    Darling Wine Club on Sept 27: Wine & Cheese 🧀🍷 For this edition of Wine Club, we’re teaming up with our friends at Cavern for an afternoon dedicated to one of our favourite pairings: wine & cheese. Join us for an approachable guided tasting led by our very own Sydney Coady, where we’ll explore four wines alongside four cheeses thoughtfully selected by Cavern. We’ll talk about what makes each pairing work, explore different styles and flavours, and hopefully discover a few new favourites along the way. As always, Wine Club is relaxed, informative and open to everyone — whether you know a little about wine or simply enjoy drinking it. Let’s drink good wine, eat good cheese, meet new people and talk about it 🍇

    Food was excellent. Service was wonderful. Best eggs Benny I’ve had in quite a while. Only weak part was the coffee. For high end brunch not serving cappuccino or similar is not expected. We will go back and hope the coffee had been upgraded. Can recommend

    I had bought tickets for A Darling Jazz night as a fun evening with my friends and loved ones, and immediately upon arrival we were greeted with such kindness! The atmosphere of Darling is both cozy and elevated, which made an evening out feel a lot more special. The service was exceptional and the food was amazing! Will definitely be making my way back there very soon, thank you everyone at Darling and the jazz group for making such a wonderful evening!

    We love Darling. The food is always phenomenal, wine club every month is such a fun experience. Brunch is absolutely lovely. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. If I could give 10 stars I would.

    Fantastic experience! The wine tasting was very informative, well paced and the snacks were delicious. They were so thoughtful and accommodating for the celiac in our group and made sure there was no worry for cross contamination. The 2 birthday guests at our table were surprised with a delightful dessert.

    Wow! We tried the confit pork belly for the first time and were blown away at how luscious and delicious it was. It was definitely eggs and bacon elevated! We will be ordering this again in the future. Rhiannon was an amazing server and the rest of the food was also delicious!

    Beef carpaccio was not served with bread. The steak was bleeding on the plate. Server was not friendly. Better spot for brunch.
