The Roof Garden at Pantechnicon is a year-round space featuring an expansive retractable roof and Nordic appointed garden. With a south-facing terrace, by day it’s a place to eat, drink, relax and get together over breakfast, brunch and lunch. By night, the Roof Garden is transformed into an atmospheric evening dining and drinks destination under the stars. The bar features a changing seasonal menu of cocktails developed by resident mixologists from the Nordics.

It's a lovely restaurant with excellent food and service, I would definitely recommend this place!
The brunch menu is so limited (4 options) - only consider this place if you really like Nordic food
Dined on the heated outdoor terrace with friends. We were seated on the near side of the terrace and the heaters ensured we were all warm enough throughout the evening. The food was incredible: very delicate flavours and substantial enough portions. Loved the beetroot starter and spiced cauliflower cod. Would definitely recommend. Set in a beautiful street and all very Christmassy!

Lovely setting, cool music, comfortable with warm outdoor heaters. Food was very good but doesn’t come with any extras or garnishing so you have to order sides. Service was not as good as we would have expected: waiter was a bit arrogant and unhelpful when we wanted to move because of everyone smoking around us. This is the worst problem / they need a separate smoking area!!

Sat out in the roof terrace for lunch (2 households) on fur lined seats under patio heaters. Lovely food with good sized portions and excellent service. We will go back!

I was initially disappointed with the menu at Pantechnicon as they were only offering a brunch menu at roof garden on Sunday afternoon and not the full a la carte menu that I was expecting. The actual food was delicious but because of this menu there was very limited choice if you didn’t want breakfast type dishes.
I hope they review the menu they offer and revert to offering the full menu or at least make it clear when booking a table.

Decor and ambience here is perfect. Lovely attentive staff. Great food with delicate complimentary flavours and interesting options. I love the Nordic touch.
My only dislike is the coffee, which is a little weak, but maybe just my taste preference, everything else is lovely. And doesn't stop me from coming back regularly!

If you book to be on the roofgarden, take and umbrella/waterproofs as not all under a roof. We had neither, they managed to move us indoors. Great service, good nordic flavours.

Lovely tasty flavoursome food served gently and elegantly. The bread and butter is amazing. The glasses the beer and wine is served in is so thin that it makes a sip feel great. The food is exquisite, portions are smallish but it's all about flavour. The Cod was super and tasty and the kitchen is flexible for dietary requirements. Great to have the terrace available to have a drink. Great service, friendly with a smile. Well done.
What a fantastic new neighbourhood spot in Belgravia! The ambience and service was excellent. The cocktails were fun and different using aquavit for a true Nordic experience. I loved the beef tartare (especially) and cod while my companions enjoyed the scallops, venison and chicken.the wines were just right. Everyone must try this new Scandinavian gem at the Pantechnicon!

Fantastic service. The staff were really attentive, checking on us throughout, super friendly and the sommelier was very knowledgable. The food was excellent, with impressive autumnal flavours. And the restaurant was light and airy with great ambiance.
It’s a great setting with an exceptional and clever menu with many different details to each dish. The dishes are exquisitely presented with perfectly and in some instances unusually complimentary flavours. The staff are perfectly attentive, knowledgeable and obviously passionate about the food.
I like there is a rooftop AND they are redoing it so it'll good throughout winter i.e. warm & dry. However, my confirmed reservation wasn't on their system so I had to be given a table in the back with deck-style chairs - Scandi chic of course - but not really appropriate to sit whilst eating anything substantial.
It got busy but I still felt somewhat ignored in favour of other parties so it took a long time to get anyone's attention.
That said, I did thoroughly enjoy my food p The scallops with reindeer "pastrami" was almost ideal plus the bread & butter were standout.
I cannot recommend this place enough. I never write reviews on here usually, but it’s a new spot that I’m sure is going to do really well. Food, service, location, interior - all fantastic.

Really enjoyed our evening. Excellent and very friendly service. Food was absolutely delicious. I would have liked the scallop starter to have more than just the one scallop! But otherwise a great evening. Will definitely return.
