The smoked salmon with chickpea puree and crème fraiche and the slow-braised pork belly with veal sweetbread and sweet ice wine vinaigrette make sumptuous starters. Some of De Compagnon's specialty entrées include the roasted beef rib with puffed garlic sauce and jus, the lemon sole fried on the bone with caviar, potatoes and Noilly Prat sauce and the deer filet with jus and celery root, all of which are beautifully presented.
For a sweet end to your dining experience at De Compagnon, enjoy the sweet and refreshing white chocolate plate with blood orange as your dessert.

Sehr gutes Essen, toller Service aber leider etwas laut...
A group if 8 of us dined here last week. The overall attitude of the place is not welcoming. While the food is very good. The overall experience was just ok.
We hebben hier heerlijk genoten van verassende gerechten. Wijn/spijs combinatie ook een aanrader.
Great view & cozy
From appetizer to dessert, every course was outstanding. An extraordinary culinary experience in a quaint setting with a view of the canal. The duck and beef were exceptional and the service outstanding. Reasonably priced for a five-star experience.
We last ate here 18/12 ago with our aunt and uncle and it was a unforgettable meal!
