Loved the afternoon with 4 matched cocktails. The cocktails worked perfectly with the food. interesting to see a variety of cocktails made at the bar and to have lovely views of the river and watch people go by. Well worth a visit.
Went here to celebrate an occasion for my partner and I had been looking at this place for a while. Well I can say it’s what it says on the tin regarding the drinks decor setting music ambience service. The staff attentive and well aware of the drinks to recommend. The nibbles however aren’t all that but I had gone there for the cocktails. Only bad point was the security guard at the end of the evening who was a bit brash and rude when asked for the toilet location otherwise great night and will go back again.
Great cocktails and great service as always. A safe choice for most occasions
Great bar, with good cocktails and vibe. But real standout for me was the superb service. We booked for early evening drinks and ended up spending the whole evening at the Mondrian. All of the staff in Dandelyan and the rest of the hotel are really friendly and helpful.
Very cool place for dates
Pretty good overall. I didn’t like that the staff does not really know when not to interrupt - I found them quite on the edge of our conversations
Some exquisite cocktails on the menu, but bartender was very weak off-menu. Couldn't mix drinkable standard cocktails like an Old Fashioned.
Service was horrible and drinks not that interesting - just expensive.
View was good - esp to people watch!
Get pretty and go for afternoon tea. Whether your into tea or coffee, they have it for you. They provide 5 signature cocktails, savory dished and sweets. You leave happy and full. Staff is also very accommodating to dietary restrictions.
I liked the sofas, they were pink.
A lovely and refreshingly different bar. Lovely interior decor and innovative cocktails. Slightly over eager waiters, taking drinks away a bit too early and not sensing when not to interrupt conversation.
I love you Dandelyan, you made my birthday so so special
Interesting creative cocktails at the sweeter end of the scale set in a great location. Guest thoroughfare creates atmosphere but verges on a little much at times (particularly on a Saturday night) so request a seat by the window.
Beautiful view, interesting cocktails, great service, uneven bar food. People really dress up to go here.
Even though we were late for our booking they found space for us.
Great service and atmosphere
Was a bit of a let down to be honest - is perfectly nice in terms of decor. But is nothing special - to be right on the river but not have a bar higher up seems odd. Music was terrible. Like a random wedding playlist. Please note we didn’t eat but had to leave a food rating.
Great atmosphere, food and service and of course amazing cocktails!
Table was ready - drinks in the bar. Was given glass of water straight away, which was nice but then he walked away. I really wanted a glass of wine. Waited waited waited 20mins before I managed to get someone’s attention again. Then it’s great but you have to work hard to get attention of waiters. Sorry but as my first time expectation was Londons best Cocktail Bar but I can’t see how it is - so hard to get a drink. I left after one drink and arranged to meet my friend back at Skylon where we had a great time catching up.
Overrated. Decent drinks. Service very full of themselves.
Dandelyan has been recommended to me by different people from cocktail bar industry. Being interested in best cocktail bars of the world I've decided to pay attention. It looks stylish, the cocktail menu is interesting, but it was noisy and I couldn't even get to the bar to talk with the barmen. Most of the crowd in the bar was drinking beer, wine and plain gin tonics. The cocktails were good, but I consider it's just a simple hotel bar/lounge rather than a cocktail bar.
Great hamburguer, excelente cocktails, bartender very profesional 🙌🏻
Dandelyan remains an absolutely outstanding cocktail bar with excellent service, delicious drinks and a very enjoyable ambience. The new menu is, to my taste, not quite as good as the old with perhaps more interesting ingredients used but fewer interesting drinks. Nonetheless, not quite as good remains quite excellent and I greatly enjoyed the trip. The staff offer quick and polite service, ready to offer advice and recommendations, as well as very kindly swapping one drink neither me nor my partner liked. I would highly recommend Dandelyan for all occasions and look forward to revisiting at the earliest opportunity.
Great cocktails in a cracking location overlooking the Thames
Very knowledgeable staff but had a long wait between drinks. Drinks themselves were wonderfully crafted and delicious. It was my birthday so got a little complimentary dessert which was really lovely!
Beautiful interior but we were sat very near to the entrance so ambience less good there.
Great cocktails but welcome service could improve. We arrived just before 6.30pm on a week night. There were plenty of tables but we were told if we didn't have a reservation, we could stand at the bar ... and only get a seat if a reservation was cancelled. We checked on OpenTable to find there were plenty of reservations. So booked via the app and turned around and went back in. We were then lead to a spacious seating area and proceeded to have a great evening farewelling a colleague who was leaving the team. Our waiter was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. i was able to tell him what I liked and didn't like and he had something made up for me that was delicious. I do think they could make some improvements to their food, particularly some healthier options and a wider range for vegetarians.
Average rather than the best bar in the world. Had pre-booked but was given a terrible table near the door next to a row of dead plants (ironically) complete with a dirty doll in the plant pot. Atmosphere was ok, if not next to the door. Cocktails were nice but disappointing presentation. Incredible pretentious menu with poor science.
Was treated so well by the staff and given information on all foods and cocktails if there was anything I wasn’t happy with they would take it away and replaced it free of charge it was a fantastic afternoon and would definitely do it again!
One of the best cocktail bars in the world, indeed! Don’t forget to visit American Bar at the Savoy Hotel.
I booked this for my bday drinks and asked for a specific table but it wasnt possible to have it. Apparently even if you book in advance they can't guarantee the space you want to book. The service and staff very friendly. Good drinks.
I booked this for my sons birthday and he had an amazing time. Thank you to all the staff
Have re-booked for my wedding anniversary
Nice ambience . But music could be a little too late
There new menu is even better than their previous one. Inventive drinks indeed. Subtle, but colorful interior. Spot on service. HIghly recommendable!
The staff were simply amazing, the music was a little loud and the food wasnt what we expected. However the staff attention made up for this.
Great cocktails and i would come back again
Beautiful decor and attentive hosts. The hotel where Dandelyan is inside, is gorgeous with beautiful scents and helpful, friendly staff everywhere.
I went for my birthday and it was such a lovely atmosphere to share delicious drinks with friends. Loved everything about it. Definitely recommend
Very stylish, fantastic drinks.
Lovely as always. It was maybe our fourth visit to Dandelyan, and it is always worth the trip. The service was friendly and knowledgeable, drinks are the best I’ve had in London. They’re also doing well, as they become well known, to not let it ever get uncomfortably full; we saw numerous parties turned away on a Saturday night that was fully booked, which kept the vibe busy without being too rowdy - reservations are a must.
Lives up to the hype of best cocktail bar in the world. Drink menu is fantastic and rivals any in the industry. What separates Dandelyan is that on top of serving one of the most interesting/delicious menus I’ve seen in a while, it maintains a fun atmosphere without feeling stuffy. Overlooking the Thames is a bonus. A must visit for any cocktail enthusiasts in or visiting London.
Service was very slow - cheeky when they have a time limit of table booking.
Great cocktails , great barstaff, very relaxed atmosphere with great music
