    Indulge in continuous table-side service of the finest grilled meats, by charcoal grill rodizio style. Using your sliders to control the flow, so that you can enjoy at your own pace. Turn to green and our passadores (meat chefs) will bring out skewers of freshly prepared meats one by one. Slide to red to indicate a resting point. Our meat is usually served medium-rare to medium, though we are happy to serve all our cuts to your preferred taste. A sumptuous selection of Brazilian hot side dishes are served directly at your table upon request to complement your meal.     Dinner at El Santo was one of the best dining experiences we have enjoyed in a while. The food is excellent (you HAVE to try the pineapple!!), the atmosphere is wonderful and the cocktails are delicious. By far, the best thing though, is the service. The staff are funny, friendly and extremely helpful, and we would dine there again for their hospitality alone. All in all, a very well deserved 5 stars!!!

    We got sat at our table then forgotten about. Had to ask a member of staff to order some drinks which he then realised that no one was serving our table. The food was really good once we got told how the food selection worked and food started coming to our table. The staff don't seem to communicate with each other. I saw another couple that had been forgotten about. I used the restrooms while I visited. The first cubicle looked like it was blocked and paper towels everywhere so I went to another which wasn't blocked but still was full of discarded paper towels and empty toilet rolls. The food was tasty, the waiter we finally had was pleasant and the other staff seemed friendly

    Food was really tasty. The service on the whole was ok. The waiting staff were lovely. What let it down was the utter rudeness of the girl on reception. I don't know if she took an instant dislike to us but from the minute we went in she was so rude, rolling her eyes at us and it seemed she didn'twant to be there. Not exactly the welcome you would expect! When we had finished our meal, she came over an bluntly told us she needed the table back. We hadn't even been offered desserts or more drinks. My friend mentioned this to a lovely waitress when we were leaving. I think the girl on reception needs a lesson in customer service. The toilets were a mess too. Given that it was a busy Saturday night there should've been more staff on to make sure they were clean and tidy. The room itself was lovely but really dark. I don't think we would come back, sorry.

    We went with the family 7 of us in total. Service was great. Staff were very friendly and it was a good atmosphere with salsa dancers going round tables. Everyone enjoyed their food. I enjoyed mine but just didn’t make the right choice.

    I recently visited El Santo, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The concept of a BBQ grill brought to your table sounds fun, but in reality, it was a disaster. The service was *extremely slow*—everything took forever to arrive. We waited an eternity for the grill to even get started, and by the time our food arrived, it was barely warm. To make matters worse, by the time the grill reached our table, most of the food was already gone. There was only enough left for one or two people, leaving the rest of us staring at empty plates. For a place that advertises a BBQ experience, you'd expect them to have enough for everyone at the table. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. We had to ask multiple times for basic things like drinks, sauces, which you’d think would be standard at a place with BBQ. It felt like we were completely forgotten about after being seated. Overall, the whole experience was frustrating and left much to be desired. If you're looking for a lively dining experience with good service, I would suggest looking elsewhere. El Santo just didn’t deliver.

    El Santo is an excellent restaurant. We have the Sunday Rodizio BBQ, which is excellent value. The meats were delicious, the sides too. The only thing I think would be better in the restaurant is if the tables are better spaced out, and slightly bigger tables as there isn't much room with the plates and drinks. Other than that, I'd say it was a 10/10 experience.
