Hakka Noodles are commonly known as Chow Mein and is a popular Indo-Chinese dish. Freshly cooked noodles with vegetables or chicken or king prawns, stir-fried with spices and soya.

Darbar's Tandoori Corner
All tandoori dishes are marinated for more than five hours in our freshly ground Punjabi spices, herbs and yoghurt. This is then cooked evenly to perfection on skewers in our own cylindrical clay oven fired at high temperature. All starters are served with mint sauce and salad. All main courses are served with steamed rice, curry sauce and salad.
