We really enjoyed our visit to Estabulo. The staff work really hard to make your experience a good one, they are really friendly and courteous, the food was fresh and tasty and the restaurant was really clean. We will definitely eat there again!

Disappointing that prices increase for a Festive menu, yet advertised products were not available / brought around such as pigs in blankets. Warm Yorkshire Puddings had been available yet we asked for more and then never replaced. Several times asked for more gammon which never arrived. After 30 minutes the meat service generally stopped to our table. We have always enjoyed previous visits but this time Estabulo let themselves down.

Everything was amazing .. All the meat was cooked perfectly and the staff were all really polite and kind. This was the second time I have been to estabulo, the first time was a few years ago and both have experiences have been outstanding

After first round of food it appeared we were left for over half an hour, we requested some specific food that did not arrive and had to ask again…. Often feels like repeating the same cheaper foods like sausage or chicken instead of steak. Great food when it arrived and service rectified but only after raising the issue

We were massively overcharged. Only realised after we left but even though we went in the lunch period with two children, 8 and 11, they charged them as adults! That surely can’t be an honest mistake. Disgusting

We found the service slow with the meats and were often overlooked with servers walking past the green cards on our table. We were offered gammon twice before we were offered anything else even though we had seen servers walking past with different meats. Drinks service and waiter service was good. Portion of chips brought to table was small for 2 to share. Salad bar was messy, particularly around sauces section which could have done with better upkeep. Food itself was good & tasty, particularly sausages and garlic bread. We are regular visitors of Fazenda and considering they are the same price, Fazenda definitely has the edge.

Not up to its usual standard last night. Whilst I appreciate that the city centre was busy, the service and quality of food last night was not up to scratch. We were left waiting for food and drink for long periods of time and the quality of meat was not great.

We went for my partners birthday, it was all we expected and more. The food was lovely, the meat was spot on, the service was so good we wanted for nothing. We even went early and they seated us with no complaint. All in all a 5star experience, deffo recommend.

We were slightly disappointed with the quality of the meat that was served - it certainly wasn't the best of cuts on offer. When we were presented with our bill it was more than we expected - we queried this with the waitress who stated that the price increase was due to the change of the "Festive menu". We did feel like asking what the difference in menu's was but left it! We also didn't like the fact that the service charge is added to the bill.

Visited for the first time last night for my daughter’s 20th birthday! We’re all big meat lovers! The buffet was lovely great selection. Meats absolutely delicious, but a couple of times we did have our cards on green and the waiter walked past us. Drinks service was very slow! Our server Angelee was absolutely lovely. Really sweet and so happy! A credit to the restaurant! We did feel it was expensive but worth it for a special occasion.

I have eaten at Estabulo a few times now and have always had a good experience but this time was slightly different. We arrived at the restaurant to be told that they were only serving the festive menu and it would be an extra £10pp. The festive menu is the same as the usual menu but with pigs in blankets, shop bought tiny Yorkshire's and some gravy which I'm sure you can agree is not worth such a large increase in price. It was not clear when booking that this would be the case which was disappointing. I enjoy going to estabulo but this did annoy me a bit. Otherwise a great experience

Fantastic service and we really enjoyed the experience. Slight problem in the fact that items from the Christmas menu weren’t available so we queried the bill and it was sorted with no problem. Would definitely visit again.

Very poor. The meat was all medium well done not medium rare. We received no meet for over 40mins and had to ask for it, still wasn’t received. More galmon, lamb and sausages than beef. Service was lacking as staff changed mid sitting. Won’t be returning

We was in the restaurant for two hours we explained we wanted our meat with no blood they told the waiters but it wasn't done unfortunately we had to request for alot of items to come round which some never did and took a very long time over an hour the chips werent cooked through and was soggy and only warm it was extremely disappointing from previous experiences in different estabulo to them speak to the staff even at the end he said he would speak with manager but nothing ever happened it was extremely expensive to not even have eaten very much either the bill was £115 for 2 people we won't be visiting again

Poor night out !! Took 20 minutes to get a bottle to the table , surrounded by people In woolly hats and caps , this place is a nice looking restaurant I expected a lot more , I felt like I was eating in a £10 all you can eat buffet . I’m not a snob but have some class . Requested chicken hearts twice, never came to our table , they did bring them out but served them all to one table …unbelievable. Slices of meat only small amounts given , it tasted good but that’s where it stops . Never asked us how we like the meat cooked , never asked us if we needed anything else . Very let down and for £116 for two people it’s not cheap , spend a bit extra and go to Fazendas , this place is no good just feels like a cheap rip off version . Would not return 👎

Our first visit and it was a disappointment unfortunately, our table wasn't ready to begin with (which is fine) and we were asked to go and get a drink at the bar while they got the table together. At the bar there was one other person waiting to be served, there was one staff member behind the bar who simply couldn't cope as he had all the table orders to do so safe to say in the whole 10mins we were waiting there we never even got a drink. Once we were seated and told how the system worked we both got some food from the salad bar and then the wait began! We had our cards on green for the majority of the time we were there because the offering of meats were very slow and at times the servers would walk straight by our table even though it was green and serve the table behind us and miss us again on the way back. The table beside us had the very same problem, we both did bring it up to the staff more than once, when we were offered meat the cuts weren't always the best, you asked if you have a preference for a meat and ours was beef but by the time we were offered some my husband had had enough and ended up giving in. Some of the meat we did eat was nice but there was a lot that lacked quality. The moment our plates were finished with they were swiftly taken away and presented with the bill, if only they were this attentive with the food and drink service . Have to say we have been to Fazenda (similar place) a few times and the service hands down so much better!

First time to this restaurant and really enjoyed it as something very different. A very warm welcome and staff very attentive and friendly. First you visit the salad bar - I was expecting limp greens and boring dishes that had sat out too long, but was very surprised with some really fresh and flavoursome dishes like the Kale and Apple, and so much to choose from. Then the assortment of meats were transported round the room on plentiful basis. The lamb was astounding and well seasoned, and nice to be offered a choice of well done or medium rare on the beef. Loved the veggie additions of pineapple and halloumi as well. Food was non-stop so we did have to pause for a while. Really recommend for a fun night out and I think you really do get value for money if youre hungry!
