The staff was really lovely & the place was beautiful
Hello. My whole experience at Feya was an absolute joke. When seated, I received the wrong order twice and the milk cake was below satisfactory. To add to that, one of the customers near us has decided to take off their shoes which left a bad odor in the place and we had to leave. There was no creamer given with the milk cake as advertised. Additionally, the lady serving us brought us the bill with additional items on it which we did not order. We did not pay the service charge which was added after the whole experience. Never will I come or recommend this cafe. It would be a good opportunity during this lockdown to revise your marketing so to ensure the food matches the standard.
Perfect venue for my daughters Birthday breakfast as she turned 20, the ambience, decor, food and service were fabulous!
We’ll be back
Arrived for my reservation and the waiter seated us. Waited 10 mins for him to come back over to take our order and only when we ordered did he tell us there was a 45min wait for the food. It would have saved time letting us know this information before we had been seated. We ordered drinking thinking they’d be quicker but they took too long so we ended up cancelling and finding somewhere else to eat.
Disgusting, horrendous, vile, I will never darken their door again. I ordered what was described as avocado and egg brunch, I was presented with a boiled egg stuck between two pieces of avocado that they had the audacity to charge £14.50 for. I sent it back and ordered something else which was a larger portion but tasted like mashed up baby food. They don't have an alcohol license so I couldn't even dull my sense with prosecco. Overall hideous, the decor tacky, the food vile and overpriced.
Great setting, gorgeous decor and nostalgic background music. However much more effort should be placed on the taste of the food, as opposed to its appearance alone.
Creative menu options nonetheless :)
The food is not tasty at all and not worth my money. Only a pretty cafe but no real value. Bad experience
I picked this place because its cute af! We took loads of pictures but also enjoyed the food, it would be nice if the mint tea was made with fresh mint and not teabags but aside from that affordable and beautiful
The place it's really nice but the pancakes are not worthy of the price.
The waiter took more than 20 minutes before coming to get the order.
The hot chocolate with alfazema was quite tasty.
The place is was fantastic. Everything is very cured, there is a lot of attention towards the detail when it comes to both the presentation of the food and of the cafe’s setting. When entering Feya you are immediately greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is magical
Lovely setting and great food for a quick stop off
Food wasn’t up to standards, also the customer service is a lot better in st James street
Poor food and long wait...extremely disappointed ☹️
Absolutely amazing. Loved the food and service. 100/100
Service was pretty slow, but staff was super friendly. Atmosphere was really good & aesthetically pleasing. However there wasn’t much of an option for food! But defo will be returning for desserts.
Came with my toddler who loved it. Visited this place 2 times in a space of a week. Would recommend
Beautiful cafe 🤩 . Exquisite decor. Outstanding food ❤️ will visit again soon🤩
Food/drinks were alittle expensive. But overall amazing place to see and take Afew photos! 🥰
Food is good, cafe is gorgeous. People were a bit noisy but not the fault of the staff. Sadly found a hair in my food :( but otherwise really enjoyed it.
Great place to go with the friends. The staff were amazing and it was very quiet which was a good thing. The waffles and tree art coffee was amazing. I would totally recommend it to my friends. When I uploaded pictures of the place, many people asked me where it was and I obviously told them it was not just the looks, but everything tasted amazing too!
Its a very nice cosy cafe! Loved it! Especially on a special day morning when it was my 🎂
Loved the cardamom chai! It was so good I had 2. The gyros was amazing with a lovely fresh salad on the side. The location is beautiful. Great for catching up with friends. My new Sunday chill spot.
The service was great, the waiters treated everyone equally and made sure everyones needs were being met. All the waiters were extremely helpful especially the female staff.
The atmosphere was really calming. The booths were clean and beautiful. The food was AMAZING!!
The food needed to be drastically improved. Not worth value for money.
Food was exceptional , staff really friendly and professional.
Decor is gorgeous!!!
Coming back soon ❤️
So I took my friend here for a birthday brunch last Sunday! We were running late but the staff were really accommodating when I called ahead and I only had to wait a short while to get a lovely table! The food was fab especially the waffles and pancakes! The lychee cooler was to die for! But the biggest thing was the ambience! My friend and I ended up staying until closing and the staff never once came to move us on or rush us away! Would highly recommend!! Will be coming again soon!
The only thing enjoyable about feya is the decor and the presentation of their dishes. The food and drink both are absolutely horrifying, and so overpriced, paid £60 and didn’t actually eat food. I was recommended a Spanish iced coffee which was nearly ten pounds the most basic drink at a ridiculous price.
My birthday celebration
Food was great , waiter suggested one of the new dishes (souvlaki) which was amazing!! Coming back soon!!!
Really helpful staff , shakshuka was probably the best we have tried in the area!!!
The café looks stunning and quite chic. I absolutely loved the cake. My friends and I spent a really nice afternoon.
Best pancake and waffle we ever had ! Amazing service
The seating was not good although I booked it a week ago.. it was near the entrance door. And serving counters!
Would not like to go back perhaps even if I like the food and other things!
So they should be careful about it!
The food was really nice, service was terrible but the staff were helpful once they came over to you.
We went to Feya for my daughters birthday as she’d seen it online & thought it looked interesting.
The staff were absolutely lovely & very attentive despite it being a busy Saturday lunchtime. We waited a very reasonable amount of time for our food & drinks.
However, the pricing is astronomical! I paid £62 for two milkshakes, two mains & one desert. For the food they are serving that’s a lot - we’re talking toasted sandwiches, pasta, gnocchi with pesto & the like. Nothing exciting or original & served to a standard that’s ok - hot with average portion sizes. I don’t mind paying more for food that’s a bit special but this just wasn’t. I understand that really you’re paying for the appearance & ‘instagrammability’ of the place but it’s not somewhere I’d return to when I can get the same food for half the price elsewhere.
Staff = great!
Food = ok
Decor = pretty
Price = far too expensive
The café is very cute. Surprisingly the food tastes as good as it looks. I've ordered the pancakes with pistachio sauce and they were very good and very well presented. My friends ordered pancakes and the avocuddle. I wouldn't recommend this last one as it's basically an avocado with an egg and other ingredients in the middle. My friend had to order a cake after that as it wasn't filling. It was definitely overpriced.
As for the service, the first waiter (a tall skinny guy)I met was quite rude as I told him I had a reservation but one of my friends was there already and he asked me if I wanted to go and check where my friend was, like it's not his job to show me where my table is!
The other waiters were very nice, also available to take pics of us! We had a little issue as they run out of whipped cream for the pancakes and they didn't inform us so a waiter offer to send us ice cream instead and we accepted. However, the ice cream that was supposed to be a replacement was actually on our bill. We spoke to the waiter (a short guy with glasses) and he removed that from the bill straight away apologizing. Great customer service skills :) His colleague should learn from him!
As for the Covid rules, all the waiters were wearing masks.
Food came an hour late and felt like we got the poor end of the stick compared to others around us! Then they tried to service charge us and when we asked for it to be taken off they asked why, as if we hadn’t waited for the food which wasn’t at its best quality, for an hour!
I came here for a birthday dinner and I was completely blown away with the level of amazing service I had received. I was pleased with my food and I definitely enjoyed my time there!
