   They forgot to tell us they were out of beef until after every non beef order had been delivered, then took 40+ minutes to bring our replacement meals. Which they delivered in to-go boxes.

   Did not take note of our reservation but sat us promptly. GREAT service and staff ! A bit pricey for a hotel brunch but service made up for it.

   Our server Devin was amazing, very attentive, great recommendations, he topped off ab already amazing dinner! The Moscow mule & hot toddy were great. I had the calamari and tried my friends fried cauliflower, both were really good but the calamari was my favorite of the two. The smash burger was right up there too & hit the spot! Highly recommend and will be back soon.

   When we arrived, we were informed the kitchen would close in 10 minutes. If the kitchen closes at a certain time, reservations should not be available to book minutes before that time. We ended up going somewhere else

   Our food was just ok. Some food came out burnt. Felt rushed by staff. This was just an ok experience. We were definitely disappointed

   It was great food for what they had available. They were out of a lot of staple items people are coming for like the gumbo or the fried cauliflower. They were also out of lemonade. I wish they had access to some of those things otherwise what we did have was delicious the seasonings are different but delicious nevertheless

    When we got there we were surprised to learn they had a very limited menu for Valentines. The reason we booked there is because we were assured the regular menu would be available. The tablecloth was stained. The appetizer platter had been sitting out so long that when served the cheese was dark, dry, and crusty. The olive was dry. The salami roll ups were hard. The salad was ok. The steak was inedible. So tough that we couldn’t eat over half of it. The desserts were ok. It was the servers first night so we were extra patient but I really just wanted to cry as I was trying to make it a special evening.

    Food was above average. Banana pudding with graham cracker pieces isn't bananas foster. Bananas Foster is never a chilled dessert.

    Staff extremely rude. We had a reservation. Which was not honored to say the least. We were not seated for over 30 minutes despite ample seats. The part that was unacceptable was the host’s attitude. We were very polite and he was not. We did not eat because by the time we sat it was clear that we’d be waiting a long time for food and we had tickets to a show. Understand that they were understaffed but again, the attitude was not ok.

    I made a reservation for 2 for New Year's Eve, we got in and sat quickly—it was not busy even in the slightest when we arrived. They were maybe half full (it appeared they were seating at full capacity, as there was a table sat directly next to us about 2 feet away later on in the night). Our server was super nice, but it was very clear throughout the whole restaurant they were confused a lot. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer. Our drinks came out a bit slow, took maybe 15 minutes. Again, this place wasn't busy, and the girls sitting next to us were getting their drinks quickly and promptly. When our drinks finally came, we then ordered our entrees. Fast forward about 45 minutes later, no appetizer yet, we ordered another round of drinks, and fast forward another 45 minutes and still no appetizer. We waited an hour and a half (after ordering our food within 30 minutes of arriving) and NEVER GOT OUR FOOD. Meanwhile, tables all around us that came in later than us were getting their food, drinks, and even PAYING and leaving during this time. Our server kept saying she was checking on our appetizer, but to me there is just absolutely no way she was truly checking or asking the cooks where our food was. I've worked in nice restaurants and if I messed up and forgot to order something, of course, the kitchen was mad, but they would IMMEDIATELY make it for me. We chose to leave without getting our food, they did comp us for the food we never got and one round of our drinks, but it was really disappointing considering we wanted to have a nice New Years Eve dinner. I can't even comments on whether the food was good or not because we never got ours. The drinks were good, however.

    After being seated, we waited over 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. When they did they were wrong. That was just the beginning. The service was abysmal. The food was very salty. Everything took absolutely forever. Granted it was New Year’s Eve, but the menu had four entrées on it. How hard can it be? There were three cocktails on the menu. We waited to have them correct a cocktail brought for the better part of an hour.

    Reserved this restaurant for a 10:00 p.m. late meal after a downtown event. Walked in and were seated at 9:45 p.m. The waitress told us "the kitchen is closing in exactly ONE MINUTE." So what would have happened if we had shown up on time instead of early? The waitresses were not motivated and it showed. Empty glasses stayed empty for a long time. The chicken sandwich was dry; mac and cheese was blah. Should of went to fast food!
