Absolutely delicious food with fantastic customer service all within a soothing and beautiful atmosphere. Top notch, would definitely go there again.
Thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant and the decor. Service was a little laid back but very pleasant. The food was delicous and very well presented. Both puddings were excellent. And all vegan, quite an achievement!
Lovely atmosphere, staff friendly and welcoming.
Food was exceptional I recommend the nachos.. ( it says its a sharing plate but I wouldn't share!)
Great ambience and the decor is good too
Best vegan Roast. Delicious :)
Fantastic vegan resto! First, but definitely not my last, time. Incredible food, super lovely staff, beautiful venue and decor - perfect location also as super central. Stuffed pumpkin with all the Sunday roast trimmings, a beautiful bottle of Italian Sauv Blanc and a chocolate fondant to round it off - which I had to sleep off - life ain’t bad…
Immaginative, delicious, good size portions. V. Close to next table
Staff amazing and professional. Food came in perfect time. Hot and lots of it. Generous portions. Really superb.
We arrived 15mins late - we did phone to say we’d been delayed. We were told they were fully booked and we needed to be aware that we had to finish within the timescale set. However when we left there we’re at least 40% of the tables free. The food was very disappointing second visit and not been impressed on either occasion. My food tasted of old oil. The wine and company were good but won’t be going back over priced and nothing special.
Unexpected and pleasantly surprising. Very generous portions, easy going atmosphere and absolutely amazing food. I went with a couple of friends and we'd all like to eat at Erpingham House again soon.
The menu is impossible to read if you are visually impaired like me.
My friend offered this feedback to you many months ago and nothing has changed.
It would be great if you would improve accessibility by printing menus that are easy to read.
I'm not sure whether you are in compliance with the Equalities Act at the moment.
Delicious and inspiring lunch and dinner menu. Good service and nice decor. A great place to eat for both vegan and non vegans. The vegan Berry Pavlova was outstanding!
Best roast we have ever had! Delicious gravy and trimmings, potatoes were perfect.
Sunday Roast. My friends and I are always looking for somewhere to go for Sunday Roast. We were very impressed with the quality and taste of the food. The Pavlova is amazing.
We had a fantastic time. Great atmosphere, amazing and delicious food. Fantastic service. Great fun.
Amazing food. Even coming as a meat eater there was so much I wanted to eat on the menu. Bao buns were divine.
Fantastic food and wonderful staff. The ambience was just right as we were bathed in the green lighting and surrounded by flowers. Food was just the right portion size and so insanely delicious. I will be back to try the rest of the menu!!
Only really heard about this place by googling. The food is incredible and the setting is lovely. Will definitely come back. Very quiet so obviously need to do a bit more marketing
Loved the food. High quality food & lovely presentation.
Staff is the right amount of attentive.
Gender neutral toilets too!
Very good food especially the tacos! Christian was the best and made sure we had a nice evening!
Excellent GF vegetarian food
The food was outstanding- the two non-vegans in our party were gushing over it. Excellent in every respect, only complaint is the furniture could be more comfortable but we sat there for nearly three hours because everything else was so lovely. Highly recommended.
Tasty vegan food, although very salty. Friendly staff and nice ambience although probably better suited to daytime rather than an evening meal.
Ok but food was incredibly salty and service was pretty poor- we were clearly forgotten about for our mains and waited ages though the waiters did apologize.
Main dishes (FSH/Lamb&Feta) went down smoother than the starter/sharer. All were quite innovative, but the starters weren't to my taste. I prefer Wagamama Bao Buns, particularly as here they were £16 for four! And we were not told until the bill arrived that they are not part of the 3 Dishes & a drink for £25 deal. The staff were lovely, but I can't remember the last time a dinner plate was cleared from the table whist someone was still eating? By the manager too! Still contemplating whether to go back or book Terre a Terre for birthday dinner...
Fresh, different, quirky with an amazing service! You’re doing great work everyone, carry on doing what you’re doing! I’ll be back! My friend also agrees!
This was our second visit and the menu had changed but the food was equally delicious and generous portions. How they made pavlova is still a mystery but every dish is accomplished with flair - and taste.
Very good food! We had the Sunday lunch and it was the best roast I have had in years!! Amazing- can't wait to try again!
The food here is amazing! some of the best food I have had in Brighton. I had the Lamb and Feta, it was really delicious. Would 100% recommend!
The food was so good. I had the "lamb" and couldn't believe it wasn't meat. Everybody in the place seemed to be really enjoying their food. Lovely atmosphere (casual but comfortable) and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
BEST FOOD IVE EVER HAD. Highly recommend the lamb feta and pasta!!!
I booked for my partner's birthday, choosing an earlier dining slot before the usual Saturday night crush. The restaurant had a pleasant aspect, music was ambient rather than ear splitting. Ordered drinks to start, and a jug of water. Had to ask a second time for water. We ordered bao buns to share, told they'd sold out along with the veg sides. We decided to have mains and dessert. The mains took about 20 minutes to come, absolutely delicious and portions large. Ordered dessert, but after nearly 40 minutes wait (having been told it would be just 5 more minutes) we had reached our limit of patience, and the music had suddenly changed both genre and decibel level. We paid and left, but as we left we were told the desserts were on their way. They were, for the table next to us. Several other tables had issues and decided to leave. The front of house staff, whilst pleasant, were young and inexperienced and at no point was there an explanation as to the delay. In short, good food but be prepared to wait.
Food was fantastic, highly recommended the butternut squash! The interior and vibe of the place reminded me a lot of Mildred’s and was a very relaxing environment. Our waiter Alex was great and very attentive. Good place for a date or family dinner.
Very attentive and friendly staff, and delicious food. The organic prossecco they serve is absolutely amazing too.
Absolutely best Sunday roast in Brighton. Freshly cooked even though it was a later lunch snd everything was so tasty we could have licked the plate. Staff really friendly but not obtrusive. We love this place
Lovely food, great staff, good value! Have been here several times and will definitely return.
All the staff were really lovely and attentive. Food was delicious and well presented. Would recommend.
Having been vegan for over 20 years we spent a lot of time and money at Terre a Terre back in the day; however the food here has surpassed that establishment's offerings and I would heartily recommend and eat there more often!
The only downside is the lack of atmosphere. We were seated downstairs so I can only speak to that area but it was cold and too bright for an evening setting and I would have preferred some candles maybe and a less stark bright, lunchtime feel. Having said that the service was excellent, good value and FABULOUS food!
Patchy services. Not set up for evening. More of a cafe. The furniture was damp from the rain, and when the seat was changed, the new one was broken. Starters arrived very quickly, mains took ages. Only 2 pudding on the menu, of which one had run out!
Great service, very polite. Even offered a digestif to help cope with the tremendous portion sizes.
The food is very tasty and Christian was so welcoming. I will be going back!
