A little expensive for what it is but everything is pleasant and the children's meal made up for it. Atmosphere is good and the staff are professional while friendly. Covid practice was good and restaurant is clean.

The venue did say that they had removed themselves from Dineplan, but seated us efficiently, the service was quick and efficient and the waiter friendly. All in all a great experience.

We ate after a rugby match and we were grateful for finding a reservation in a very crowded city. They informed us straight away that they had run out of certain foods and drinks but we had a great meal and a great time. The staff were incredible after what must’ve been an exhausting day - even with a grumpy rather drunk complaining customer. Really excellent service- couldn’t believe they were still so happy and friendly!

It was not too busy, was served pretty much straight away. Didn't wait too long for food around 15mins. Food ordered was lovely and the milkshakes was sooo good. For a table of 5 we were in and out within the hour. Was really good service and food.

The server was absolutely amazing and I admire his patience and willingness to work through all the negatives. However, the restaurant was very understaffed. There was a 35 minute wait to get a drink, and another half an hour to have food on the table. The value for money was good with student discount, but for the quality of food I wouldn’t have been happy paying full price. It tasted amazing and I wouldn’t change that, but for the look of the plate.

Food was fantastic as always! However service was very poor, we arrived and was seated at 3:45pm but no one came over to take a drink or food order until 4:05. Once we placed our order our food didn’t arrive for 55 minutes. Plus I added extras to my burger but didn’t get them I mentioned them to the service and they never brought them over, he just took them off the bill but I wanted my extras. To get a refill was a nightmare and physically had to go over the the bar, the manger had no time for us at all.

Great service from young man ! Unfortunately no name badge! But him and the manager seemed to be only ones working while at least 5 staff were stood talking! Admittedly it wasn’t busy but the young lad seemed to be doing all the running round! But Excellent service and superb food!

Took 20 mins just to take our orders then another 35 mins to bring the food. I ordered a loaded cheese, cheese burger which the menu said it was gooey and delicious and when it arrived it only had 2 cheese slices on it which didn’t even melt because the food was freezing I asked the waiter is this the gooey cheese he said yes and walked away, plus stay well clear of the hotdogs because they ain’t hotdogs they are disgusting

Booked a table here for Valentine’s Day and was extremely impressed. The service was absolutely brilliant and we was never waiting too long to be served or for the food to be brought too us. I have submitted a complaint to Ed's Diner, I visited based on past experiences and have to said on this visit was very disappointed in the quality of food (basically it tasted bland), the overall experience and actual quality of food for the money we spent (I had a 50% discount voucher) but still paid nearly £20.00 - I could have paid less and had a McDonalds!
