Yellowfin Tuna Steak
The World's Best!
We went for Mother’s Day Brunch. All-round excellent. The best part was we never felt rushed. We could enjoy the delicious meal and beautiful restaurant. Eddie Merlot’s never disappoints us!
I had a great time with family on Mother’s Day.
While I have had many great experiences at Eddie Merlots, this one left A LOT to be desired. Most of this was a result of the server and the service she provided....but the food left a lot to be desired as well (smoked ham dinner). Usually, I would recommend Eddie Merlot's but not for Mother's Day brunch.
Food was cold and tasted horrible. Mother's day brunch. Greatly disappointed w/ the experience.
This was my second visit to Eddie Merlot's, and it was spectacular like the first time. It is a nice steakhouse with a great staff.
Our server Cassie was amazing she we very knowledgeable about the menu and her recommendations were spot on! Barry the general manager was super accommodating with seating us early. We will be back!!
We had a great dinner celebrating an early retirement. AJ was a great server
Amazing food! They also had a super fun drink menu that I cannot wait to try more of. We had Wagyu steak and it lived up to the reputation!
We celebrated here for my husband’s 55th birthday dinner. Cassie was a wonderful server and Rob was great helping set up the BIG “5-5” balloons at the table that I dropped off earlier and he passed along the surprise carrot cake with a candle request too! Cassie and Rob are two of the best servers we’ve ever had!! They are always attentive and when my step son’s steak wasn’t quite cooked to his temperature Cassie immediately replaced it with the right one! All the food was delicious -the guys had steaks and I had the sea bass. We will definitely be back- it was a fabulous dinner!! 5 stars all the way!
I went for my partner's birthday and I added a booth and dessert request. I love that everything was ready just as requested and I didn't have to remind anyone about anything. Thank you for always exceeding our expectations!
Wonderful evening, Abdellah is awesome as usual, talked us into Mother’s Day brunch, looking forward to it!
Ribeye had a lot of fat. Filet Mignon was ok, shrimp weren’t good (possibly not from the US), and the crabmeat didn’t taste fresh. Manager got defensive when we complained. Won’t go back.
Good service. My colleagues steak was not to his liking, manager was very responsive offering to address it immediately. My food was good- nothing extraordinary, but good. Service was very attentive and professional.
Always great. I love that they let one make reservations for outdoor seating. Food is always great. Service is great. Awesome wine and drinks.
Always enjoy time together with friends at eddies merlot a little expensive but worth it
What you would expect from a noted steakhouse. Loved the reduced wine bottle prices available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Got a$100 bottle for only $50!
I was looking forward to Eddie Merlot’s for their cocktails and quality service. I didn’t get either one. They were out of their special bordeaux cherries. Maraschino doesn’t work in anything other than a Shirley Temple, so no Manhattan for me. Instead of going to the bar and quietly canceling the order, the wait staff yelled across the restaurant. The service continued in that rather casual vein throughout; not what I associate with a first class steakhouse. I left feeling let down and disappointed.
Last evening, we decided to splurge after a tough work week. We ordered the "Tax Week Specials" which were a 26 oz. prime porterhouse (me) & the 8oz. prime NY strip with shrimp scampi (my wife) - and were not disappointed. For sides, we had their garlic mashed potatoes and the tempura green beans with a wasabi dipping sauce. The food was plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. The ambience remains attractive & relaxing. Our server, Meg, was attentive, friendly, and courteous. All in all, a terrific dining experience - highly recommended!
We were called by phone 6 hours prior our reservation - we were told that they had no crescent shaped booth because someone had reserved the booth a week before us. This was unacceptable. I had called a week before to make the appointment. Why did it take almost a week to tell us a booth was not available. We almost cancelled my wife's reservation hearing this news. It was her birthday, Open Table should have caught this. Management should have caught this well ahead of time. Not an acceptable start. Bad start.
We went to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was very fitting for the occasion. The service was superb 10/10 recommend. The chocolate cake is also a must have!!
Always delicious food with outstanding service.
Too loud. It seems like you can't decide if you want to be a fine dining restaurant or a sports bar
Service was slow. Appetizers arrived before our drinks. Waiter was constantly speaking to a server in Spanish about another table, multiple times during our dinner. I have had amazing waiters here before. Just not what I would expect from this caliber of restaurant.
Table was ready when we got there. Out waiter was on point and friendly. The food was excellent.
We love this place. And will come again and again. But in full disclosure, the fillet steak tonight was a little overcooked instead of medium rare. I look for medium rare to be all the way to the edge. And it was medium center and almost well everywhere else. But it was so tasty, we didn’t turn it back. Everything else was perfect!!! The mashed potatoes, the Brussel sprouts, and the wine. And the staff took care off us as they always do.
Although the ambience is always excellent! I was very disappointed with my appetizer. It was acknowledged and I was given a free desert. Also the steaks were slightly over priced for what you get.
Cassie is the best. We always sit in her section
Outstanding dinner as always!!! Our wait staff could not be matched. Carla and TJ are the best!!!!! Love everything about this restaurant!!!!
Best fine dining restaurant service ever. The entire staff was super friendly, personable and extremely accommodating. The food was more than amazing. Easter brunch, 3 course meal - food was excellent!!!
What set the Easter brunch apart was course one, the Avocado toast. It was literally to die for!
We enjoyed our Easter Brunch. Food was very good and our waitress was sweet.
The bartender was not as skilled with knowledge of pouring an expensive wine. Ordered a $50 glass of wine which was a six ounce pour. The waitress gladly added it was the end of the bottle so he poured out a little more. Not what we wanted to hear. He also poured all the sediment in the small carafe. She then poured the wine into our glass. My husband walked it back to the bar and had him strain the wine. He saw the sediment in the glass, washed the glass, left water at the bottom of the glass, and then tried to add the wine. We also ordered the endless Bloody Mary. I ordered one, asked for more tomato juice and that was the only one I tried to drink. Not your usual.
See you next time for dinner and will order the bottle instead to enjoy the wine.
1st time we have been to a restaurant in a yr. felt confortable;., our server Fave was extremely attentive. Food was yummy! See you again soon!
The overall experience was great. Food was good (one exception was the oyster appetizer it wasn't bad, but it wasn't that good either). Chairs were comfortable. We were given a great seat near a fireplace. Music was on, but it was not overbearing at all -- we were able to have great conversation at our table. It's a little far from our house, but we wanted to try something new. If we end up wanting to head that far out into the country again we will be back.
We like Eddiemerlot but not this time. My 90$ wagu ribeye was over cooked
memorable birthday celebration with family
Everything was great service was flawless Great teamwork
Thanks for impressing everyone
The food from appetizers/starters to the dessert was phenomenal and worth the money. We had their Ahi Tuna Poke and it was so fresh and light. Then shared the Wagyu beef with Lobster tail and Eddie’s potatoes with wild mushrooms; this was out of this world good. The steak was cooked to perfection with correct temperature internally but a beautiful crusted exterior. The brownie with cognac sauce and ice cream was so amazing and was such a cool thing to see the cognac lit on fire before being put on the plate. The waitress did an awesome job with her exceptional service and on the dessert delicately putting the cognac sauce so that the brownie had a hint of cognac flavor but not overwhelmed.
Very good except for the calamari, way overcooked. Everything else was very good.
Everything about the dinner was beyond outstanding. Service was exceptional with very pleasant staff. I got the lobster special and it was outstanding. Not overcooked as in most restaurants. Definitely my favorite restaurant.
Great dinner for a great event. Cannot wait to visit again.
