Loved the restaurant, very beautiful and comfortable, the bisque was luke warm and my potatoes
were also luke warm. The steak was probably the best filet mignon I have had in years.
Service was good.

We went for our wedding anniversary after not celebrating for 2 years and this place was well worth the wait. Our waiter, Mark Kelleher, was probably the best waiter we have ever had. He was personable, attentive, helpful, simply amazing.
This will now be our go to celebration restaurant and we will ask for Mark each time we go.

My birthday dinner during dine out week was fabulous ❤️
We did not know it did not go into Saturday and we told them we booked i to dine out Boston and
the Manager was nice enough to honor this special occasion with my fiancé. The dinner was A+ for both of us from appetizer to dessert. The waitress was excellent knowing it was birthday. Thank you for a lovely joyful evening. I would recommend dine out Boston again.

I love having Christina I. as my waitress she’s so sweet and always checked up on us if we need anything throughout our dinner. The food and drinks were great as always. Can’t wait to go again in the future

This was my 3rd time at EddieV’s this week. On Friday, my 2 parents and I each had fish - all excellent dishes prepared differently than what is common at similar restaurants. They were delicious and healthy (we are eating a low starch diet), cooked perfectly with lots of flavor. Mark, our waiter, was perfectly attentive with just the right amount of friendly banter.

Restaurant week is the way to go! Can’t beat a 3 course meal for $38. I only eat steak about once year and this was the best I’ve had. So tender and just a big enough portion for me.

Fantastic service, wonderful meal. Started with a dozen oysters which were delicious. Had the restaurant week enhanced meals: Chilean sea bass and filet mignon medallions topped with shrimp. Also added the crab fried rice, which was phenomenal. Caesar salad was very fresh and lobster bisque was delicious although there was only 1 chunk of lobster meat in it and the portion in general was quite small. Finished with berries and cream (nothing outstanding) and bananas foster cake - awesome! Great wine list also. Will definitely return.

Dinner was great. We enjoyed sitting in the bar area. The menu was great as well as the drinks. We’ll be back.

Excellent meal on Tuesday evening during Dine Out Boston week. Great service, attentive Manager who checked on us and wonderful ambiance.

Great place for a meal and getting together with friends. Great bar with some highly creative drinks, nice menu with selections of both seafood and meats, great service starting with and ending with a very pleasant receptionist and continued throughout the restaurant. Comfortable booths and what looks like a lot of them. Recommend this place highly.

We went here during Dine Out Boston week. The ambience and the service was absolutely exceptional. One of our salads had the incorrect dressing on it, and the meals came out before we finished the salads, but our wonderful server made everything right.

Love everything about the place. The food and drinks is spectacular. Definitely will be coming back here again.

It was probably one of the best meals I have ever had. Steak was done perfectly and was juicy and everything drinks down to the dessert was delicious. Will be definitely going back

Excellent food as always and the service was impeccable.

I first want to say that Sandie our server was phenomenal. Very professional and attentive. The appetizers were also phenomenal oysters and lobster bisque. Where it went down a little bit for us is my steak which was prepared medium came out over medium on a fillet and my wife got medium and hers was rare. They did offer to cook hers more and she asked do not put the blue cheese crumble on the second time around they came back and put it on just as much which was an overkill. They did comp us our dessert but what we paid for the steak price and expected a little bit better on that side.

Just the type of restaurant we were looking for. Simple elegance, delicious food, great waitstaff. We felt a little underdressed, but that was only because we went after work, which wasn't a problem, just this nice of a place and quality of food makes you want to feel like getting dressed a little special.

The restaurant was awesome! The food was great and cooked perfect (I got the 18 oz NY strip and my fiance got the Sea Bass). Our waitstaff were really good. They made sure to attentive to us without being pushy

We were treated like royalty from the second we walked in to the second we rolled out.
Working in the industry, I was IMPRESSED.
You can't help but get Malibu Beach vibes from this place. You drive up the hill and just sorta transport to another place walking in. The lighting is perfect, romantic and swanky. I requested a booth and they were able to honor our request! Which we really appreciate since who knows what could happen on a Friday night and we know requests aren't promised.
James our server deserves some recognition, he is a true service professional and was just damn awesome. Personable, warm, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Yes, this is how it should be. He knew his stuff and took note of the small things.
We opted for the Dine out Boston pre fix menu and were honestly blown away by the quality and presentation of each dish. My Maine lobster bisque starter was probably the best I've ever had. TRY IT TRUST ME, this bisque delivers.
My boyfriend upgraded his pre-fix to a special they were offering which was a lobster tail paired with two filet medallions for an additional fifteen bucks. UM WORTH IT. He also said his filet was the best he has ever had.
For my main I got the salmon and it was cooked to perfection, loved the glaze and plating.
We also (since we like to stuff ourselves sick) ordered the truffle mac and cheese to split and and that was so delicious as well with little truffles and excellent flavor. James was kind enough to tell us they had a small and large option while ordering for us to save room for the dessert.
We both got banana foster which is their famous flaming dessert and gives you the tableside flames mixed with the carbs.
At the beginning of the meal, James took note that my boyfriends birthday was at the beginning of this month while checking our IDs and brought out a candle and a happy birthday plate for my boyfriend with his dessert. Nice touch.

Our first “dining in” since Covid...Eddie V’s was a perfect choice. Food was delicious...Kung Pao Calamari is a favorite, the Salmon was prepared with the perfect glaze, and the filet with shrimp “scampi style” was cooked perfectly. And of course, the Bananas Foster Butter Cake for dessert was yummy.
Service was great. Douglas was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. We enjoyed our evening.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was very nice. The restaurant and the bathrooms were very clean. The waitress was amazing. She came over our table throughout the whole meal. Very nice and friendly. I wish I had remembered her name to ask for her again.

Just finished a 5 day cleanse with friends and the food and atmosphere did not disappoint! It was the perfect place to indulge and enjoy. Our waiter spoiled us with excellent service as well

Great place to have a romantic night out, to have a group of friends, or business dinner. Servers are always attentive and friendly. Overall at the top of my list when looking for fine dining experience without having to get dressed to fancy.

The restaurant is very romantic and elegant. I love that I got a circle booth in a quite corner. The service was good but the food was just ok. My chilean seabass was quite salty because of the sauce. Everything else was fine. I had a good time and would recommend it to others
