“A stones throw away from Dalston Kingsland Station you will find The Dalston Jazz Bar. It’s a full on restaurant up until 10 PM. They serve an array of fresh seafood as well as yummy beer from a local brewery and cocktails. The live band plays throughout the night with a few breaks. After 10 PM they clear all tables and chairs to create a dance floor and this place then really starts to rock! Please make the restaurant aware if you would be ordering vegetarian dishes as they are made fresh to order. We can not provide the vegetarian dishes if not notified prior."

Such a fantastic atmosphere - the live jazz was wonderful and the food is delicious! We got so much food and the waiters recommendations were great. Would recommend to anyone! Can’t wait to go back again!

Best place to go for it’s kind in East London. The jazz is great and in a really intimate environment. The ambience and decor of the place perfectly fits with the whole environment and really makes you feel you’ve stepped straight into New Orleans. The seafood is well worth the visit alone and only have great things to say about the staff! All in all an absolute gem of a spot.

Felt like we had been transported to a 1920s speakeasy in Cuba. The most fun Friday night in a long time. Staff superb. Music incredible. Food unbeatable. Thank you so much for the perfect evening. Lots of dancing after they cleared the tables too! Had been waiting a while to go here and absolutely worth the wait.

We went for our friends birthday who loves sea food & music and this place combines the 2 brilliantly. The dishes are very different from what I’d usually have and were amazing and we could share. The live band was really good and the staff were excellent. It made a really special night for our friends birthday and the opposite of pretentious. A good experience had by are party.
