The staff were lovely and the food is good especially the chicken with mash
Fab food! Fab service!
very large servings for breakfast. The pancakes are excellent indeed. My only criticism is they only serve barista coffee- absolutely no freshly brewed coffee!!
We ordered a full Irish breakfast and hash browns with eggs and bacon at 1050. We only got our food at 1140 and we were so late I did t want to complain and order again . I didn’t get hash browns or home made beans the eggs were over cooked and the toast was cheap sliced pan . My husbands full Irish was tasteless and over cooked . It was so expensive and disappointing I was too upset to say anything and just wanted to leave . It was our only time out for Christmas and his birthday and it was really bad service and food.
Amazing food, very friendly service. Coffee was also great.
I gave left a very positive Feedback on Goigke Maps. Suggest you take a look there.

Long wait for food at table, prob better take away. Chicken wings not great... overall disappointing.
Friendly staff, delicious food, ample parking, I'd highly recommend a visit just for the wings alone!!!
Great wings but burger was very dry and chips had been left out. Stick to the wings and you'll be happy though
Considering restriction everything was fab & as expected!!
Lovely food, great service would highly recommend
Friendly and cosy. Food delicious. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Will definitely be back.
Lovely atmosphere in Churchtown restaurant and guidelines adhered to
Very nice food, setting and service. Very well laid out with partitions and sanitiser everywhere.
Good atmosphere. Friendly attentive service. Good Covid protocols observed.
Food only fair. Burger OK but tired looking chips! My companions open sandwich was fine. L
Elephant and Castle, Churchtown, never disappoints! Very nice evening and happy dining experience.
First time in Churchtown restaurant as normally go to rathmines and it was great. Staff very friendly. Food just as good as always. Will be back soon.
Very slow to be shown to table despite confirming I'd be there @ 2pm & arrived at 1.58 pm. A couple were left freezing outside door while we waited inside. 45 min wait for food. Food was good, service left bad taste. Waiters need to be trained in proper service, perhaps they don't enjoy working there hence the 'couldn't care less attitude'. My second visit, gave them a second chance, service and wait to be seated unacceptable both times I'm sorry to say

Really slow service, we were there during lunch break and it took 45min to get Sandwich, even after following up with waiter it was another 15mins. We then had to rush eating. And go looking for the bill
Lovely Birthday celebration meal with our daughter- five of us in total. We were very well looked after, plenty of space between us & other diners. Food was delicious- the chicken wings are nearly a meal in itself!! The Christmas Burger was a big hit too. We would highly recommend a visit.
Matty made our day very special by being so accommodating. Couldn't fault anything. Excellent and will be back! Thanks Matty :)
Food excellent, service a bit slow, required 2 fresh strikes as 1st 2 were diluted.
Overall good impression and would be happy to return
Excellent service and great food in a local restaurant. We come here regularly and never disappointed.
Lovely place, very friendly staff and the food was great!
Great place to eat & be socially distanced from other groups.
Would be good to have the full breakfast menu at weekend particularly before 11am.
Queues.when we arrived. We had to wait for a table but were treated very well and had a lovely evening
Good quality casual food great service calm atmosphere
Ordered shrimp sandwich very small for price but were given fries when we said how small it was service fantastic
much better experience than in Rathmines. more like the original in town which i've been eating in since 1990.
Very pleasant, nice staff. Good food. A nice family dining experience.

Great food and the friendliest staff, great meal all together.
Love what I ordered . I just would of liked if there was a glue free option for a Desert.
The restaurant was freezing cold. A sandwich was almost €15 and came with a few tortilla chips, would expect fries as a side for €15.
Love this place - it’s just a little on the cold side.
Booking, though confirmed earlier, was not on their system so waited 15 mins to be seated.
Food average for price and mixed temperatures when arrived.
Disappointing experience.
Staff went out of their way to be nice to my daughter and friend who were at their own table. They have Down’s Syndrome. Staff were patient and kind. Her Dad and I were at a separate table but able to observe . Thanks
Great service and good food! The waiter was very good!
Very Good family option. Food good and booths ideal for smaller kids
