Great food, good service, easy parking, and I love the ambience.
Great ambiance. Two of our five meals had to go back and re-cooked. The meatloaf was very cold and the steaks were way under cooked. They brought us a much better meal after we complained. Overall, we still enjoyed the food and service.
The food, wine and service were superb.
Service was slow. Food was decent, but overpriced for value. Check out Ford’s appetizer for deviled eggs. Way better than yours.
Steak was ok, but not better than other lower priced restaurants. Wouldn’t recommend to friends and family.
This is our go to for delicious steaks. We love the place and we have always had fabulous food here.
Honestly this meal was dissapointing. Our steaks were fatty, charred on the outside and 50% inedible. We ordered NY strip and the meat was like a very thin ribeye. The sides were ok but nothing special. Our bill was $189 and was worth maybe $40. Save yourself a hefty bill and get a better cut of meat at a big box steakhouse. Dissapointing.
The food was excellent...except for the calamari that had a huge honking hair in the middle of it. We alerted the waitress who removed the dish (which we barely touched) from our table and removed that charge from our bill...but that was IT. No free drink, no free dessert, no discount. Basically they were nice enough to just remove something from our bill we didn't eat and had a huge hair in it. Very disappointing. The manager came by to apologize...but he offered us nothing either. I guess a $300 meal doesn't go as far as I thought it would. The chandeliers were really nice though.

Had a delightful anniversary dinner with my wife. Reservation was perfect with a special table and card. Thoroughly enjoyed our potstickers for a starter and barely was able to finish our main course of the salmon and tuna. All cooked to perfection and the wine selection is Divine

Good quality beef, cooked correctly. Sides were hit or miss. Potato based were better than veggie based sides. Service was fair, but nothing exceptional.

It was our first time at Eddie Merlot's, and it was amazing. From the time we walked into the restaurant, to the service and leaving the restaurant the staff was absolutely wonderful! We loved how the staff wore masks! Thank you!! Great place for us to celebrate our special moment's and bringing in the New Year! The food was very good also! Loved the sweet potato casserole and truffle fries! I highly recommend this restaurant for celebrating special events or just for a date night! Very romantic there and nicely decorated!
Excellent did I get experience. Server was great and I appreciated the happy birthday acknowledgment. Appetizers were delish as well as the filets! Great kids menu as well. It Was a special night and Eddie's made it even more special.
Excellence in all categories. We always go there when we want a leisurely quiet dinner. Plus we always end our meals with their 40 year Port. Best in the world!!!!

Always delicious food with outstanding service
We celebrated a birthday with dinner at Eddie Merlot's in Ashburn last night and could not have been happier with the outcome. First and foremost, we received outstanding wait staff service from Jessica throughout our meal. She was warm, welcoming and exceptionally knowledgeable as she guided us through menu suggestions and available wines selections. Our food and wine choices arrived with well paced timing. They were excellently prepared and very nicely plated. Our perfect dinner was completed by Jess presenting the Birthday girl with a delicious complementary Creme Brulee! Thanks to all for making the occasion special.
After a 2-star experience at a competitor’s steak house on the other side of Route 7 I was apprehensive to drop $$$ at another steak house after relocating from Seattle 2 yrs ago.
Eddie Merlot’s had our table ready, acknowledged our special occasion, and served exceptionally well.
The food was above par, the service exceptional- we will be back!
Service was a bit slow; meat was not cooked to order for 2 diners; veggies were tasteless.
Oysters were tough and chewy.
Dessert was very good - bananas foster.
Waiter’s wine recommendation was a very good choice.

the service was great, but my steak was not edible
Service was great, food was fair, cocktail was good, cheeseburger was terrible. Best part of the meal was the Bananas Foster. Overall - way over priced - not worth it. I had waited to go here for years and it was a disappointment.

Average food & service for a very high price
My friend and I went to dine and first impression was the ambience, soft, calm and just what I needed, the host was polite too. I enjoyed my entree which is the filet del mar, cooked perfectly and everything on it was my favorite. The bread was oh so delicious, hot and crunchy on the outside and fluffly on the inside:)
I plan on going back to treat myself.
