Food and service were good. We all enjoyed the small plates, salads and main courses.
Absolutely delicious food and waitstaff is fun, friendly and so helpful. It was great to have healthy options like salads for dinner and the small plates were a perfect way to taste one of the entree type dishes. Don't skip the chocolate martinis!
We have eaten here plenty of times. The service is excellent. I think the variety of food is decent for hotel dining. The brunch is excellent but unfortunately, due to Covid, has been parred down a bit. Understandable.
Special requests are accepted at some level. Anniversary dinner. Amazing food, and swapping some items OK.
Server was AMAZING!
Really good food- the bread was awesome, and we got the fried chicken flatbread as an appetizer, which was delicious (but it was a bit too much for two people). For entrees we got the burger and bolognese. The crunchy potato wedges were good but the first batch was cold so we asked for more. Server was very accommodating and attentive. The bolognese was also very good.
Good food. Eclectic selections but includes Comfort Food standards. Reco the Mac and Cheese with Bacon and Meatballs. Great small plates perfect for sharing.
Awesome especially for Happy Hour! Will go back again!
Best Happy Hour around. Service was great! The Bartender took care of us! Food and drinks were great! We will be back!
Overall, Fire & Grain provided a wonderful venue to celebrate Mother’s Day with my wife and oldest stepdaughter. The staff, service, and food was excellent! Thanks Fire & Grain.
Food was amazing. Had breakfast and dinner here. Not one complaint from any of us. Fried polenta is amazing !!
Food was good but atmosphere was very dinerish and quite loud. I would recommend it but would forewarn people of the loud atmosphere.
Really great service although food to the table took a long time. Wonderful GF options. Great food but a little pricey. Worth the trip though.
The service was blah. The waiter forgot several things we ordered, with zero apologies. Then he pre-opened our bottle of wine, rather than bringing to table and showing us, then opening.
The atmosphere was filled with tons of kids, not what we were looking for, for a night out without kids. The space was similar to a casual Denny’s restaurant. I wouldn’t waste my time going back.
We were so pleased with our experience! The food was amazing, everyone was spaced out well (guest table wise considering COVID precautions). Our kids (6 &9) loved their meals just as much as my husband and I did. Highly recommend the split pea fussili and prosciutto and fig flatbread! We can’t wait to return.
This was our first time dining at Fire & Grain and it was outstanding. The service was great but the food was even better!
This place was delicious and quiet. We enjoyed the steak and Mac n cheese.
Awesome cocktails. Amazing appetizers and dinners.
We made reservations online over a week prior to arriving. When we arrive (family of 4) we were seated at a 6 top round table. We asked the hostess if we could move to a booth due to having two small children and she was extremely rude and dismissive stating they were reserved for people with reservations (which we had). She then allowed us to switch tables but told us we would have to wait 15-20 minutes. We reluctantly agreed and moved our two children back to the hostess stand to wait. When we finally sat our server was great but the food was super oily! Portion sizes very small for price. Would not return.
Nice environment, pleasing service, tasty menu a little pricy.
The waitress was very nice and did not miss anything we asked for. Kept bringing refills on water and soda.
We had a wonderful experience and meal. Our server Autumn was both efficient and friendly!
I had a decent meal but I can't say it was memorable. I ordered a cocktail, and it was also okay. Nothing to write home about. The service was also okay, but not very attentive. We saw our server twice, when we sat and when she came back with the bill. I liked the Hershey Grill a lot better and would recommend it over Fire and Grain.
Easter dinner with my friends from college
Easter dinner was wonderful!
The restaurant ambiance was great and the service was excellent. Our server met all our needs.
Great good and service. Atmosphere is ok. Good choice for a nice dinner with the family. Happy hour specials are a good deal.
Wonderful experience - great service - very good food.
This place was awesome! The food was great ! Our waitress was very attentive
Great ambiance, amazing food and outstanding service. Would absolutely recommend it!
Service was great and gluten free food options were the best in all of Hershey.
Superb food and service. Chocolate french toast, sausage/bacon is amazing!
Our food was sloppily made and had very little flavor. We expected strong flavors according the menu description. (No we didn’t have covid). The server was forgetful and we waited 20 minutes just for water. She also forgot to bring us our check.
Waitress was great and the food was very good. My only criticism is that the ambiance could be better.
My husband and I were recently at the Hershey Lodge for some much-needed R & R. Our dinner was delicious. We highly recommend the Pear cosmopolitan, Linguine Primavera, polenta mushroom small plate, crab flatbread, oven seafood skillet, grilled asparagus. My oldest son is a sous chef and we are familiar with high quality food and quality chefs. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We went for dinner on our last night at Hershey lodge it was a little less of a nice atmosphere as the pictures show on website. However the food was delicious! Yes had chicken Marsala over polenta which was mouthwatering. My son had the strip steak which was cooked perfectly and he cleaned his plate. I would definitely recommend for a casual dinner.
Great food and very accommodating for small children. We ate here for breakfast and dinner and food and service was great for both. It was very clean as well.
horrible ambience. Maybe dim the lights, provide a candle or two on the table. Upgrade the decor. Our waitress was awful (didnt want to be there, not even sure she said hello?, no recommendations). Burger was good, lamb chops were way overcooked.
We had a wonderful evening at Fire and Grain! Love the atmosphere. The Happy Hour menu was a pleasant surprise on a Saturday and a great value! Will definitely be going back!
