As always the service was great with attention to detail and a wonderful welcome as we celebrated our anniversary
Very nice host and service was excellent.
Really enjoyed the food and and the cocktails and wine selection were ace.
Very enjoyable food in a great atmosphere. Service excellent altogether a good experience.
The room is very attractive and sunny at lunchtime. Selection is good, with at least two meat and two fish options and a vegetarian option. Starters and desserts are a bit expensive, but the sides are generous and good value. The wine list is good, with a good selection even if you are ordering a glass. Maybe the wine could be a bit cheaper. Service was polite and attentive, maybe main courses were a bit slow to arrive, but they brought us lovely bread and butter.
Excellent Sunday lunch, with great service, casually smart ambience, and a relaxed feel.
Wonderful meal at Fallon and Bryne. One small point--the portion of potato/veg with the hake dinner was miniscule, and my husband needed to order extra sides to be satisfied. Otherwise it was wonderful ambience, excellent service. We will definitely be back.
Excellent food…just a bit too noisy for a romantic evening, if you want to hear what your partner is saying.
Everything was lovely. Delicious food and great staff! Lovely experience.
Really great food. Brilliant waiter with good knowledge about the wine selection
Gorgeous food with great service
Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch on Sunday. I’ll be back again soon.
Fantastic food with a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend Fallon and Byrne.
Outstanding cocktail, delicious wine though incorrect vintage on wine list, burger very poor, starters very good, baked Alaska not actually a baked Alaska and little recognition of our comment about it. Love the place, would choose food more carefully next time though and maybe skip dessert. Very mixed staff....two were excellent, one was OK and two were completely indifferent. Wonderful dining space.
Food was & is always on point! Never lets us down
With this restaurant you're always guaranteed a lovely meal in a lovely atmosphere. Staff were superb and extremely helpful answering questions, especially about the cheese. Food was very tasty, had lovely hake for mains. While food prices are reasonable for Dublin City centre the price of wine has shot up, as it has in so many other restaurants, so that quickly adds up on final bill.
A sensational experience, perfect food, perfect wine, perfect cocktails, staff were amazing. Ambience if perfection. Thank you.
Great quality of food, superb service, location and ambience
Lovely meal but a little but disappointing that we couldn’t use our €25 voucher on a Thursday evening as only applicable for Sunday to Wednesday 😌
Incredible thank you so much. We keep coming back again and again. Impeccable !
Excellent COVID precautions in a beautiful dining space. No negatives.
First time back with a friend for indoor dining.
All proper checks were made and had a personal hand sanitizer at your table.
Food was fantastic and the staff were warm and welcoming.
This was our last night in Ireland dinner. The food was simply amazing. The variety & freshness is notable. The cocktail and wine list was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the veggie side of peas, snap peas & leeks. The space is very nicely done, and big & airy. Lots of great atmosphere. Always a favorite when visiting Dublin.
Very good food, great atmosphere, excellent service! Very aware of dietary requirements and accommodated coeliac and vegan guests excellently, will definitely be back. Great to feel comfortable :)
The lamb I had was definitely undercooked and as such, was tough with some muscle tendon still nearly raw. The asparagus my companion had was overcooked, as was my tenderstem broccoli. The side fries I ordered did not have that crunchiness, which makes fries so appealing. The menu was also limited and remained unchanged since my last visit a year ago.
Our waitress Shannon made our evening perfect. She could not have been more attentive without being overbearing. She is a natural and hang on to her because she is a star. The peach and radicchio salad was unbelievably delicious as were the main courses of Dingle hake and Wicklow beef burger. The breads were perfection. Thanks for a lovely evening. See you soon again.
Lovely for a Sunday lunch food fantastic with wonderful service couldn't fault it
Staff very friendly and helpful, food & drinks excellent, very nice restaurant to spend afternoon/evening in.
Arrived 10 min early, and were seated immediately .we were given a few minutes to settle,(relax ,take coats off etc) in before any staff approach us with menus.
I've been coming here for a long time and it never disappoints. Whether its in the wine cellar, the dining room or just grabbing a sandwich the food amd service is always excellent
Loved the atmosphere and the food. Service was poor in that waiter poured the wrong wine and then did not keep an eye on our glasses for refills or to clear plates.
Birthday. Orders were taken with delay. We asked for Mayo to go with chips, never arrived. Food was average, open lasagna below average. Pricey.
In general the experience was very good. The room is spacious and pleasant and the welcome was very warm. The menu was interesting without being particularly innovative. The arrival of our main course was somewhat slow. However this was compensated for by the offer of a drink on the house, which we gratefully accepted.
Overall a very satisfactory experience
Excellent service. Most food excellent. Personally thought truffle mash was too garlicky, not subtle AT ALL. Totally disliked the relish that went with the burger. Tasted like ketchup swirled with a bad cheap steak sauce. The grilled oysters were heavenly; the burger delicious, the chicken dish superb, as was the Knickerbocker dessert. Just surprised by the few hiccups from the kitchen.
Delicious meal. Really great fresh food and fantastic service, attentive but not annoying.
Outstanding food and very warm and professional service
Fabulous - would give 6 stars for the service if I could
Thank you all, we had a wonderful experience, and we are planning a return :)
It was extremely noisy but I understand it is because of the clients.
The food was missing taste, the lamb was rare cooked inside and burnt outside and because it was burnt it has bitter taste. The leek was so over burnt.
The chicken meed was missing any taste. It was missing slat in all dishes. Good restaurants prepare the food ready to eat not supposing clients to add salt or other additions. I am eating personally saltless food but this food was missing salt completely.
I would like to thank the manager for the correct reaction - the two main courses were deducted by the bill.
Wonderful evening, great ambiance, superb food and and the most charming and efficient service in town.
Lovely meal in Fallon and Byrne. The food was excellent and the staff were great. Good to see a separate plant based menu for those who want it (it wasn't me, the duck and fish were lovely). Manager was very accommodating, had one small issue with something missing from a dish and it was sorted straight away and he was great about it.
