Guy at the front was lovely But it was so cold I couldn’t take my jacket off, we didn’t get served for about 30 mins, we had to ask to order or even served, couldn’t use the toilets because they were so dirty, the sink was full to the brim of something and dirt all over it. Told someone who looked like the manager but didn’t come back to say sorry or thank you for letting him know. No one came to check if we was okay The one good thing is the food was nice and I asked them to remove service charge and he agreed
