Booked this last minute for a birthday breakfast for partner. The food arrived in good time and for the most part was lovely.. my only thing is the waffles are shop bought dessert waffles and not made fresh and I would have liked american hash potatoes. Overall nice tasty food made well and great service

I am unable to review this experience as when we arrived we were told that there was no chef working that day so we wouldn’t be able to have our breakfast. We booked this in advance as we were travelling into Birmingham for an event at the NEC. As if I was my mother’s birthday we decided to go in extra early meet our friends to have breakfast then slowly make our way over to the event. I am very disappointed that, even though we had a table booked, nobody felt it was necessary to inform us that we wouldn’t be able to eat on the restaurant. It ruined my mother’s birthday day out& wasted our time! Extremely disappointed.

Great meal with even better service. Food was really lovely and not bad value overall. Drinks (beers) were a little pricey at nearly £4.50 for a small bottle! Our waiter was fantastic, really friendly and added to the experience. It’s a little distracting with shoppers walking past as you eat, but you could argue that adds to it! Overall really impressed and will definitely be visiting again soon.

The food was greeat, wasn't a long way for it either. You have to think about what you buy because it is very fulling, so its's definitely worth the price.

have to say the food was incredible. Service was great. However it took half an hour for our food to arrive. Also the jukeboxes on the table??? what are the purposes of these? I put money in them and nothing worked?? I asked the waitress and she said 'nah they don't work' and rushed off before I could say anything. They look nice for show but when you got a sign that says put money in surely they should work. Maybe have a sign that says display purposes only?!

Food was ok . No Budweiser and no cheese cake so a little disappointing.
Had a 50% off food voucher , if not would have been an expensive dinner.
Toilets are far too far from the restaurant.
