Our standard is great, and we don’t do anything without passion. Over 60 years, we’ve learned a lot about Mexican food, like how not to mess it up.
The only thing missing was the horseradish for the TriTip. Otherewise, it was a wonderful visit.
Using open table I was seated shortly after my reservation time. Very promptly. Greeters were very friendly and accommodating.
The fajitas were great! Quest dip with chips was amazing! Love this place!
I would highly recommend getting reservations if you plan to go for brunch. The food that was available was good but I noticed there were some items that weren't replenished even though it was only 1030am (menudo and pozole).
I've been to other locations and the servers and really good about coming around with refills and it felt like we were continously chasing our waiter for our refills (Mimosa, coke and water)

I made the reservation on the open table app -for 5 at 1:30 pm on Sunday for their Sunday brunch.
When I got to the restaurant they said they don’t accept online reservations from the app . So we waited for about 3 min for a table for 5 - as the waiter is showing us to our table he tells us that the brunch ends at 2pm and they will begin removing food from the buffet at 2:05 . We asked if we could order from the regular menu and he tells us not until 2pm - so I said to him -“What you’re telling me is that I’d be wasting my money if I order the brunch and you’re not serving dinner for another 30 min . “
He laughed and said “well , yes , I guess so “
Needless to say I took his advise and went elsewhere -
Next time I’ll show up early and call for reservations-

For our group, it was a New Year kick off. The convenience of being able to book a table same day before the restaurant opened was a great way to be able to do something while I was thinking about it so it didn't slip my mind. The food, as always, was really good and the atmosphere, although at peak hour for lunchtime, was not overly loud.

Probably the oldest else rito we've visited I seemed a little more overpriced then other is we used to go to in the riverside area
