    Excellent service Great choice of food Nice atmosphere and view The restaurant was buzzing with chatter, and at a comfortable level, nice to not have to listen to background music Pleasant and customer service oriented staff The scallops - entree were first class I had fish and chips - main - rather a large portion and could have had one between two ! No complaints and would recommend

    Donovans is my favourite restaurant Love the food staff and view We had delicious oysters steak fat chips and salad Wines are always good too

    We were really impressed with everything at Donovan’s. The staff were very friendly and were extremely helpful. Our waitress answered all of our questions about the menu and helped us decide on our order. She was very attentive to our needs and super friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was so lovely and welcoming with an amazing view. The food just melted in our mouths - the fava bean dip that comes with the bread is to die for!! We really enjoyed our night and will go back next time we go to Melbourne

    I used to love Donovan’s, I feel like service and portion sizes have gone downhill. T bone defs feels smaller than it did in the past

    Beautiful ambient atmosphere. Staff were happy, helpful and efficient. The meals were absolutely delicious and perfect portions. We will be back!

    Our dining experience was outstanding as per usual. Our go-to restaurant for special occasions because we are guaranteed great food, great service and even on a wild night a spectacular view.

    I felt it was very expensive and the service was mediocre. We waited a fair amount of time to order a drink and for the price the main courses were not spectacular. The entrees were really good, I might add.? Overall I would probably try somewhere else.
