Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Pembroke Pines
Center-cut, wrapped in applewood-smoked bacon, simply grilled or bleu cheese style.
Applewood-smoked bacon, tomatoes, roasted garlic ranch dressing.
Great service! Food was delicious. They took every precaution to make our meal a pleasure while feeling safe with new procedures.
Cam was our server. He was attentive and checked on us often. He made great recommendations and the food was amazing. The atmosphere was inviting and easygoing. We enjoyed our meals and were able to have great conversation.
Entree Portions portions were large and tasty. Also ordered a spinach salad with added beef tenderloin but the serving was fairly small and the meat was not tender. We ordered a burger with broccoli as a side but were billed $6 for a few sprigs which seemed to be a bit steep. Waiter was attentive.
Other than that good overall and I would return.
Greta service, great food and great prices. Will not be my last time there.
Great restaurant and ambiance, food is very good
I’ve always had a great experience at Firebirds , the food is great the ambiance excellent, and the service has always been spot on! This time the noice level was high, and the service was poor. She got all 4 drinks wrong, my husbands food was cold, we were left unattended for a bit and had to ask for refills on beverages. I was a disappointed this time.
As always, a pleasure. Wish we had one down south in Miami. Great food and great service.
Yes good birthday dinner for my wife
Waitress didn’t seem to care and avoided the table once the steak was not prepared correctly. Manager came over to the table set a couple of things and we never saw him again. Just wanted to enjoy taking my dad out to dinner and he didn’t even get to eat.
Great food, great service. Noise level a bit loud for my taste, but overall the food and great service made up for it.
Our reservation was at 8:30pm and we were sorted at 9pm. Once we are sorted our waitress comes over and says the kitchen is understaff and our food could take 45min - 1 hour. We got up and left. Will never go back.
There was a huge party and the kitchen was very short staffed. Waited half hour to be seated then waited 2 hours and got NO FOOD. Left. Manager never came over to explain or apologize. Waitress was great and apologetic, but absolutely abominable experience. Will never go back.
Good value for the money. Food is good. Would recommend to someone
We have dined frequently at the numerous restaurants in the area. We enjoy going out to dinner and trying new places. The restaurant seems very popular and was crowded. The young lady that waited on us was very nice and professional . She checked on us continuously and apologized for the slowness of the kitchen. To be fair to the restaurant it was Saturday night and their was a large group celebrating a birthday. We both started with the chicken tortilla soup that was good. When dinner finally arrived it was a disappointment. The dishes were not very good.
Great service, solid dishes, all while maintaining a lovely ambiance with an appropriately-priced menu.
We had a great time celebrating my sons birthday. Food was excellent. Service was great!
Great steaks, service and ambiance. Try the lobster queso dip!
We have been to Firebirds several times and never been disappointed. Prime rib was excellent.
Everything was excellent from the hostess to the service and food! My family and I will be returning!
Lunch was very crowded and LOUD. Service was good although she brought our bill while we were still eating our main courses and not at all ready for it.
Have not received our points.
The Philly Cheesesteak egg rolls were the highlight of the night. They were so good I ordered another serving for my main course. They service was great and the timing of the meal was on point.
Just advise my friend that this is the worst service I received for the last 20 years, waitress talking and laughing for 10 minutes at the next table to me and make me wait for refill and bread . I went to see the hostess to get my thing and get it rightaway.
Food were great but not sure of my return.
Food very salty
Everything was perfect.
We have been to this restaurant before and are usually seated immediately upon arriving.
When we arrived for our 7:45 reservation at 7:40 we were told that there would be a wait that they were backed up.
Our wait was over an hour. We were then seated and greeted immediately by our server. We placed our order and waited close to 25 minutes just to get our salads. Upon finishing we waited another 20 minutes for our main course. One meal was cold A second meal had cold and undercooked vegetables and on the third meal the bread of the sandwich was over toasted and hard.
Condiments that the server specifically asked us for were not brought to the table.
Server never apologized for the delays and it was an overall bad experience. We had a 7:45 reservation and left at 10 pm! Very disappointing.
Delicious food and great service.
Overall food and service was excellent. The brownie dessert was nothing special. Would definitely go again.
Crappy table, took forever, food was basic
Great service . My wife enjoyed her Valentine dinner .
Horrible experience, ruined my wife and I valentines. They sat us against the wall with a broken round table that keeps rocking when slightly touched. We told our server but she seemed not to care and moved on. Delmonico steak very salty/lousy presentation. Aged ribeye with over cooked broccoli that appeared to be previously frozen/out of the can. Chocolate mousse/churros lousy presentation with dry/wilted mint leaves😡!
Valentines dinner was great. The only lámalo concern was that it was a little bit noisy.
My husband and I had Valentine dinner here, dinner was good and the service was okay. I think it's a new restaurant and they weren't as prepared as they should be... Coming in the front door, I felt the anxiety and uncertainty of the hostess. They just need to iron out the kinks, we will be back! Their signature drink with the pineapple and vodka was pretty good. My husband had the aged ribeye steak and I had the fillet mignon wrapped with bacon, both with parmesan mashed potatoes. I liked his meal better, it was tasty... Mine was a bit bland.
We enjoy Firebirds! Sometimes for dinner, lunch or happy hour at the bar!
I have been here on several occassions and absolutely love it. when I saw on the App there was available seating for Valentine's Day after 5, I did not hesitate. Everything worked out just fine.
Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Will return there again. Enjoyed everything.
Service was awful. No one acknowledged us for 15 minutes while 5 servers were just talking to each other. Our table was dirty so we moved. My dinner had to be sent back.
Great service and very good salmon, blue cheese beef filet, and sirloin pepper in fused.
The creme brulee cheese cake was impressive
Good experience. What would make it a 5? I order my steak medium well. The great restaurants don't have to butterfly my steak, the good ones ask if I mind if they butterfly it, the ok ones don't ask. They did not ask. The great restaurants bring my drink refill before I finish it, the good ones when I ask, the ok ones when I am parched and choking.
I really enjoyed the place, the speed and courtesy of service and the steak was actually very good. I will go back. Just letting you know what would get you to a five.
