It was a nice dinner for my son’s birthday
Service was outstanding!
Ryan was our server - he did an outstanding job - we had a party of 6 with separate checks and it was seamless. Our reservation was waiting for us when we got there and we were 5 minutes late. The manager checked on us. Would definitely recommend Firebirds.
Not the best service we've ever had. Our server would disappear for 15-20 mins at a time. Had to ask for a couple of things more than once. Didn't get a dessert menu when we asked for one, so we ended up skipping dessert by the time we saw our server again to remind her. Our reservation wasn't until 9:00 PM [we were promptly seated right at 9], so the restaurant was relatively quiet by that point. So, the mediocre service is hard to explain.
Service is pleasant. But the food is overpriced and the quality mediocre.
The chicken kebab was lacking taste and the veggies are literally raw , crispy red onion and hard crispy green beans.
The him and tunic sensed diluted.
Overall first time visit not great impression.
Excellent food; varied menu; fine service. I am a big fan of Firebirds.
We came to celebrate a birthday and everything was excellent! Kelsey gave great service! We can’t wait to be back!
Great food and service
I love ribeye steaks – – I can get a better ribeye steak at Outback. Second trip and disappointed with the steaks!
Good service. Appreciate the no corkage fee!
I have gone to Firebirds many times, I tried the Prime Rib for the first time and it was delicious! The service was great, never had to wait for anything. Will continue to keep going back!
They were short staffed and had too many trainees.
Excellent food and service. I took advantage of their Memorial Day veterans discount which is a nice thing for them to do. I have eaten there before and the medium-well prime rib was a little undercooked, but this time it was perfect.
Great way to spend a Monday with friends - half price wine!
Firebirds is our favorite restaurant ! always great food and great service.
Love their Ahi Tuna Salad - my husband had the aged rib eye - it melted in your mouth! Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable!
The food was delicious. They offer many options so there is something for everyone. Even for picky kids.
Unlike many restaurants, appetizer portions were generously sized, plenty for everyone. Noisy restaurants have been particularly annoying to us. Firebirds was pleasingly low volume, allowing for easy conversation. One minor disappointment: my husband's 12 oz. sirloin steak, while done to a perfect medium rare, was never the less, a bit on the chewy side. In a previous visit to a Firebirds in another city, he ordered the same steak and it was a better cut of meat. Our waiter did an excellent job considering we were a party of 10. Because of a delay in serving our appetizers, the restaurant was kind enough to make an adjustment to our bill. We appreciate their doing the right thing for customers.
I had a great time staff was nice and friendly.. food was delicious
A good steakhouse for a night out. Somewhat ever priced but good quality food. Our waiter was a little inattentive and the bar was very slow in filling out drink orders
Service was poor at best. I ordered a chicken dish and they forgot the chicken. Served all red wines cold. Never heard of that,? Very noisy to point I couldn’t speak to the person across the table from me.
The food was excellent and the white sangria is worth many return visits
Ribs over cooked and stiff as a board. Wife enjoyed her steak.
Drinks were pricey at so called Happy Hour. Other wise very good.
We had such a wonderful time celebrating the Graduation of my Twins from High-school. The food, service and atmosphere was outstanding.
Great food, great ambiance!!
We’ve been to this restaurant a couple times now and this time are steaks came a bit overdone but all the food was still very tasty. We’ve had great service each time and will definitely be back. It’s a great place to celebrate birthdays and graduations.
I have already recommended it to all of my coworkers and some family members
The portabello mushroom sandwich was terrible. There was a slice of a mushroom not the whole thing - rip off.
Have never had a bad meal. Have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, just lunch and have always been happy with our food and service.
Everything was very good or better except for food timing. It took 35 minutes after we received our appitizer to receive our main entrees, and then it took 20 minutes for our desert.
Our waitress was not very attentive. Sat with empty glass for over 10 mins. Once our food arrived it was like poof she only came back once after our food was gone.
The waiter was very friendly and attentive, but not overly attentive. I had received an under cooked steak and they redid my whole meal. The refire was great and we enjoyed some creme brulee cheesecake for dessert. Just wonderful!
Service great as usual, food didn’t get 5 stars as it was not completely exact to order but it was absolutely acceptable.
Always recommend here for a special occasion for sure.
WE enjoy firebirds and go for special occasions when we want to celebrate . They have fabulous food, very good service.
This was our families first visit. I heard great things about Firefirds from friends and family so I decided to take the wife and daughter for a Mothers day dinner. The reservations process went well got seated on time. The server took our orders. I had the Durango Burger, wife had the Kobe Beef Meatloaf and some soup. Our daughter had a regular burger and fries. 25 minutes passed and people around us who sat after us got their food first. The server came by and took our order again. She apologized to us because she thought she had put our order in but did not. She offered us appetizers (on the house) but we said we would wait for our food. We got our food 20 minutes later. The wife never got her soup. The meatloaf and my burger came. Our daughters order came. She received a burger with cheese on it and fries (no buns). We told the server she wanted burger and fries. They came back with burger and fries (still no bun). She brought out the buns and apologized. The food was okay not great. We did order dessert. Brownies and ice cream for our daughter and carrot cake for the wife. In the end the manager took the 2 desserts and the hamburger off the menu. Unfortunately this will be the first and last time we will be visiting.
Update: Their response is for show only. I provided my email and cell phone number for them to contact me and have heard nothing. My guess is they don't actually care.
Please keep in mind this was Mother's Day. I will start by saying the food was really good. Steaks were perfect and my wife said salad was tasty and filling. One downside was the loaded potatoes were not cooked quite enough. My biggest gripes were with service. It was 45 minutes past our reservations that we finally got to order. We had to wait for a bit for a table and then had to wait till the server came over which was only after we asked someone to get her. When they finally brought bread and drinks they brought one small loaf for a table of 7. Lately the server did not order the correct temperature on one of the steak salads or the chef messed up but either way we had to wait longer for them to remake it. Other than that the server herself was very attentive and quick with drink refills and other needs. I probably will not go back but would not tell others to stay away.
Great choice if a restaurant to celebrate Mother's Day. I will be going back in the future.
