Good choice of innovative well presented and tasty food and drink

This was our first visit to Erpingham House and we all really enjoyed it. Food was fantastic, service was very good and it was COVID compliant. Nice to be out!!

A lovely setting and felt very safe dining there during the COVID-19 pandemic. Attentive service and the food was lovely - great to try something different, although would recommend getting side dishes as the main portion size wasn't massive (and I have a small appetite).

Our first time visiting. Had been recommended to pay a visit and told it was incredible -- oh my, so very true. I enjoyed every mouthful. The whole experience was amazing. Booking was easy. Location, seating, environment and the food was excellent. Food arrived hot and rapidly. The best vegan dishes I've ever eaten. Our server was exceptional. I cant wait to go again!

Lovely vegan restaurant. My partner and I shared the house salad, which he said was the best salad he has ever eaten (!). The cheeseburger tastes just like the 'real thing'. Service was fast and the servers are so lovely. I am leaving this review partly because we forgot to bring cash for a tip, which we felt terrible about!!! One day we shall be very happy to return and pay our dues.

Lovely waitress, very knowledgeable about the menu. Food was superb! Beautifully cooked, full of flavor and delicious. We didn’t leave a morsel. Looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent introduction for us to a vegan menu. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Only slight niggle was the sharing platter seemed a little pricey for 6 small pea koftas and some bread. Otherwise everything was great.

Lovely vegan food, gorgeous cake fir pudding. The waitress was very chatty and helpful. Atmosphere busy but not chaotic. Very enjoyable. We’ll come again and recommend. My daughter lives in Brighton so we’ll try that one next !

We had a fantastic meal here last Saturday night. The food was really delicious, we had starters and main meals but sadly couldn’t fit in a pudding! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and couldn’t fault a thing. Highly recommended and we will be returning soon.

Great 100% vegan/plant based food in beautiful surroundings with lovely, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Food was great, 10/10 for the mulled wine, hummus, chips, burgers and dips. I'd like to see a little more salad/garnish/fresh veg with main courses, but perhaps that's a personal preference.

Halloween Set Menu, Erpingham House..... Well I wish I had listened to my husband and gone to The Tipsy Vegan instead. Erpingham House was very disappointing, my starter was the best course (Spiced Pumpkin Soup) and my husband had Charcoal Doughballs which were hard and greasy, he tried to cut one in half and it flew off his plate! As for the main, which we both had, it was not great! For a start it was meant to be Red Thai Vegetable Curry but it was “Green” and had no vegetables in it apart from some Kale (I think) topped with crispy noodles which nearly broke my husband’s teeth! My dessert was edible (Coconut Rice Pudding) but I wouldn’t order it again and my husband had the Chocolate Orange Brownie which was the only thing he actually ate so he left feeling hungry, not good. It was sadly not a great dining experience and we will not be returning to Erpingham House, we will stick to The Tipsy Vegan.

4 of us liked the welcome and overall experience. One of our party was not very impressed.
The Halloween menu was a great idea and donating money to plant trees very helpful to the planet. Great to have 100% plant-based experience in Norwich.
Some food had excellent flavours - hummus, Thai curry and butternut squash: brownies
were also popular. The rice pudding was quite stodgy and charcoal doughballs very black.
The restaurant was clearly extremely busy and one of the ladies who served us said she wasn't a waitress but had been called in to help out.
Service was slow - understandable up to a point. One of the desserts didn't arrive but they deducted from the bill to make amends.
We will consider going again but as there is a wide choice of places it may be some time.
We would of course be interested in trying the other menu items.

Unfortunately the bun of my burger was freezing cold and desert was not to any of our tastes; however, the atmosphere was good and I loved the time o spent there with my girls.
