very quick service and quality food!
Great spot on lively Polk Street for yummy Italian food and some red wine. They do a wonderful job managing COVID and I felt very safe. Also please do yourself a favor and get the meatballs. I live right around the corner and see regular take out orders of the meatballs in my future.
Overall A+. Our outdoor dining dinner experience was as good as it gets during a pandemic. Great atmosphere. Thorough and reassuring COVID check in process before they seat you. Servers were courteous and helpful with the menu. Food was delicious and paired well with lager served in a frosty glass. I would definitely go back.
Approachable Italian food with an East Coast flare.
Great! Excellent service, food and outdoor seating. We will
be back. Staff is excellent from FOH to BOH!
They made a great effort for outdoor dining. Felt very safe but also - had a good time.
Excellent covid procedures!
Great food! I loved the bubbles of dough in the pizza.
Food was delish and we really appreciated all the efforts made to keep us safe. Thanks Fiorella team!!
Th food was good but a bit expensive and kind of a limited menu. The outdoor dining space was more basic than some of the others on the same block. The service was great and we took a pizza home which was delicious
Great service !!!
Fantastic food (best burrata I’ve ever tasted), friendly staff, perfect patio dining.
Outdoor dining, food was great, but no heaters
You can never go wrong selecting Fiorella! Love their pizzas and salads.
yummy pizza, nice waitress who provided great suggestions
parklet could use some windshields as it was pretty cold; food was all terrific especially the tomato salad and the cacio e pepe
Pizza and pasta were delicious. Great service. COVID safe.
Amazing brunch, maybe my favorite in the city because the quality and price are just perfect. Fried polenta is next level. As are the eggs in purgatory.
Great brunch drinks for $9, which is a steal for SF.
One suggestion would be to get iced coffee and dairy free milk.
Love Fiorella for all the things, with food being so delicious. Only reason not 5 stars is they push you out if you’re hanging too long and they have an incoming reservation - understand the need but it’s not a great experience to feel like you have to race to finish your glass of wine and interrupt great conversation. So just beware, you have 1.5-2 hours then out!
Delicious brunch. Great Service
Relatively simple menu which is the strength of Fiorella. Good appetizer (wings), pasta and pizza, with only a couple of entrees. Everything was great, and a relatively good value too.
Spectacular on every dimension.
Average. Good service. Food was nothing special. Food came almost too quickly. About 5 min after we ordered.
Our pizzas were amazing. The meatballs were yummy. I like the choices of the 8 oz. wine/quartinos.
Overall Fiorella would get a much higher rating, except service was a challenge. While our immediate waitress was great, the chef/owner dropped the ball. We ordered dessert and were presented with a very small scoop of icecream. When we asked for an extra scoop we were told each tiny scoop was $4/apiece. We were charged on our bill for the additional scoops of ice cream. The ice cream was basic vanilla and not worth the cost or the feeling of being ripped off by the management.
Food was not good, pizzas bland.
Great front of house and servers.
The Salsiccia and the Yick Wo Elementary Pies were excellent. We added the wood fired mushrooms and a soft poached egg to the YWE.
Both the Winter Citrus and the Baby Lettuce salads were great, but, as noted in reviews by others the size of the salads together was just enough for 4.
I would see if it were possible to have a family size Baby Lettuce Salad on the regular menu. Then again, one can simply order two of them.
I liked the Rosso Montalcino from Tuscany, Compared side by side with the Sonoma Montepulciano Dolcetto, the choice was obvious.
The food was awesome and they accommodated my request for a candle in our dessert since someone was having her birthday celebration.
Service and atmosphere where great. My girlfriends loved the pizza. My only complaint was the GF pasta, it was by far one of the worst I’ve tried. Had the Cacio e Pepe, the pecorino was in cold, firm chunks at the bottom, the pasta was intended to be Al dente but was closer to raw and crunchy. Disappointing since this in the only true Gluten Free substitutions on the menu. Unfortunately I don’t think this will be our new neighborhood spot:(
the only drawback is the tables are too close together......hard to navigate 'out' and hard to have a private conversation
Food and service were top rate! We had early reservations, 6 pm, on a Thursday evening. We were seated promptly. This was our first visit and were able to walk about a half mile from our apartment. We will be back!
Brother/ sister bruncheon!! Margherita pizza and French toast! YUMMMM
Great brunch spot!
Love the food, everyone was nice and accommodating, had a great time!
Fiorella’s new menu additions and surprise specials are part of what keeps us coming back - but tonight really exceeded expectations with a special Hanukkah menu of Latkes, Brisket & Kugel in the Italian style of Rome’s Trastevere cooking traditions. Absolutely delicious and on offer through the last night of the Festival next Monday.
Generally great as usual, except they changed the octopus side which was not good. Octopus and tomato - not my thing, and it tasted unusually fishy. Also, someone (other than our nice server) brought the food, dropped it, and walked away without telling us what it was so we had to flag down a waiter after several minutes to ask if we had the correct order. We found out we did, but it isn’t tough to simply announce a dish, and very helpful especially if you’re ordering it for the first time.
From the first step in the hostess short and a tad rude we were a minute early. Told to wait outside in cold. Waitress short and my guess not happy with her job. Unfortunate I was going to purchase a gift card for a large group party but wouldn’t subject anyone to this treatment. Food was ok but distracted by them and their treatment of the guest.
The service & Food is always great! We usually have a appetizer, pasta and pizza, which we ask our server what they recommend. It is one of our staple restaurants in the city that we go to.
Fantastic brunch spot for me and my boyfriend, very reasonably priced too!
Thank you for the kind words! We hope to see you again very soon!
