The small, quaint dining room was designed to resemble an old fashioned Italian osteria. Rich with wood and other earth elements Fiamma is a warm inviting atmosphere. The Italian countryside was inspiration for both the menu and the dining space. While at Fiamma you will be greeted with a smile, and treated like family.
While the food and service is always good at Fiamma’s, it was deeply disappointing to see they were not following COVID guidelines.
Tables upstairs were right on top of each other with no appropriate spacing.
The bartender and one of the cooks were only wearing a plastic face shield but no actual mask. One cough or sneeze and it would be in the food or cocktails.
Perception is everything and unfortunately, it can be perceived this restaurant is not safe in current pandemic times.
We had an early reservation (5:30) it was nice and laid back. Service was Great and our food was delicious! You cannot go wrong with any of their pizzas and if you haven’t tried the grilled octopus app, I highly recommend it. This is one of our favorite places and it never disappoints!

The food is authentic Italian cuisine! The atmosphere is industrial -trendy and the wait staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. A great place for a date night!
Very good!! Only complaint I had was being tall I was uncomfortable at the table I was at because my knees were hitting the top of the table. Food was delicious and worth it !

Very nice restaurant and perfect Saint Valentine Day! We got an upgrade for standart table that was much nicer and the dimmed light+pleasent atmosphere did their work well. We will def come back again!
Had a reservation for 845pm and was seated at 5pm to a dirty table with dirty plates and no silverware.
The drink given to my girlfriend tasted like rubbing alcohol mixed with olive juice and jalapeños. She asked for a Virgin cocktail...
Asked waiter for his recommendations and the chicken dish I got was as hard and crunchy as can be. My girlfriend tried to return her pasta dish for something else, but the waiter said the kitchen the kitchen was closed.
The waiter gave us a discount but on my statement I was charged over 99 dollars for disgusting food and drinks while sitting at a filthy table.

We had a great experience at Centro. Adam our server did a great job and provided great service. Food was excellent as was the wine selection. We definitely want to go back to try other menu items. Loved the atmosphere.

Loved the atmosphere here! Food was delicious as usual. Service was good as well. We all felt a little uncomfortable towards the end and felt like we were being rushed out. It was maybe 9:15PM when they turned the music off. It was a wednesday and their website said they closed at 10PM which is why we chose to go there. Just a little disappointing. Will definitely come back though! Maybe earlier next time.

Food was great! We were in the party room and it was tastefully decorated and not loud. It was a bigger room with more space.

The atmosphere was wonderful, the staff was amazing, the food was beautifully plated and tasty. Some of the dishes were saltier than I would have liked, but I will definitely go back and try different options.
Waiter was pleasant enough to start with, but he rattled through the specials so quickly and quietly it was very hard to understand him.

My wife's pizza was delivered to table uncut and a very cheap pizza wheel cutter provided.
My meal (the spicy-cream-sauce-drenched bone-in pork chops) was the only bright spot.
We were offered a glass of wine precisely once. I would have had two more if given the chance. Alas our waiter couldn't be bother to stop by and check in with us.
And to cap off a terrible experience I had to get up, walk over to our waiter and ask for the check.

Went out on a date with my wife(something we don’t get to do very often) and had an amazing evening. Did not know what I wanted to eat, but was very please with my choice. Our waiter was fantastic(I think his name was Dom).

Best Italian in rochester! The rigatoni al forno would be my last meal if I had to decide. Rochester pizza bomb. The scamporza appetizer was so ooey gooey. You can’t go wrong. Literally everything is amazing.
Eating out during COVID can be nerve wracking. The staff was constantly cleaning and making sure they adhered to the regulated capacity. Then hostesses did a great job enforcing the mask policy.

Food was delicious, and service was excellent. It was a busy Saturday night and noise was moderate downstairs where we were sitting. The restaurant has great ambience - but we could have used more light to read the menu and see the food.

It was our Anniversary
My first visit, the interior was very comfortable, with lots of different seating areas. A bit noisy but we were able to have a conversation. All the draft ( craft) beers were IPA's, which was disappointing.
