Lovely lunch. Ate outside under a heater. Staff was friendly, food delicious, and outdoor space cool but comfortable—with a nice view of the Potomac and a bevy of birds serenading us throughout. I enjoyed the mussels with a side of Brussels sprouts and hot tea. Highly recommend.
Horrible experience. Our reservation was not honored. We arrived on time with our party of 6 complete at 1300z They told us to wait a few minutes. Then, at 1315 I asked if our table was ready, and then they told us that people were paying but not wrapping up. This went on for another 10 mins. They did not offer a solution until I started complaining. Then they gave us a horrible table. Our 8 year old was starving so we accepted. No discount no extra care. This is basic restaurant management. When you have a table booked your inform the customers that they have to leave. They simply didn’t care to honor our reservation. Unacceptable.
Karim, you are SO right- we dropped the ball here, and I am SO sorry we failed to not only have you accommodated on time, but also failed to make this right prior to your departure. :( I would love the chance to hopefully turn this around if it's not too late! I took my Dad here for his Birthday. This was our 1st time going to this restaurant and it was better than expected. I will definitely be coming back.

I've been coming to Fisher's Farmer now for years, it's my place to go over the weekends, my reservations was for two and 1:15. The young lady that received me and my girl started the sad experience. She made me and my girl feel as if we were begging to be taken care of. Then friends of her's came in right after and they were greeted as they were from the Royals. 1:00pm came around and then 1:10 and I was told to go and wait outside, now I understand the COVID restrain, but two couples that reservation was 1:30 and I asked was seated before 1:15, I think we will wait until COVID is over before returning, terrible experience. Lol...

Nice Restaurant food pleasant. Great location, restaurant large so plenty of spaces in between tables with Covid guidelines.
Thanksgiving pre fixe was fabulous!
It was a great atmosphere to have Thanksgiving dinner but the menu was disappointing. Not at all what we expected. We chose traditional Turkey dinner which was alright but we thought that’s we would have other options. Turned out to be a nice outing anyway. Sometimes the company is more important than the food..this was that instance. The service was exceptional
This review is for the Thanksgiving meal. The turkey and ham did not have any taste. The fried chicken was good. The sides were good and the desserts were delicious. Unfortunately, though, most of our family got the turkey and ham, which was tasteless.

I dined at Farmers Fishers and Bakers for Thanksgiving. I had the vegan meal which was very disappointing. I was told I could not get the regular side of stuffing and sweet potato because everything was pre-portioned and it would be up to the Chef to decide if I could have it. It was very unfortunate to find this out after I received my meal. This should have been told to us upon making the reservation.

This place is amazing. Every time I go here I feel like a VIP. Service, food, experience is always amazing. I love to bring friends from out of town here. Kendra the GM is exceptionally amazing. She always makes a point to speak with every table and make sure everything is great. Please try this place!
Really delicious Thanksgiving meal! The only minor downside was the table location. It was an outside table on a gorgeous autumn day, but there was little outdoor ambiance. The table was squeezed between the winter tent and the restaurant windows near the service door. There was a pretty constant stream of wait staff and food delivery drivers walking by. But the food was the star and the service was excellent!
Tables unclean looking; no ambiance except water fountain that is not part of restaurant; prime rib .... the skinniest piece of meat I have ever had ! Way overpriced.
Didn’t clear appetizer/ salad dishes and they arrived with main courses... no where to put them . Poorly staffed. Andres our waiter lovely but seemed not able to manage wait staff.
Very disappointed in prime rib. Do not order.

The food was very good, the price was good, but the service was very disappointing . The server were very slow with drink orders and couldn’t remember our request. Some of the food orders came out wrong. The restaurant was not busy. I just didn’t understand.
For their reputation, I think they still can make the ambience much nicer. The food and the service are awesome!
We were outside in a tent. There were heaters and blower which made it a bit noisy. We still needed to keep our coats on. Food was great as always!
Maybe covid is the reason I didn’t like the place but the food wasn’t good. Service was just okay. I’ll pass going back. Save money and time

Service was horrible. It wasn't peak brunch time yet, and it took almost 20 mins just to get water. The server on the buffet line was absolutely rude. Rushed me thru the line and showed annoyance when I asked what a dish was. I mean seriously? I wanted to sample more food, but apparently for her I was done. Will NEVER go back there.

Very good food, a bit chilly in the tent area and noisy but we felt safer.
Brunch has been a different experience since Covid, but they’re adjusting and making it work. Staff is really professional and helpful and the food is still great... you just can’t get it yourself and fix your plate how you want it. Love the tents they’ve set up with the heat lamps. The birds are still a nuisance, but entertaining at the same time. Not sure why they’re the only restaurant at the harbor with this Covid surcharge. Seems a bit much to add on fees to people that are also having to adjust financially during these times, but still trying to support your business at the same time. I hope they rethink that. The drinks are pricey enough... but delicious.
Farmers Fishers Bakers is one of my favorites (Farmers & Distillers #1 fave). My table consisted of 3 people one of whom recently relocated to the DC area and has never been to the restaurant.
I love the restaurant, and the food. The issue I had was with our server. I think he may have been a manager which honestly makes me having to write this review about the person that served us a little aggravating.
It took him approximately 5 minutes to come to our table. We order 2 bloody mary's and he was checking to the price of something I asked for before I committed to order it. We went to get our food and he answered my question and I placed my drink order.
It took approximately 12 - 15 minutes before we received our drink orders. While eating and looking for our server - I figured he was of a management capacity because he was all over the restaurant checking tables and doing other "managerial" tasks. I've been to this restaurant enough times to know that at some point a server comes to each table with other items that weren't on the menu or on the buffet. Those servers walked past our table SEVERAL times without stopping. After several minutes were got our servers attention to ask for those items. They arrived approximately 10 - 12 minutes later.
I noticed that another party of 2 was seated across from us and IMMEDIATELY they were waiting on, they received their beverages quickly. While they were @ the buffet getting food the first time - the other server left a few items (that aren't on the menu or buffet) BEFORE they asked and BEFORE they returned to their table.
This didi not sit well with me. The server came to our table one time with fried shrimp, and a cold slice of pizza.
Brunch was totally AWESOME!! Great variety of food for the price.
Ordered the Blackend Catfish. Very tasteful however the portion size was on the smaller side.
Mussels overcooked, french fries luck warmed, very average experience,

Farmers Fishers Bakers is an excellent restaurant with exceptional service and food during the COVID era. Their COVID protocols were fairly standard and did not impact the food nor the service. I will definitely be back!

Brunch food was ok, not worth the price. Server was absent the whole time, had to ask multiple times for an item since the beggining of being there and refills, never received the refills and the item arrived when we were ready to leave. Havent tried the dinning but the brunch is not worth it.
