d go again. Try it!

    Our party of four all agreed it was some of the nicest food we have eaten. Interesting menu, and dishes were delicious. Staff were extremely friendly and it was busy but didn’t feel too crowded.

    A nice restaurant but not a great one. A little open (ex jute Mill) led to a bit of a canteen feel. The food was good but not great. Waitress was lovely, friendly and engaged. Drinks menu was expensive to the point of overpriced.

    Staff were very friendly and obliging to make my son’s birthday more special - the brownies and message were a lovely touch! Food was fantastic - perfect portion sizes and very tasty. Service was very good too. The lovely velvet booth we had meant we felt very private and not distracted by other customers.

    Urban visible pipes and ducted (?) ceilings energy muted nicely by quiet booths. As per previous visits unlike places where food isn't quite as good as the listings in the menu, we found in Indigo the food continues to surprise by being better than those words on the menu ! If you havn't been, it's not as out of the way as you think.
