At Docks we always say "the camera eats first". We will be open for brunch & dinner seven days a week. Docks will be a new go-to spot for celebrations, special occasions, and private events for locals and visitors.

This place did not disappoint at all! Lamb chops were really good, I had the peri-peri chicken. Overall the chicken was really good, chef could use a bit less cream cheese in the stuffing. Waitress was really nice, can’t remember her name, but she is a natural red head. I will definitely be coming back to try the stuff seafood pineapple bowl.

New restaurant still feeling its way. Good food probably due to limited menu. Great personal service. Cheesy floral decorations. Good location just outside theatre district. Could use stronger duct tape on entrance door to permit it to fully close and keep out winter chill.

Room is very well decorated and staff is super friendly. Sliders are a must try and the steak sandwich was on point. Drinks were well balanced and flavorful.

Knowing this place was new, I was completely expecting something’s to go wrong. However, the quality of service and food were no where near standard. While sitting at the bar, the four (yes, 4) bartenders were more interested in gambling on their phones and discussing their win/loss percentage than taking care of their guests. What first appeared to be a cutesy decor choice became evident buying out a craft store of cloth flowers was cheaper than repairing the walls. The calamari, shrimp, and chicken were over done, dry, and rubbery. This place has so much potential, they really need to set a standard and enforce it. Maybe then their restaurant won’t be empty at 6:30 on a Saturday evening.

Less than a month old. Still in opening phase. Pleasant wait staff. Lower level of Doubletree Hotel down long staircase from street. Staff figured out how we could take elevator for leaving. Near American Girl Store. Brunch food was good. Lobster bisque, generous order of fish and chips, fish tacos, Oreo sundae. Non stop music with a strong beat was too loud for us folks in our mid 80s.

Excellent stay! The interior was beautifully adorned with flowers, creating a breathtaking and enchanting atmosphere. The experience and the views were truly unforgettable.

We went early, 730pm and it was quiet so the vibe was a bit lacking but it was expensive as you expect in central NY and the food was ok.
