The food was average and service was rubbish. We waited for 5 minutes to get seated as the girl at the door was on her phone. It wasn't even busy.

6 dined, 5 thought their was to much salt.not in everything but the ham. If it was natural then it's not our taste. Everything else fine.

Absolutely love Dough! Each year we come back time and time again for the great food.

Food was just ordinary. I've had better in other restaurants in the area. My pizza was over cooked and the base was hard. The pepperoni was chewy and dry. I felt the wine list was a little over priced and the staff were not particularly attentive. I won't be returning.

Good food good night out and good service would recommend. Very good gluten free options

Visit for concert

I needed somewhere for a quick but enjoyable meal before heading to the Manchester arena and this hit the spot. Plenty of choice, efficient and friendly service and good food. The waitress was happy to serve us quickly when she knew we had a deadline.

Arrived on a very busy Saturday night, didn't wait long for the table or food. Staff are very welcoming and food lovely.

Service was good and layout modern, wine reasonably priced,Unsure what pizza bases are but they are not authentic crispy bread based ,Husband had extra cheese on his which totally overpowered it,it was basically all cheese and a soggy pastry type base, We have been there before and think it was better then, won't be giving it another try.

Chose Dough as my wife is Coeliac and appeared to have good gluten free options. Both of us chose GF pizzas which were the best GF pizzas we've tasted. Loads of choice. Staff very friendly. Would recommend

Probably one of the best gluten free pizzas I have ever had. Also sell gluten free beer which is a bonus!!! Lovely place to eat! :)

Having visited befure due to the great gluten free options I was very dissapointed with this visit
Took one hour for our starters after noticing the table next to us who came after us were already on to their mains.
Poor apology given until the manager came over
Mains came wrong
Desserts forgotten
Luckily the manager was embarrassed/sympathetic and gave us our 3 course meal and alcohol for free

A bit warm inside on the sunny day that we visited but the pizza was good and service was good as well. It is a bit loud inside when the restaurant is full. The pizza is pretty thin, not much dough, but still delicious. Fun flavor combinations!

The food was very lovely and the main reason we decided on here was because they have a pretty good vegan menu for my vegan friend, while the rest of us had a good selection of meaty, cheesy options. However it was SO HOT in there, there were fans above us that weren't on for some reason. It also seemed like our servers couldn't cope with more than three people at any one time, with one of us being left out on most occasions. Our server even walked away while one of our party were half way through ordering a drink.

Booked for lunch and was very impressed with the menu, difficult choice of what to have! We all enjoyed our selection and we all were happy with our choices. Great service should also be mentioned

Great food and great location. Only complaint is, weirdly, a lack of background music or something. Doesn't have to be loud, but it felt weird only being able to hear people and cooking. Could just be my preference of course.

We eat at this restaurant regularly as my wife is Coeliac and it never fails to disappoint. The food is outstanding with a varied Gluten free menu. Its in a vibrant part of the city and there is an NCP very close by. Perfect.

Their fiorentina pizzas are great. Bottled beer only - premium price compared to cask ales.

Both pizzas were awesome, but the experience was spoilt somewhat by the restaurant marking me as a "no show". To date, my previous feedback regarding this has still not been responded to.

The service was quick , efficient and friendly. Food was tasty and hot.
We were not at any time rushed.

Excellent, creative pizzas that worked surprisingly well. Cajun salmon in particular was an excellent idea.

Just moved here from Oklahoma and was craving some pizza that wasn't just the chain resteraunt type. Came across this place and I can easily say this is the best pizza place in Manchester.

Only bad thing was the falafel pizza which was supposed to have harissa in the sauce but which had no spice or kick so was quite disappointing. Otherwise the rest of the food our table ordered was spot on, the service was superb with the waiter being very engaging and a good laugh. All in all a great place to eat and we will be back.

Good company , good food! Had to be reminded about drinks, but otherwise a nice meal. We will return!

Great food! Friendly staff and quick service. The meals are very reasonably priced and we are already looking at booking again.
As its popular, advise booking a table in advance as it always looks busy.....surely another indication of how great the whole experience at Dough is :-)

I'm really pleased to see Dough open again! It's a great place to get a pizza if you're a vegan! I was though a little disappointed with their beer selection (at least 4 of them were not available) and some of the items on their menu were overpriced (£3 for a handful of crisps)

The waitress who served us was really great though. Very friendly and lovely.

You could probably make more of your pizza's vegan if you tried, further appealing to the growing vegan customer base. I'd come again, for sure.
