Great as always. Fresh homemade pastas are delicious. Good cocktails and wine, friendly service and convivial atmosphere.
Truly lovely restaurant, intimate, family-run with outstanding food
Excellent service, delicious food!
Everything was excellent- service, food , and quiet room. Might be wise for them to vary menu a bit for return customers.
Food was excellent good value for the money, service was spotty, I don’t think we had a regular server though, seemed like maybe a family member or fill in. Would definitely go back and will!
Terrific addition to the 'hood. Nicely designed small space. Service very attentive and helpful. Food was very good, drinks good. Would love to make this a regular but a bit pricey so will save for special occasions. Have already recommended to several friends.
Sweet neighborhood restaurant with excellent food. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the exceptional food. Beautifully prepared and presented.
The food was delicious. The server was attentive. Overall great place to have dinner without a lot of waiting and noise.
It was a wonderful experience.
Was amazing! Staff was so great, the bartender supplied us with amazing knowledge of the wine we were about to choose so that paired well with our meal. Can’t wait to comeback - Steve/birthday girl
We had a wonderful time for our anniversary. The owners are a wonderful couple that was attentive and conversational. Would 100% go again. And by the way, the food was fantastic as well.
Very good food and service.
It was SO smoky in there that our entire party was coughing. We left smelling like fried food.
Food is delicious. Pastas fresh. Drinks creative and complex. A delightful find.
This place was everything you look for in a restaurant. Food, amazing, service, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. Inside was outsanding with the right amount of light. My new favorite place
It was our first time and there will be many more return visits. Food, service, ambience were all terrific.
I had a great time, birthday dinner was a success. My only feedback on the minus side is that I found the food a little too salty. Otherwise everything was very nice. The branzino was very nicely done and the potato medallions on the side were cooked just right right. Thanks
Just ok. The main courses and the pasta were not very interesting or well prepared. We were sitting opposite the tiny kitchen and having watched how the food is made, we lost a bit of our appetite.
Great food and drink, a wonderful hidden local restaurant, easily accessible from the F-train across the street. The server was smart and had concise explanations for all of our food and cocktail questions. I can't say enough about the Duck Ragu and Short Rib entrees, they're both excellent. Pricing was reasonable and cocktails were delicious. If you go on a weekend, make a reservation, as it was mobbed at 6:45pm on a Saturday evening. Perfect little spot in Windsor Terrace.
Food was delicious and the service was great. I will be back for sure!
Quality ingredients expertly prepared and served by people that care. What more do you need? Enjoy every item on the menu and try the NYC inspired drink menu. Cheers
This was a last minute Valentine’s Day dinner booking. We had not been here before and tought the place was cute. The set menu was just ok: the ‘champagne’ cocktail was too sweet (grenadine and sparkling wine), appetizer salad little more than garnish greens on a plate, the brisket was a bit tough, but the sides were good. My partner had the snapper and liked it though the portion was very small. At $85/person with just one added glass of wine (none was included with the meal) it seemed a bit expensive for what it was. We may have to come back on a regular night or for brunch, which seems to get good reviews.
Food was delicious. The appetizers were a little small, especially for the price. And they were very skimpy on the bread (which should be flowing in excess at an Italian restaurant, in my opinion). We had to ask for bread twice and each time there was only half a slice per person. The entrees were delicious and were better portions. And the dessert was fantastic!
The service could have been better. He was a nice guy and treated our table well, but he just seemed a little young, inexperienced, and clumsy. When he poured the wine it splashed all over the table. And he was not very gentle with the plates...it sounded like a subway car when put them on the table and collected them after our meal.
Definitely will go back and recommend to others. Just think the waiter could use a few pointers.
Just incredible, you don’t want to miss out on this gem.
Review for Sunday brunch. Overall good food quality but unevenness in quality and size of individual dishes. Nice cocktail selection- alcoholic and non-alcoholic - but limited coffee and tea choices.
Reservation at opening time - deliveries were still passing by table.Really nice interior and cozy tables for two - after very good dinner experience I'd recommend for dinner over brunch.
Della is a neighborhood restaurant with a cozy, warm vibe. Good food and interesting choices Great BBQ'd duck wings - always good to be at.
Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood. We were there for brunch. Food was excellent, great presentation and delicious. Decor lovely. Our waitress was the owner's wife (actually a teacher subing on Sunday) and the staff was their three children which we found endearing but obviously presented some service issues. Della seemed to be relatively new and working things out. Drinks were great but our French press coffee was weak. Perhaps a finer grind.
Delicious steak and the server was lovely. Very reasonable prices too. Definitely recommend!
Delicious food in a beautiful setting - especially like the bent wood ceiling - kind of mid-century futuristic. Sophisticated but also casual. The only downside for me is the tables at the front are a little tight. But not a deal breaker.
We really liked the chicken and branzino. Veggies were delicious too. Don’t leave without eating the chocolate cream de pot. Finally a quiet enough place where you can hear your friends!
Very nice place
Food was delicious
People was friendly while taking the order
Found this place by happenstance and couldn't have been happier. Excellent cocktails, great wine selection, and the food was just as good. Great variety! Its a small place, but with great charm and ambiance. I will definitely plan to return next time I am in NYC.
I was really looking forward to dinner , but I was disappointed.
I found the portions to be extremely small ( for the prices) and I don’t have the biggest appetite.
Perhaps if bread had been offered, I would not have left hungry.
Just for the record, I am female and am rather petite, so normally I don’t eat a lot, but I was very disappointed in the portion served.
Could have dispensed with the 80's playlist, but food and service were great.
Della is an absolute gem. It is small and warm, the noise level is low, and the cocktails are wonderful. We arrived and were seated immediately. The server was kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to Della!
Always delicious food and great cocktails. My favorite local restaurant.
After months of threatening to try it, the wife and I finally walked in and weren't disappointed!
Everything about Della exceeded our expectations. Such a gem of a restaurant. Can’t wait to go back!
What a find! What lovely people.
Ordered a wine off the bottle list. Bar person brought over a different bottle. We asked and she said they didn’t have the $65 bottle we asked for but would “honor the price” of the $29 bottle she brought over. They only have one or two of each bottle on that list.
On the other hand our server was helpful and attentive without being in our faces.
