   Over all good , bread bun very doey ! Cake dry no cream offered although on menu , friends state coronation chicken sandwich tasty. Great coffee

   Lovely meeting place. Downside is the level of the music as too loud to talk comfortably. Please perhaps have more background music.

   Breakfast served to rest of party very good. The ambience was great as usual. Unfortunately my scone was externally burnt, and the inside was rubbery, possibly caused by microwave? Waiting staff offered to remove from bill, as I hadn't ate it. Would still return, as hopefully just unlucky!

   Really lovely place to visit.Superb food .Took me 30 mins to eat the Bacon and Egg roll .Only reason I have 4 stars for food was …..Please serve HP sauce with the bacon.The posh glass jars of brown sauce were almost sweet tasting.Otherwise is full marks. But hey we will return . 👏

   Having been to Elkwater many times, I was a little disappointed this time when I found my poached egg completely hard boiled and my grilled halloumi very dry and rubbery! I didn’t say anything as the restaurant was busy and I knew my companion and I would have to wait for a while for my breakfast to be re-cooked. It was a shame as I’d been saying how wonderful it always is as it was her first time visiting Elkwater. Her breakfast was however cooked well 👍.

    Fab food. Lovely staff. Great venue. We had build your own breakfast and it was fresh, hot and delicious! We would highly recommend this lovely place. ❤️
