Had lunch, was fairly quiet in the restaurant. Never the less it was great customer service and the food was as delicious ever. We visit Estabulo every month. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Freat food. Due to covid the restaurant was a little quiet. Excellent staff very helpful and attentive.

Food from buffet (now served) was cold before any meat came. Asked four times for medium but only rare meat continued to circulate. Meat was fatty and full of salt unlike previous visits. Price was £120 for two adults one 13 year old and one 12 year old.
Will not return.

Paid for evening menu... was in from 4-5.40 and not one item from the evening menu was brought out. All meat from lunch menu... ordered roast potatoes and hot food from buffet. Came 40mins late,cold and no meat was brought at this time. Really bad service. Shocking. When asked why no evening menu brought out out manager said there was only 2 people having evening menu.. so he clearly thought it wasn’t worth cooking the meat,but still thought it was worth charging the evening menu price

The food is high quality, with a good selection from the salad bar and Hot meat of various sorts delivered regularly to the table.

Lovely food cooked to perfection, service is excellent considering current circumstances.
Overall brilliant experience.

The food that came was majoritivly fat and gristle very rare almost blue when we had said medium to medium well the waiting staff were very friendly when you spoke to them however you did not see much of them the servers were not as friendly never spoke to you just cut the meat and left.
The price I thought was expensive for the experience.
The choices for salad were poor as it was only 8 choices, I understand that it is not buffet however the choices were limited to 8 and 1 slice of bread and 1 butter is 2 choices gone and you could not get more meaning it was not unlimited as advertised.
I have visited the Leeds site and I much prefer it to the Wakefield which I would not return to.
The review is not at the waiting staff as stated they were polite, friendly and tried when we saw them they were just very busy.
I would also like to note that the hand hygiene by the wait staff was exceptional, I witnessed every member of them sanitising between each plate and drink although not the servers but they do not come into contact objects other than the skewers

The service from every member of staff was marvellous, they could not do enough for us from arrival to leaving. Courteous, friendly and everything was explained fully.

The food was delicious and the ambience was very cosy and comfortable.

My only critism was that the meat came too quickly and some of the cuts refused did not come round again

It was pretty busy, most tables looked to be full, same amount of tables as normal and so the tables were not all 2 metres apart, which was a concern for one of our party as she felt too close to a person at the next table. A couple of staff had the mask over their mouths but under their nose (presumably because they were too warm but this is not covid safe!)
You cannot go to the salad bar to get your own salad, instead you have to pick up to 8 options from a checklist and a member of staff brings you a plate with your salad on, unfortunatrly you have no control of how much of each item they put on your plate, so i ended up with a large amount of rice and garlic mushrooms but not much of the cold options i had chosen and they had mixed up one of my options so i had something on my plate that i did not like and had not chosen.
I also had to wait 15minutes for a drink as the waitress forgot to put my drink order through when i arrived.
However the meat was amazing as usual, the staff were friendly and helpful and as there were a few people celebrating birthdays we saw and heard the band. We do love Estabulo as a rule and would recommend and we would go again, would just prefer a few tables were removed on a busy Saturday night, so the seats are at least 2 metres away from other tables during Covid, the we would feel safer and more comfortable and confident all rules are been followed.

This was my second time to Estabulo and enjoyed it so much first time I had to return for a second.
The staff can't do enough for you especially the manager, he's a ex music teacher so plays a mean trumpet.
It was my son's 22nd birthday and I couldn't have asked for more from everyone at Estabulo, the atmosphere the food and the staff are all amazing, see you all again very soon.

They now use a tick box method for salad bar works a lot better than before.

Absolutely fantastic, already planning our next visit

Really lovely afternoon for my dad's birthday, the staff could not do enough and made us feel special. They catered for both myself and my dad as well as a 3 year old little boy and nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely love the food

Visited at lunch time - Whilst the food was nice i dont think it is now worth the money £18.95Pp for the lunch time menu. Given the current covid situation Alot as changed and i think their price should reflex that. Would not recommend at current prices.

Enjoyable evening

The food was on the whole very good but the odd bit of meat was over cooked. We also didn’t find that we were offered anywhere near anything near the entire variety of meat on the menu. We kept getting offered the usual suspects such as rump and sirloin, we managed to get one piece of chicken, no fillet mignon and no sausage were offered.

The service was appalling and it is not the fault of the staff. There aren’t enough staff in general to keep everyone fed as per the concept of the restaurant. The staff were very nice and hard working but there was an unfortunate language barrier with all of them apart from the greeters. All servers were struggling to understand us or correctly communicate back.

Was recommended so had high expectations. Salad bar is a tick selection sheet. Took them 3 goes to get it right. Not a good start. Quite a wait for meat and sporadic in where they went. We did not get all items on the menu even after asking specifically for them. Servers where there but not servicing very well in my opinion. Not sure I would rush back. Shame as the meat thatwe did get to try was very nice.

there was a time in our visit that we went 20 minutes without any meat coming to our table. We ordered water, and had to ask 3 times where it was.
