Estabulo Rodizio Bar & Grill honours the Brazilian Gaúcho’s traditional method of cooking. This involves taking the most delicious and flavoursome cuts of meat, which are then skewered and cooked slowly on open flames.
This method of cooking also means that all the meat served to you fresh at your table, straight from the grill. You can eat as much or as little as you like, and we have a large selection of meats on offer, so you can stick to what you know or try something a little bit different!
As well as our main menus, we also have a selection of Vegetarian, Halal and Fish dishes on offer.

    Our colleagues recommended this place and it did not disappoint. For the sides I liked the white cheddar, tomato with mozzarella cheese covered with pesto, asparagus, salami, chorizo and chili rice. For the meat, sausage, pork belly, lamb chops and garlic steak. Do not forget to try the grilled pineapple with cinnamon. Super yummy The salad looks good but I did not have enough space to try them. Maybe on my next visit.

    Very good…..second time here but did heave to wait a bit long between each meat coming round I felt it was where I was seated next to the bar as the other tables didn’t have to wait as long

    The service was excellent. Very friendly staff. Was the first time I’ve been but really enjoyed both the food and atmosphere. Nice ambience and different from a lot of the other food places in Union Square/Aberdeen city centre. I will definitely be back again.

    There was a very good atmosphere, noticeable as soon as we walked in. The staff were all wonderful. The salad bar was equal to the best with lots of choice, it was difficult not to overdo the quantity. All cuts of meat were good and the time between servings was fine, if anything a little too short. Highly recommended.

    To start with when we arrived for our table booking. The female waitress showed us our table and that was it. No explanation on how it works. Another waiter comes after we had sat down for quite a few mins said to us we can go up to the buffet table and start. To which I informed him we had not had any order taken as my partner was wanting the fish choice as doesn’t eat meat. They started coming round with the meats but didn’t get offered all the choices that were available Asked for the chicken hearts and never got. I think it’s well over priced and I can get a more better meal else where for what we paid. So I can see us not coming back there.

    Fantastic food - the best cooked meat I think I have ever eaten - all of the meats had the look of "medium" with nice borwning on the outside but slightly pink on the inside, but the meats had a soft and juicy texture like "rare" but without any blood. I am amazed that they can cook meat so well, and I would recommend it to anyone whol ikes meat (steak, rump, lamb, chicken - all perfectly cooked).

    h Have been here4 times now and this was the worst. When you first opened it was great all the meats people coming round all the time, gammon served lamb loads of lovely meats and like all these places they then slowly start to cut back and go downhill. I lived in Brazil for 2 years so know how the experience should be. Had to ask for metas last night got charged for the festive menu I did not want a COLD Yorkshire pudding and got ONE pigs in blanket. My last glass of wine was full of sediment at the end not nice and not acceptable at the price of a glass of wine. So disappointed as first experience very good but it slowly going downhill and if this carries on it will shut. At £42 whatever so not worth the money and constantly having ask for meat and iI wanted the chicken sausages wrapped in bacon got one then ask if they could come round again later, never appeared.

    When you first get seated the servers with the meat skewers come round frequently then they bring pineapple and after that the frequency drops dramatically of the servers with meat. We had to ask several times for different meats which eventually they came with.

    Loved the idea that you can eat as much as you want and the waiters come round your table with different meats every few minutes. The salad bar was great, lots of options and delicious. Just not sure it was worth £43 each when we would usually get a regular meal somewhere for under £30.

    Everything g was great apart from I do t like pink meat! Not everyone likes it like that and there was no option to have it cooked a bit more. We had 3 teenagers with us who also didn’t like pink meat I felt it was far too expensive for this reason

    Embarrassing, totally ignored and had to ask for food, others seemed to get regular attention, charged the Christmas rate for some reason, staff eventually offered some of the cheapest items.. poor service, tempted to re visit the salad bar to at least have something on a plate

    The salad bar is as good as we have seen anywhere. One or two of the cuts of meat were not as good as the last time we ate here. Overall the cost for dinner is quite high. Lunch was better value I think.

    Service was fantastic. The waiter we had on the day was great. He regularly checked how things were, explained what meats were being served and was always asking if there was anything else he could get us.

    Our first time dining here. Wasn’t too sure what to expect, but we thoroughly enjoyed our night out . Great food and drink , the staff were very helpful and attentive. Would recommend to anyone that enjoys a good meat feast .

    Felt welcome as soon as we arrived by the hostess. The person looking after our table was very attentive and all the staff very polite and courteous. The salad bar was amazing by itself. My husband had the meat option and was really impressed with the quality and selection. I opted for the fish, it was tasty but got cold quickly. Just a bit of feedback, i would have preferred a smaller plate of it and the option to have it topped up once later as i only ate half, seafood is not that tasty cold! Possibly the option just to have the salad bar also, i don't eat meat and have to limit carbs some times also so the veggie options of pasta and risotto i didn't take, nice to have them though. On the whole, we loved it and its very different. We have already recommended to friends & will return soon! Only negative was the fact that on paying the bill, my husband wasn't aware there was already a service charge added and added another one. The staff deserved it but it should have been brought to his attention. Thank you to all the staff.

    This was my first visit and I was absolutely blown away ! Great staff great atmosphere and absolutely amazing food and drink. This is by far my favourite restaurant to eat out in now. Would absolutely recommend it to everyone

    Another delicious selection of meats to try along with the high quality sides available at the buffet bar. The staff were lovely and made a fuss of my wife for her birthday. It was just lovely.
