Had a table booked for 9.30, it was still occupies when we arrived but the staff couldn't have been nicer, we sat and enjoyed a glass of wine whilst we waited and were served promptly on being seated. Great ambience and staff are fantastic. Few more veggie options would be appreciated! Thanks for a lovely evening out.
Excellent food and service in Edo. The cocktails and wine were lovely and the food was amazing.
I’m Spanish and I’ll definitely be back! Food was lovely, we were looking for some Spanish food to eat in Belfast and this place is one of the best.
Very good selection and tasty food. Very friendly staff and service.
Love it!! It's always a great place. Really nice staff too
Service was exceptional and food was enjoyed by everyone! Thank you
Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Food very good, with specials excellent.
Delicious as always, great service, nice wine, a definite favourite
Food was amazing with friendly staff . ill definately be back and i highly recommend edo
It’s something a little different with tasty food and fantastic staff . . . They explain everything and talk you through the menu which I love!
Great food, and Willem Dafoe was there! Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.
Beautiful food and great attentive friendly staff. We had a wonderful meal there.
Great all round. Great food, service, wine and vibe. Nice negroni and old fashioned too. Will be back for sure
Good choice on menu, 2 sharing sized portions, except for the bread portion,(£4, 3 slices with butter, hello) patatas bravas great, overall good experience.
Staff lovely, food expensive but really good. Didn’t realise all plates tapas size. Probably expected more food but not hungry afterwards.
Nice food and lovely atmosphere. We would definitely come back again
Despite all the stellar reviews this place has gotten, I was hugely disappointed with the high price, baby sized portions and confusing menu lacking any explanation as to what anything was. I had the lentil Dahl which was nice, it came with potatoes which weren't mentioned on the menu and I hate potatoes. The House salad was tiny and dressed in so much creamy dressing and cheese, none of which were written on the menu and I had to send it back as I'm allergic to cheese. The trout was alright but lacked in any flavour and was undercooked. The only dish I was happy with was the falafel, although £6 for just 3 falafels is a rip off. We hardly ordered anything, left still hungry and our bill came up to £70. If you want to get full or have a decent amount of food, expect to have to pay £50 or so per person with how expensive the dishes and how tiny the portions are. The staff were friendly at least, the atmosphere is good and the place was full, but the food was not like real tapas, just an overly convoluted menu with overpriced poor mediocre food.
Great experience being up at the bar, really chilled, really friendly staff and amazing food. We will definitely be back!
Good good, good selection. Service second to none with a good atmosphere weighing the restaurant.
Absolutely wonderful restaurant the food was delicious.
Staff very friendly and quick with our orders
Great service and food.
Fabulous food, fabulous service, great selection of drinks - especially wine! Had an amazing dessert! Definitely worth a visit!
Great food. Great atmosphere, will go again. Good value for money
Fabulous evening with terrific food and drink especially the espresso martinis!! Great service provided by Sarah who was both knowledgeable about the menu and really friendly, will be back! Thank you
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Edo. Incredible menu and great service! A perfect spot for a relaxing meal!
Good food, caution if you go as a pair as meals can come separately, one served and one waiting. Generally worth the wait!!
This meal was one of the best I have ever eaten. The menu was fabulous and the staff were wonderful and knowledgable when asked for recommendations. The quality of the food was unbeatable.
I couldn’t recommend highly enough, definitely worth every penny!
Many, many thanks!
Service fab, vegan food ordered some dishes came as vegetarian instead and mostly consisted of a variety of potatoes very over priced for a very average meal
Much preferred the old menu
I found the 'sort of Tapas' concept very difficult to understand when ordering and equally difficult to understand when the food arrived, having said that the food was very good.
Outstanding on all aspects.
Never leave EDO disappointed, thenfood is incredible, the menu is updated regularly, the staff have a passion for what they do and we can't wait to return!
Another great visit to Edo! Everything works here staff, food, cocktails!
Celebrating an early retirement and they made us feel so special! thank you Edo
Wonderful trip to Edo.
Fabulous, fresh and exciting food. Best Malbec we have had in a long time. Calm, warm and inviting atmosphere.
Thanks for a great night folks. We can’t wait to go back.
We had a super experience, from start to finish. First time there, but definitely we will n back. Super, quality food at excellent value for money. Brilliant variety in choices.
Came to Edo for the first time on Friday with a friend for lunch. The food, service and ambience was all phenomenal! I can’t wait to come back. A great addition to Belfast’s restaurant scene!
Excellent food and lovely service, really recommend a table on the bar looking into the kitchen.
We had an amazing experience at Edo in Saturday evening. Even though the restaurant was at full capacity, this didn’t stop the food from being anything less than 100% & the service matched it!
The restaurant has such a great vibe & atmosphere! With a superb wine & cocktail list, you can sip on something yummy whilst enjoying the tapas style menu.
We will definitely be returning in the near future!! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
Been a few time’s in the last couple of months.. staff very friendly and food excellent
The food was amazing and the restaurant itself is beautiful. The only complaint we would have is that the kitchen closed for a break during our time there. We were given warning before this happened in case we wanted to order more but at this point we hadn’t eaten anything and didn’t know how much food we ordered. Our plan for dining at EDO was to order our food and cocktails throughout the 2 hour slot (3pm-5pm) we had, rather than receive all our food at once. I think it was around 3.40pm that service stopped and by the time we left at 5pm, we ended up in another restaurant for more as we had not ordered enough. I would definitely go again, just at a different time of the day and feel that people should know this information when booking.
New menu - same high quality as ever. Beautiful service, proper hospitality.
cheesecake and wine were excellent, will be back
