   The buffet dining area was very quiet and mostly empty of guests. There was nice piano music in the background. Everything was fresh and hot. Service was good and this has to be one of the best breakfast buffet or brunch buffets around for the money! Definitely worth a little ride to visit. We’ll be back!

   We love the Westford Regency Brunch, but didn't know they do a scaled down version for Summer. The scaled down version consists of left overs from the complimentary breakfast served to guests of the hotel, so it has been sitting out for hours. It was horrible. I will try the brunch again this fall, but never go to the Westford Regency brunch during the summer.

   I had been to the Westford Regency for brunch in the past, and it was really well done. Not anymore. The food was pretty bland. No carving station. All the food was in chafing dishes. Some items were luke warm, others were cold. Pancakes and waffles were ice cold. The beef option was so over cooked it really shouldn't have been served for a buffet. The scrambled eggs were good, and the made to order omelet were too. There was no ambience at all. The tables for the food were huge, but the chafing dishes were spread out so far apart to "fill" the space. The dessert table was a long banquet table with 20 slices of cake, so it looked like an afterthought or abandoned. Use smaller tables, put some flowers in between stations. Any decor would have helped give an appearance of effort. Service was very slow to get our drinks. The server took our orders for 3 coffees, a milk, a hot tea and an orange juice. We did get coffee and tea after 20 min. I got the oj and milk myself, which was fine, but why take the order if you're not going to bring it? Two of us ordered Bloody Mary's. They came in 25min and looked like watered down tomato soup. No garnish, no flavor. It wasn't an elegant brunch like pre-COVID days. It was a basic breakfast in a hotel lobby.

   I made my reservation via OpenTable for 2 seniors and 1 regular price. The overall experience at the Westford Regency was great, until I got home and looked at my copy of the bill. I was billed as 3 regular price. Not a big deal but I will pay closer attention to the bill before paying it next time.

   Service was great and the man who was making the omelets was so freindly and did a fantastic job! The food was not so great. When they had the brunch years ago it was amazing so much to choose from. They only had one seafood option salmon that was dry, no gravy for the turkey and not a good selection of side dishes. Nit a lit of verity of food. The breakfast sausage my family and I have no idea what that was made of but it was disgusting.

   Mother’s Day brunch was excellent. The room and tables looked lovely. There was tons of food and it was delicious. Unfortunately, we had a blinking overhead chandelier which was slightly annoying. The ice sculpture was very pretty. Everything was well organized

   We got married here 6 years ago and went for brunch on our anniversary. We’ve been a few times before. The food was good and they had a lot of options. The only difference we really noticed was the dessert selection wasn’t as big as it used to be. They also didn’t have a lot of people working but the 2 ladies we saw were doing a great job trying to take care of everyone when they could. I’ve seen reviews before about how quiet it is and it was very quiet. Some light music would have been nice. When we got married they were in the process of updating the hotel but it seems they must have stopped because the restaurant looked exactly the same. Nothing wrong with it. It looked clean but just dated. The price was very reasonable for what you get. We would definitely go back again.

    Very disappointed with our Easter Brunch experience. The food was mediocre. The service was terrible- we only got one glass of water and one cup of coffee the entire time, no one around to ask for more. Still waiting on the glass of apple juice for the child in our group. Dirty plates piled up on our dining table (at one point there were 12 dirty plates). The food was not replenished often enough so there were empty trays. There was a wait for clean plates. It was exorbitantly expensive for an average meal with below average service. We will not be returning.
