Emeril’s Chop House at Wind Creek Bethlehem
my filet was a little overcooked. ordered M and it was MW.
The initial experience was very nice with the staff providing pleasantries while they showed us to the table. The server opened our bottle of wine and poured into a decanter placed it on our table and walked away leaving us to pour the wine, after ordering my wife and I relaxed over a glass of wine. The manager came over and explained he was sorry for the delay in our appetizer course and he was going to comp each appetizer which was obviously very nice (in all candor, we didn’t realize they delay). When the apps came each was very good and presented well. We then asked for a salad to be split which they did, the lettuce was brown which made it unappetizing. We ordered another bottle of wine and the server used the same decanter as was used before. The main courses came and each was very good - the team surprised us with a Anniversary dish of cream puffs and a slice of Banana Cream Pie which we were greatly appreciative. Overall it was a nice experience but need some fine tuning!
Not impressed by the food at all ! ordered the 7 ounce filet that came out looking like it was 3 ounces while the person I dined got that one that look like it was 7 ounces very dry beef. My guest didn’t like her steak either Baked potato was fine. Would not eat there again
As always when visiting Emeril's at Wind Creek, we had a great experience. Durant, our waiter even remembered us from a private birthday party held 2 years earlier. Very impressive recall, and says a lot about the restaurant's ability to locate and retain good people.
The food is delicious. The chef was willing to make some changes to my dish and the results were outstanding! The staff is very attentive.
I was not very impressed with the food, for a high end restaurant it is very commercial and the food is only average
Always a treat to celebrate a special occasion here. Service is wonderful and food is great! Love it!
Absolutely amazing. Service the food was out of this world m Would definitely be back
The wait staff was incredible. Food was excellent. Highly recommend the wagyu beef.
The initial male maitrd’ sat my husband and me at the worst table in the restaurant, when there were plenty of other available tables. It was right next to busy service station. I tried too get his attention to change our table but was ignored. The Hostess Jennifer saw me , came over and move us to a lovely booth table. Thank you again Jennifer.
This place knows how to pamper you. Wonderful experience, great food, never had an issue with staff, the food was cooked spit on with wonderful flavors. If you want to treat your table for dessert get the banana foster. It was unbelievable.
Food serves too long....probably it was a weekend dinner that causes it...that it make sense
The service was substandard. Never received bread - except every other table did. Waited nearly a half hour for our cocktails. Appetizers actually got to us before the drinks. Wait staff had lame excuses. Then we saw tables that were sat AFTER us get served before we did! After one hour and NO entrees, we told the manager. We left with no dinner and and ruined evening. I would never go to an Emeril restaurant again.
Service was very slow. Food was horrible! Too expensive for the quality of the food..
It was a great place friendly staff awsome service, food was great
everything was Awesome
Excellent food and surroundings- great waiter - reasonable price. Will be back
It was our second visit to Emerils chop house and it did not disappoint. The ambiance and service are top notch ! Only to be outdone by the quality and preparation of the food . We had oysters , fried cauliflower to start . Both were perfect . Our entrees were the huge pork chop cooked to perfection, veal oso buco which fell off the bone and the shell steak . The sides were a little disappointing. The creamed spinach was very salty , the lobster Mac and cheese was very dry and tasteless . The mashed potatoes were good . But they didn’t take away from the overall experience. I would definitely recommend.
The service was very poor. Our waitress acted very uninterested in helping us. She was unfamiliar with the menu, food took over an hour to come and we had to “flag her down” for more cocktails.
I went to eat there for the first time. The service was ok the food was very salty and the ny strip was tough. The manager I guess that's who it was asked me how everything is . I explained to him that the food was very salty. He asked me if I want vegetables. Know why would I want vegetables . I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will not be back
The food was delicious. Our server, Dana, was patient and helpful as we made decisions from the menu.We shared a Caesar salad, 9 oz. filet, added crab and mashed potatoes and asparagus. The portions were plenty for the two of us. My husband even enjoyed a dessert.
Excellent restaurant. Service was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. Our Filets were perfectly prepared and we had one of the best Cesaer Salads we have ever had. We highly recommend this restaurant!
ask for Demitrius for waite staff, he is real good! Steak and side s great
Food is good as always but wait was super long. The staff did well handling a cranky table next to us. Best steak in area still
Servers were great and attentive. The steaks were fabulous and cooked perfectly. Nice quiet atmosphere until the party of 20 showed up, but all was good.
1st time there everything was delicious..Service was good but just had a feeling our server was a little annoyed we were trying to make a decision then weren’t ready to order right away it was the first time there We also went to celebrate my husband’s birthday 🎂
Always enjoy this restaurant. Just felt the service was a little slow and less attentive than it had been in the past.
The Ceasar Salad was extremely salty and uneatable. The steaks were tough and salty.
Overall we were disappointed with this Emeril’s-the one in Las Vegas was much better.
Great service and food was delicious. Our waiter was the best.
Everything was great but I do wish I got more food for what I paid for!
Emeril’s Cho Hose is oe of our favorites. Food if excellent quality as well as the preparation. Service is outstanding
It was a pleasant experience! Had a great anniversary!
This is not the first time my husband wanted to celebrate his birthday at Emeril’s Chop House and it did not disappoint. One member of our party asked for a special meal that wasn’t on the menu and was accommodated. Great service as always!!
My wife and I have eaten in many good Steakhouses, but this one is at the top of the list.
We arrived on time and were seated quickly. The waiter gave us menus and a tablet to order drinks, a glass of wine and spirits over ice.
We ordered appetizers, Beets and Roasted Root Vegetables, Rock Shrimp & Cognac Chowder, a dozen Top Neck Clams. The beet salad and clams were served first, the beets were canned, roasted vegetables were dry, there were 2 tiny pieces of goat cheese. What I tasted was delicious but there wasn't enough to save that salad. The clams had pieces of cracked shell on the inside and some of the clam meat was shredded, as if they were shucked with a fork. We still had high hopes for this dinner.
Before I finished my salad the Rock Shrimp & Cognac Chowder arrived, the server, not our waiter, asked if I was ready, then said, "Oh well, it's here now!" Indeed, it was. Four of the tiniest shrimp found in the ocean were in the bottom of the bowl, the server quickly poured the soup over top. I will say that the soup was the hottest item during the meal.
Unfortunately it was mostly red peppers, there was no andoule and those tiny shrimp (from a bag of frozen?) were gritty. I think the soup was canned, it reminded me of Campbells Pepperpot Soup. I didn't finish it and the waiter didn't ask why, he probably knew.
We ordered the 7 oz Filet and a Porterhouse, asparagus and a baked potato. Asparagus was swimming in butter with tiny pieces of jarred garlic, I cut two inches of inedible stem off the bottoms. The baked potato was dry, sitting under the heat lamp too long. All of the main course items were warm, not hot.
Dirty dishes remained on the table for a minute or 5 too long, our waiter and waitress seemed non-plussed. Although they were polite, they seemed to be going through the motions.
Overall, a lifeless meal that disappointed, except the meats, they were delicious. If I ever returned, which is beyond doubtful, I would order the wine and Filet.
Ordered steak medium rare. Showed up still breathing. Mashed potatoes drowned in butter. Shrimp cocktail with no ice and barely no cocktail sauce and not jumbo. Dessert skillet was delicious. Service was great.
We did not have great service considering the very high prices for most menu items.
I can not, in good conscience, recommend a restaurant in which I was treated so poorly. Steak was lovely, mushrooms and bacon were a crime against humanity. Altogether an awful meal with a manager that didn’t care about making the situation right.
Fish dish we ordered was not good .Combinations of sauce ,potatoes and beans did not go and for a fish dish was very heavy. We landed up only eating half of it . Very disappointed for such a supposed high class restaurant. Manager took off some drinks from the bill but still left feeling disappointed.
