Situated in glorious Herefordshire, Déjà Vu is a Cocktail Bar & Restaurant like no other. Our aim is to deliver a drinking and eating experience you won’t forget anytime soon. Our ground floor bar, offers 30 seats for full immersion into how we create our cocktails. You are surrounding by light, earthy tones, velvet chairs and white marble effect tables, all lit under a beautiful bronze hue. On the top floor, you will find our kitchen, as well as a further 15 seats and a completely different vibe to what you experienced ascending upwards. We wanted to create a space that counters the ground floor and here you will find seductive deep maroon coloured walls, burnt orange and gold velvet sofas and black marble effect tables. We really wanted to create a contrasting space, offering a real sense of Déjà Vu, but something totally sophisticated and comfortable at the same time.

    Really enjoyed our time there, had 10 dishes between us. Highlights were hispi Cabbage and pheasant croquet. Cocktails were great, had Zombie and Blue Ice. Both great and fun. Will be going again

    Absolutely amazing cocktails, the best I've ever had. It even beats cocktails I've had in other bigger cities! They look as good as they taste too. Food is also really nice as are the staff and service. Highly recommend :)

    Loved the concept with the cocktails using dry ice for effect , and good variety of cocktails. A little pricy compared to other places. Food - expensive for small plates, £13&£16 ideally you need 2 plates per person so works out expensive. Left hungry. As with all places we only had an hour and half for the table, it felt rushed and we were asked repeatedly if we wanted more drinks even though we still had one in hand, most would say it was attentive service, we didn't feel this and felt it was more about pushing you to buy more cocktails etc. We were also reminded on several occasions our table was almost up - (with half hour to spare)time wise! It seems this has become the new way to dine now with the emphasis being on how many people they can get on a table per sitting. Sadly for us it's about nice food, good wine, and catching up with friends or family in a relaxed environment without watching the clock. If you are looking for a quick drink and tapas style food in a modern bijou environment then this is for you.

    We only had drinks but it was a lovely evening. The server was so attentive and lovely and the cocktails were so beautiful and tasty. We did not eat but the food looked nice. We shall be back!

    Great cocktails with fabulous service. Drinks arrive quickly after ordering despite the restaurant being full, which it always is. The small plates perfectly compliment the drinks.

    The food was fantastic, and the small plates were much bigger than I expected. Really enjoyed our food and drink. There was a group of ladies near us who were quite loud but the restaurant can't be blamed for that. The staff were lovely and I look forward yo visiting again soon.

    Deja Vu is by far the best place to go in Hereford. The Cocktails are amazing and inventive, the vibe is perfect and the staff are lovely! The food is amazing as well. It’s ‘small plates’ but they definitely fill you up! And so yummy! Would 100% recommend! I would go there every week if I could!

    Very good service, combined with very good food, and the cocktails were also pretty good. The atmosphere and decor has been really well thought through. Definitely will be returning to try the alcoholic cocktails (I was driving, so had to go no-alcohol, but did taste some - very good). Have fun if you go...
