Eat New York is the first restaurant from the team behind Manchester's favourite street food vendor.

In addition to the butter-dunked bagels Eat New York made their name with, expect burgers, loaded fries, deep-fried pickles (‘Frickles’) and decadent desserts. Their legendary ‘Reuben’ is made with pastrami that’s cured for 14 days and then smoked in-house for 15 hours.

To complement the menu, the Eat New York bar serves creative twists on classic New York cocktails. The space also doubles up as a late-night venue, The Bagel Shop, with regular club nights. With minimalist decor and a laidback atmosphere, it offers the kind of understated cool the Northern Quarter first became famous for.

Kids menu, gluten-free, vegan and halal options all available.
January/February sale: 50% off food (excluding Reuben Sandwich and Bagel), Tues-Fri, with purchase of a drink.
Both the restaurant and top floor club are available for hire.

The food was delicious - veggie option and the Eat NY bagel were perfect. Frickles and loaded fries were really tasty too. Cocktail prices were a little expensive for me at over £10 but beer and wine were great. The service was really efficient and friendly and atmosphere was ok, a little quiet for a Friday night but lovely all the same.

Great lunch here. The food was delicious and the meal deal is good value for a Friday lunch treat at work.

Chose to come here because of the January 50% off food deal we saw online. We both ordered the reuben sandwhich which, considering the hype, was dissapointing. The meat was very fatty and cut too think. When we got the bill they had tried to charge us full cost for the sandwiches. We queried this and was told they weren't part of the 50% deal. No where online did it say that and the waitress who took our order never said a thing either. We argued this and they initially tried to offer 25% off before finally, after much discussion, conceded and honoured the offer. I wouldn't choose to come back here even at 50% off.

Absolutely outstanding again cannot fault this place for variety. They are accommodating to my children’s needs and the gluten free bagel is the best I have tasted almost thought I was eating real bread again!!!!

I loved the Reuben though it looked a little lonely on the plate. My friend's bagel was said to be delicious. Sides were a bit of a let down. The fries were distinctly overcooked. Fun to nibble with a beer as crunchy sticks but not what they should have been. The portion of beans had been of the right flavour and consistency at one time but while the flavour remained, there were clumps of dried together beeans showing distinct heat lamp type fatigue. Given that the delicious beef was largely unadorned the sides assume considerable importance.
