Fire & Grain
Our waitress Tea, saved the experience. If you are going there, request her.
Great service. The food was excellent. The noise level was slightly higher and made it hard to hear conversations.
The food was delicious! Will definitely eat there again.
Full menu is advertised but only the buffet is available.
i know it is chocolate covered Feb but not everyone likes chocolate pancakes. plan pancakes should also be an option. everything else was wonderful.
artisnal drinks were excellent
food was fabulous
was very cold sitting at bar, but was fine at table for meal
very nice experience
Food was just okay. Very busy being that it is located in the Hershey Lodge, so definitely make reservations. Service was great but the kitchen was not up to par.
Food was very good, but service was fantastic. Our server, Jessica was exceptional, especially to my 3 very fussy children.
Excellent food, just wish the portion had been a little more. Thank God for the bread refills!
We had a reservation for 6:30 we shared a very generous dessert (apple crisp with vanilla ice cream). Where we were seated, I had zero view (the server station), but my husband could enjoy the fire place.
The food was delicious, the service was great. We did arrive before the rush which was nice. The only concern I had was that my meal (although delicious) was pricey. I ordered the King Salmon. It was laid on a bed of veggies but I was not able to pick a soup or salad as a side. Those options were not available for my meal. So 27.00 for a filet of fish and some veggies just seems like a lot to me. Other than that everything was great.
Seafood dish had small portion. Steak was good. Service was great.
Service was fantastic! Prompt, friendly, accommodating.
Food on the whole was delicious - however, when asked for the Boar special to be medium rare, it came well done. Disappointing but the rest of our dishes, drinks and dessert were delicious.
My wife and I enjoyed a great meal at Fire & Grain before a weekend conference at Hershey Lodge. The quality of food was excellent and the service was great. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy. The prices are reasonable for what you receive.
Atmosphere was that of a family diner. Seafood skillet was portioned extremely small for the price. Steak was ok.
WE SPENT OUR VALENTINES EVENING DINNER AT FIRE AND GRAIN. WE EACH ORDERED A MARTINI. WHEN THE WITRESS DELIVERED MY HUSBANDS SHE SPILLED HALF OF IT ON HER WAY TO OUR TABLE. THEY ARE NOT CHEAP TO BEGIN WITH ! WE DIDNT WANT TO COMPLAIN BUT FOR 12 BUCKS YOU THINK SHE SOULD HAVE RELAILZED THIS AND BROUGHT HIM A NEW DRINK. SECOND COMPLAINT... MY HUSBAND ORDERED A SEAFOOD SPECIAL AND IT WAS SUCH A SMALL PORTION SERVED IN A SMALL SKILLET- MAYBE ENOUGH FOR A CHILD- TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE PRICE!! HE LEFT HUNGRY. WILL NOT RETURN!!
My daughters food was as cold as my heart. The amount of food served at the price I paid was insane. The service the server provided was a disgrace. The environment felt cheap. The attire of other customers was appalling. The attention paid by the server was next to nothing. Best part was the perfect martini!
We really enjoyed our visit. the cocktails at happy hour were outstanding. the appetizer was outstanding, however, the main course, I had the NY strip did not come with a vegetable side dish. the potatoes were boring and hand no flavor. My suggestion would be to add olive oil and some rosemary. the steak was medium and wasn't that flavorful. It needs a rub that sets itself above the rest. I asked for medium but got rare. Not a fan of sending food back. If you are going to charge the prices you charge the atmosphere was too casual. I know this is a tourist area, but really? I have had better steak at Longhorn Steak house.
Food was OK. Not what I expected for the price. It was a nice for a change but parking was also challenging.
Overall it was a great meal. My wife thought the portion sizes on the seafood skillet were small and it didn't need the breading layer on top. It got really mushy mixed with the seafood. She was still hungry after the meal.
Are there early. No lines at buffet. Good food overall.
The food was wonderful. The menu was great for adults and kids.
We went during Happy Hour and it's great drink deals and appitizers are 1/2 off 4-6p great deals and yummy food
Great service, delicious food and the martinis are to die for! Perfect evening celebrating our anniversary - we’ll definitely be back!!
We were looking for a place to go before a Hershey Bears game, and took a chance on Fire & Grain. It definitely was a great place to have dinner and the service was great .Definitely would recommend it !!!
The food and service here are great. Sadly it’s like eating in an old cold diner.
Service was on the slow side even with the restaurant being empty that evening. Food was great though came out in great time and was awesome!
I went for dinner with my boyfriend...it was the first time there for both of us. Maybe if we’d been there on a different night I would have had a better experience, but I didn’t leave thinking “we have to come back again!” The atmosphere has potential but on Friday evening there were a lot of busy and loud kids, the lights were turned up to super bright and I felt like I was having dinner at a chain restaurant during tourist season. He enjoyed the salmon, my dinner was ok. I was surprised to see the wine list...you really can’t get a glass for less than $14. We eat out a lot and usually find $8-$9 a glass for wine. Sure there are wines that pricey but it doesn’t match the atmosphere and ambiance of the restaurant.
Restaurant is family oriented nd extremely loud. Kids were clapping, singing and very loud. My wife and I are older in age and do not care for poor behavior of families.
They were totally unprepared for our party. Late to be seated. Terrible customer service. No valet upon arrival. Overpriced and underwhelming.
the christmas buffet was great. Big selection of delicious food. The service was very good. My only slightly little disappointment was the condition of the table. It was scratched, no table cloth or place settings. A bit rough and not very pleasant in that department.
Great food, great service, great way to celebrate Christmas
Quick, easy buffet breakfast with lots of options for families with kids. Not a cozy, quiet experience, but worked for what we needed!
You have a beautiful bar and kitchen area. But with the dividers between seating, takes away from the ambiance. If it were a little more open , guest could enjoy the beautiful view!
Great menu. Friendly staff. Very nice atmosphere.
The food and the service (our server Autumn) were outstanding!!!
Food was good but service was just above horrible. Staff, especially bartenders, were inattentive and seemed like they were just going through the motions. Prices for food were reasonable but high for drinks, and there is no atmosphere or anything else special about the place to warrant the cost.
Friendly staff and great food. I Love Hershey !!!!!!
Enjoyed our visits their while at the Hershey Lodge. Had the breakfast buffet. Food was good. Fruit was fresh. Also had the holiday Thanksgiving buffet meal. Was very good.
Great food and was reasonably priced (buffet) with friendly service. Very satisfied with the experience
