I had a reservation took a while to get seated. Food took about 40 mins to arrive. Food was ok service was good.

Sat inside for the first time in a long while. $8 specials are great. Service was outstanding.

Our server was great. He greeted us and let us know about the specials. He was efficient. Definitely better than the El Torito in Pasadena! Food was great and everything was brought out promptly. We got the all you can fish taco special. We didn’t even have to ask our waiter to bring us more, it’s like he knew the right time to bring food out! Dessert was yummy! We’re definitely trekking all the way to West Co again! By the way, I ordered coffee ☕️, it was actually hot! They do take covid seriously, we saw tables been sanitized as soon as guests left.

Wiped my own chair before I sat down and it was very dirty. I brought my own cleaning wipes.

Wife and I shared the Fajitas Supreme. Was plenty of food for both of us. Good food at a good value. Server was very busy but handled everything well.

They are still doing Sunday brunch buffet , the food is inside and u go in and they serve it up for u and u take it back to your table outside , so fun

Was cold they didn’t have enough heaters for outside dine and they apparently were out of guacamole which is hard to believe and then when we wanted to pay it took forever to get the check yet the server kept coming around to see if we wanted anything else even though all they were serving was alcohol we had to literally get up and go inside stand by the cashier until they gave us the check

First, there were tables available under the canopy that no one was sitting at.
I asked the lady if we were able to sit at the empty table under the canopy instead of not. She stated that the “waiter” would not be available for “awhile” and she was not sure when they would be back. So we chose to not wait. However, 10 minutes later someone was sat under the canopy and the waiter was servicing them immediately after that.
Mind you I saw the people who were sat there drive up after we were already there.
Other than that the service was okay.

I love the food at El Torito. We went for a Galentines date. My only complaint is that it was freezing. Come on El Torito invest in some outdoor heaters. You have two outside the tents. Who is that supposed to help? Just a shame.

The food was ok. This is due to the sheer amount of people that were eating outside. I still ate the food as it was good, just not like usual. That is understandable due to the pandemic.

The drinks on the otherhand, that came out really quick and they were good. Very nicely priced and the happy hour menu is awesome! It's really extensive. It's also every day!

I ordered the all you can eat soup & salad for $8.95. It was delicious and the server just kept 'em comin'!

Was not busy food took for 1 hour to Come out a party that arrive 20 min after us got there food before us and waste of my money very disappointed first time there and last time

Well I don't consider eating outside during summer to be a positive thing but we have no choice right now. I arrived early and my guest was late but I was well looked after by the staff and they were very attentive to all of the customers. This is a trying time for everyone but they did their best to make it a positive experience.

A good value for the money. These are challenging times for restaurants, and El Torito is doing a fine job. I had soup and bacon wrapped shrimp. My friend had one of the combo plates. Delicious!

Very good for being outside in a tent. Set up was good. Nice cooling set up. Service was excellent.

My birthday

Staff overworked, pleasant. Too hot to sit in the parking lot. The wind blew up the umbrella my child and sat under and crashed on the table spilling our drinks. Very uncomfortable climate windy and freeway noise was not pleasant. I asked for my food to go after the incident. This was not the staffs issue in anyway. Eltorito should invest in better shade for guests. Please go to Costco and get actual canopies and secure placement. I will not be returning..

Excellent customer service

The food and service was great. The only issue I had was I never got my receipt emailed to me.

Service was bad to start off, went for brunch had to ask for refills of our drinks, food was ok definitely not what I was used to at other El Torito restaurants. Disappointed to say the least!

The restaurant adhered to social distancing measures exceptionally. All employees wore face masks. There were designed arrows on the floor that were easy to follow in order to navigate the restaurant. Patrons were seated 6 feet from one another with 1-2 booths empty booths/tables in between. The service and food was wonderful as usual.

Great to get out for our 1st dinner since Stay at Home!
Foods and service was excellent

Nice to be able to dine in. Too bad we have to live with masks and face shield. Tough understanding people. And they are NOT necessary.
