We like Eddiemerlot but not this time. My 90$ wagu ribeye was over cooked

The food from appetizers/starters to the dessert was phenomenal and worth the money. We had their Ahi Tuna Poke and it was so fresh and light. Then shared the Wagyu beef with Lobster tail and Eddie’s potatoes with wild mushrooms; this was out of this world good. The steak was cooked to perfection with correct temperature internally but a beautiful crusted exterior. The brownie with cognac sauce and ice cream was so amazing and was such a cool thing to see the cognac lit on fire before being put on the plate. The waitress did an awesome job with her exceptional service and on the dessert delicately putting the cognac sauce so that the brownie had a hint of cognac flavor but not overwhelmed.

Very good except for the calamari, way overcooked. Everything else was very good.

Everything about the dinner was beyond outstanding. Service was exceptional with very pleasant staff. I got the lobster special and it was outstanding. Not overcooked as in most restaurants. Definitely my favorite restaurant.

Great dinner for a great event. Cannot wait to visit again.

Received an email for $10 cheeseburgers at Merlot’s and could not pass it up. Normally go for special occasions but this was just a casual hamburger but made with the finest ingredients. Service was still top notch. , good health protocols and the price actually met the ads. Not big bait and switch or up sell. I’ll be baack.

We felt like a bother to our waitress. We waited an extra 30 minutes in total because they were nowhere to be found most of the time, and it wasnt busy.

The dining experience was good. I was very impressed with how well they were socially distancing the tables. Our wait staff was attentive and had a great personality. This restaurant is known for their good food and good service, they did not disappoint on this night.

We have been several times, but this was not up to standard. The cosmo was not noteworthy and tasted watered down. The calamari was also fair and not flavorful. The wagyu ribeye and the filet were each very tasty, but way way too salty. And, the faucet water in the ladies room was scaldingly hot. Our waitress was wonderful. But, for the bill nearing $300 for two, it was an unmemorable meal, sadly.

The food was pretty bland as it appears that they do not believe in seasoning anything but the bread!

This was our first time at Eddie merlots. The whole experience was amazing. The service was great and the food was absolutely amazing.

Loved the food! Loved the service! The decor made me feel like I was in an 80’s mob movie.

Food was good, however mashed potatoes were cold and the service was slow. I’d give it another shot.

We love dining at Eddie Merlot's. We took two friends to dinner to celebrate a birthday. We were in the back dining area and it was perfect (next to the windows). They've done a good job of spreading tables out for social distancing. The food was fabulous and our waiter was very accommodating. We brought a bottle of Opus One to celebrate the occasion and paid the corkage fee, but we've always been impressed by their wine selection. Highly recommend the oysters Rockefeller, steaks, sweet potato casserole and the carrot cake!

Always enjoy our dinners at Eddie’s and this one didn’t disappoint. Wonderful wine and cocktails to start and our Friday fish specials were delicious.

Food was a little off this time around. 2 of the 4 Steaks weren’t cooked properly and no Eddies potatoes due to a poor batch being created earlier.

The food has never been overly impressive, but this is a solid steakhouse nonetheless.

My wife and I have been here several times, and always enjoyed it. But last night was absolutely the worst. The waitress we had could not have been less interested in serving us. She didn’t tell us what the specials were, we had to ask (so did the couple at the next table). And that was only after we’d already ordered. The specials included a beautiful tomahawk-steak, that we couldn’t order because we didn’t know it was being offered! We ordered cream spinach, but got broccoli. And by the time the spinach finally came we were done with our meal. Then the waitress seemed to be in a hurry, and very short with us for some reason. We left extremely disappointed.

First time at Eddie Merlot’s and we will return!! Seated at a nice table by the fireplace. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Food was delicious. Wonderful experience!!

This was our first time at this restaurant, based on the recommendations of several friends. We were not disappointed. The restaurant works hard to follow good safety protocols and they are able to still keep a relaxing and attractive ambience. Our server, Laura, was attentive, friendly, and courteous. The specialty cocktails are delicious - and pack a pleasant "punch". The wine list was extensive with choices for all tastes and budgets. And the food was plentiful and delicious. Our meals were beautifully presented and our steaks (filet mignon and NY Strip) were perfectly cooked. You will spend some money to eat here, but in our case, the dining experience presented was worth the cost. Our only regret was forgetting to register for their rewards program. We will return!

Celebrated a friend’s 50th - great meal and service. Will be back!

Food was not as good as last time. Ambiance is nice and the reason we chose the spot with friends. Help was adequate but lacked hospitality. Should take lessons from chick fi la or starbucks.

We always have an awesome time and delicious dinner at Eddie. Our server Matt was awesome. Nice and chilled Katel One Martinis to start our dinner. Oyster on the half shelled and mussels appetizers were delicious. My bourbon ribeye was tough. My husband ordered bison filet but got bison ribeye instead. We were disappointed on the entrees. Kurt(manager on duty) stopped by and apologized for the entrees. We like it there. We will be back. Maybe chef had bad night

We overall had a nice time at Eddie Merlot. Shrimp appetizer was good, Red wine and Creme Brûlée excellent. However my $50 Ribeye was not tender, for that cost i expect a better piece of meat. Anyways the service was good, crowd was a little loud but nothing can be done about that.

We had a FANTASTIC time dining here with our friends for Valentine's day. Rob was our server and he was OUTSTANDING. Very knowledgeable on wines...which is a HUGE 5 star for us. We can't wait for the bar to be back open and come in to have more fabulous times here.

The restaurant is beautiful, services are excellent but the food isn’t quite my expectation. The food is decent but my fillet mignon was between warm and cold. I also had the shrimp and scallop and it was delicious. I was hoping Eddie Merlot will be my regular since it is near my home but Eddie V always going to be my first choice.
