Estabulo Rodizio Bar & Grill honours the Brazilian Gaúcho’s traditional method of cooking. This involves taking the most delicious and flavoursome cuts of meat, which are then skewered and cooked slowly on open flames.
This method of cooking also means that all the meat served to you fresh at your table, straight from the grill. You can eat as much or as little as you like, and we have a large selection of meats on offer, so you can stick to what you know or try something a little bit different!
As well as our main menus, we also have a selection of Vegetarian, Halal and Fish dishes on offer.
We are exceptionally proud of the fact that all of our food is locally sourced from the finest local suppliers, and we only use the highest quality ingredients,

arrived a little early and was taken to table bang on our booked time, shown our table then we were left sitting at the table for near 10minutes before someone asked if this was our first time and had the concept been discussed with us and not being funny but those curved booths! i am an average built man of 12stone and i felt crammed! i definatly would not sit there again. concept was then delivered and we went and got our salad from the salad bar(brilliant selection just a pity there was very little of the hot stuff ready so as there were others behind me i felt i had to take minimal to allow others to get) sat at our table with salad stuff and we both had almost finished our salad before the first meat came, we were given a little slice and then had to wait about 10mins before the next meat came out and by this time our salad had gone, we then just waited for the meats as we were there for the first time and wanted to try as many as possible. we did think the meats were all excellent and we would go back, just to try the ones we missed 90mins dining we tried 11 of 15 the different meats constructive criticism the concept of the restaurant should be explained to the customer when they are shown to their table, the customer should not have to sit at the table for 10minutes wondering what is going on some sort of meat should make its way to the customer straight after the sit down with their FIRST plate of salad they should not then have to wait 10minutes for meat to eat with their salad we both felt to start with the service was very sub par but as the meal went on and you wanted less to eat the speed the servers then came at was just right and then they just come to fast as you have eaten enough our experience would have been vastly improved if at the start of the meal we were given just a little more attention and we didnt feel so crammed, the booths are a good size but the tables are just too big for those booths giving the customer no space

Lack of choices of food on this visit, service very slow, very slow on delivering refreshments had to ask for it after 20 mins of sitting down. No fries either had to ask for them once the refreshments arrived. Have been a few time not sure will be back.

Absolutely worth it. Such welcoming and warm staff. All of them especially Jezer. We enjoyed the mushroom sauce. My only regret was that I didn't have enough space in my tummy to eat more of the meat as they were coming. One of the gentlemen serving even volunteered to cook our meat as we didn't want the half done meat. That was so nice of them. Overall my friend and I had an enjoyable experience. We'll definitely come back.

Beautiful setting , 8 choices of meats served to your table staggered, you choose which ones you want the server to slice for you, with an accompanying salad bar to help yourself from

Really disappointed with our last visit. Estabulo was always a favourite of ours but after last night we won’t be back. Waited ages for our first drinks, then sat for nearly 40minutes trying to get someone’s attention for more drinks but no one took us on. Serving staff checking that everything was ok with food and did tables need anything to tables at either side of us but walked by us as though we weren’t there. Special request on our booking to be sat in a specific area was also completely ignored despite there being tables available. We ended up leaving earlier than we would usually have because the service was so poor. Completely ruined an anniversary meal, so disappointing!

The service was awful. Took over 30 minutes for drinks on multiple occasions and was missed with the food despite having our cards turned to green. Was never offered any drinks, always had to ask. Overall, absolutely terrible.

We all enjoyed our experience here it was our first time, only faults I have is it seemed to be same meet coming round like just beef then they did being gammon but none of us could eat as it was super salty, some of the beef was tough even tho it was nice and pink, we didn’t get offered any sausage, garlic bread, pork belly etc, drinks took far to long to come out we waited ages had ti end up asking for some water as we were struggling to eat with still waiting for our drinks, but the water took longer to come, I had to send my pins colada back as it was just full of ice I couldn’t even get a sip of the drink out it, but they did resolve that, salad bar was lovely, the decor is beautiful there wasn’t many people in so it was nice calm experience, and must say the pineapple at the end was delicious

This was our first visit to the Aberdeen branch - staff were very welcoming and explained everything really well. Drinks arrived swiftly and my mocktail was delicious! The salad bar was extensive and plenty of everything - meat selection arrived promptly and the traffic light system of ordering worked well. Overall an enjoyable meal and well worth a visit !

Absolutely horrific service, where we were sat meant no one with meat was coming round to us, finally a really nice man came to give us some steak finally however we had no tongs so he had to ask a waitress to get us some, I had then asked her if we could move as we had zero service in the 45mins we were there. Her attitude wasn’t very good either refusing to move us to begin with but the man with the stick was the one pointing at tables she could have moved us to. Don’t think we’ll be back, kept then getting offered the same cuts of meat wasn’t much variety for a Friday night and the service was absolutely shocking it’s put me right off
