   The waiting staff were attentive but took quite a while to take our drinks order despite the restaurant being very quiet. The salad bar was well stocked and the meats brought to the table were lovely but we thought £32pp was a bit expensive for what you got. 2 of us eating sharing a bottle of wine and the 10% service charge came in at £50pp for lunch!

   On arriving u could see manager was stressed as it was busy, not the most welcome and quite abrupt, while waiting to be seated i noticed him push a member of staff, which was disgusting. We were sat then went to salad bar, soon waiter came with meets which was nice some waiters friendly than others tbh. It got to a point where our party couldn’t eat anymore as we needed a drink, since nobody had taken our drinks order after 45 mins we asked someone who then got someone to take our orders to then wait about another 15 mins for our drinks, during this time we were looking over at the bar and here’s the manager having a go at one of the young waitresses in good on her as it looked like she was given it back to him. By the time our drinks eventually arrived we were ready to leave. I get it’s busy time of year and it’s going to be more rowdy but the group of guys that were beside us, made it impossible for us to even have a conversation with each other, might i add they had no problem getting there multiple of drinks, oh we also waited about 50 mins on the fries which by the time they came in was pointless, maybe staff were told to concentrate on the bigger parties, this is my 3rd visit if it had been my first it definitely would’ve put me off

   Table was booked but wasn't ready when we arrived. Took a long time to get drink order taken and then had to ask a few times for our drinks before we got them. Concept of how things work was not explained to us. Had to watch other diners to figure out there was a salad bar and how the tokens on the table work. Asked for final bill and it had charity donations and 10% service charge already added onto it.

   Came for staff Xmas dinner, no Xmas crackers as specified, they were only around 6-7 kinds of meat, not a lot of chicken options, drinks arrived after more than 30 mins, veg option meal came after almost an hour, one staff a small man, is a bit rude, but not sure if he trying to be funny or what but seems unpleasant, 1 lady staff seems nice to take care what we need, I used to come here for dinner and heaps of options for meat as specified but tonight its not even worth 45£ if I'm being honest🤫,

   We were very well looked after by the service team. Good pace of service and the food was good. The only down point was the blonde waitress/manageress spoke to her colleagues like rubbish. This really changed the atmosphere for us and left an uncomfortable feeling, a feeling of pity for the gentlemen who had provided a great service to us during our meal. These conversations should really happen behind the service area if required.

   A great time as usual, had to ask for things a couple of times. Food was spaced out perfectly though.

   We took our adult son out for a birthday meal. The receptionist who greeted us was polite and efficient and we were seated at a comfortable booth. The staff clearly worked hard and were all polite but I had to chase up the drinks we ordered. We were eating for some time and they still hadn't arrived. The food was definitely enjoyable though not exceptional and really overpriced. Wouldn't go back.

    Booked a table for our anniversary which was not even acknowledged through our whole lunch. Had to wait ages to be asked for our drinks order which never happened so then I had to call over a waiter to take the order. Then had to ask for menus to check the different types of meat we were about to be served which was never provided for us. Instead, the waiter came to the table and told us to use the red/green cards whenever we wanted to be served. That was the last time that we saw our waiter as not even once did he bother to come and check on us or ask for second drinks. I also asked one of the waiters for water which was never brought to us. The servers don’t really bother telling you anything about the meats they serve unless you ask and we were never offered any sides to go with our steaks. After finishing the main course, we were very keen on checking the dessert menu but unfortunately nobody cleared our table and we had to sit there with dirty plates and no drinks for 20 minutes so I ended up asking for the bill which the waiter forgot about (shocking) so then I had to go to the waiter station and wait for him to put the cutleries away first and then assist me. They totally ruined our anniversary lunch and it’s safe to say that we will not be back.
