Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - PeachTree Corners

Service was horrible. As a bartender i have off days/nights but I’d never take it out on a customer. Never once did the server come back to the table to check on us or the food. Everything was put in the table and the server took off. My first time there and maybe last. Although it was highly recommended.

Took a long time to get our food. When it came my steak was cold. Usually a good experience but this night was a disappointment.

The waiter was really nice up front and then she went missing for the next 30 mins. I finally had to go find someone else to go get our food and I had to find another person to pay our bill. This was totally ridiculous. This place used to be one of our favorites and now I would not recommend it to anyone. Go to Lazy Dog instead. It's a block away and the food and the service is stellar for the same price.

Great service from Kier. Staff always friendly and go out of there way to ensure you enjoy dinner.
Filet was excellent. Mixed green and BLT salad were freshly prepared.

We go to this location about every 10 days. This last time, we were seated in a booth near the Kitchen.

First, the General Manager was at the Host Stand the entire time we were there. When we arrived she barked at is that she would be with us in one moment. She never welcomed us. She only grabbed four menus and directed someone to take us to our table.

Second, the person collecting and bagging the food for To Go orders was doing so on the ledge above our table, unmasked. He kept sliding the paper bags back and forth. During the 20 minutes we were there, he most have been in our space unmasked at least 40 times. (Our space defined as approx 2 feet)

Third, Kitchen staff were unmasked or wore their masks below their chin. When we brought it to management attention, the young manager came back and told them to put their masks on, that there had been a complaint. When the kitchen staff replied (with attitude) “ who complained”, the manager stated, “right behind me” (indicating my party of four). We felt this was unprofessional. We should never have been indicated as the party who had complained.

The manager had no control over the actions of his staff. Some of the kitchen staff continued to wear their masks down under their chins or none at all.

We opted to leave and will not return to this location, as they do not take seriously their responsibility for good hygiene. We understand that mask wearing by all employees is a Firebirds Corporate policy and applaud them for the policy. Now, we’d ask that they insure the policy is adhered to.

Everything was delicious. We will be returning. Food was excellent

The Firebirds in Peachtree Corners is excellent. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and our server was very nice and attentive without rushing us. A bottle of red wine added to the perfect evening.

I had to stay with my jacket trough the whole dinner, so I had to drink a lot of red wine to warm up 😃

We were having a celebratory lunch & our server, Kevin, let us take our time in ordering, but he still checked in.

I met two friends. I asked the server for a suggestion. She said the grilled salmon. That was delicious, really every bite better than the last. I never order baked potatoes, but I did that day. The BEST I think I have ever had. Service was excellent. Just the right amount of attention. I am planning on going again next week. The staff all wore masks, and the tables were spaced out. Many restaurants play music so loud that we can't carry on a conversation. The noise level was perfect.

I was very impressed when we went to this restaurant in Tennessee, but I was sadly let down by the experience I had at this location. Steak was unfortunately burnt tasting when I ordered it medium rare..

We ordered the filet and shrimp and it was the best steak I have ever had. It beat Ruth Chris filet which I always thought was the best steak out there. We will be back soon!

Our experience was great! The food was fantastic! The waiter did give us too much time in between to check on us and receiving our check but otherwise everything was fine. It was one of my guest first time and she said she will return. So thank you for a great spot considering all the new precautions. We felt clean and safe.

Went for a birthday dinner. Everything was so nice. From the hostess asking our seating preference to our waitress being very attentive.

Great evening with friends. Kevin was perfect. Mary Lou was great. FB has three new coverts.

Only issue is I used a pre-paid gift card, the bill was $54.19, I left a $13 CASH tip, even wrote that on receipt, but when I checked my balance, it states total was$ 65.41 at Firebirds . Do you care to explain that Firebirds management!

All 3 of us got sirloins off the 15.95 insider early bird menu. All of the steaks were cooked perfectly. We all loved our salads and they were much larger than we expected. Excellent value! Excellent service.! We will be back soon. Thank you

Server was inattentive. We waited a very long time for our order to be taken. Then the food finally arrived one of my guest’s food took an extra 10 minutes. By the time we all could finally eat together our food was cold.

A great spot for lunch or dinner. We had lunch with friends on Sunday to celebrate their birthdays, and our 50th Anniversary. The food was great, and the service was even better! Our sever took care of our every need. The atmosphere was great, and we had a wonderful time.

Good experience with nice service. Steak was a little underwhelming and broccoli almost a mush, but overall meal was good.

We have had poor experiences in the past but decide to give Firebirds another chance. Service, food and ambiance were all very good.

Outdoor seating has been available on each visit. Service was great. Menu is predictable, but quality is very good . It is also a good value.

The Food wasn’t bad and service was good

Not impressed at all. Had reservations and received an email that I did not attend. Was seated however only received food menu. When server introduced herself and asked if we desired drinks, informed her we did not have drink menus. Once she returned we asked her which tequilas were available, unfortunately she wasn’t aware. She truly did not suggest any starters or entrees. We did order starter but once received, temperature was cold and undesirable. Starter was returned and of course we did receive replacement at appropriate temperature. Entree was fair. Server later came by with check, never asked if we needed another drink or was interested in dessert. Manager never apologize for chefs error or so forth.

Firebirds provided a nice Veterans Day celebration in rememberance and appreciation for those who have served. The food was delicious and environment was clean and all employees were in masks.

We have never been disappointed when dining at this Firebird's Wood Fired Grill. We had a reservation for Veteran's day and the ambiance and table set up was excellent and spread out appropriately for today's environment. We had a new server and he did a fantastic job. The deviled eggs as a starter are our favorite and we both had filet cuts of beef -cooked to perfection. This restaurant never disappoints and is truly a favorite of ours......go and enjoy! They would LOVE to serve you.
